Client (F/56) is a single mother living with her 2 sons and 1 daughter in a 3-rrom HDB flat. Client has multiple health issues and unable to secure employment. Her youngest son (M/16) recently suffered from indisgestion, gastric issues and dyspesia and has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few months. Due to his severe weight loss and loss of apetitie, client is requesting for milk powder to ensure that his nutritional needs are met. However, the cost of the milk powder is expensive.

The family of three is facing financial challenges. Client has been trying to gain employment but has not been successful. Their air fyer has spoilt and they are unable to purchase a new one due to limited finances which only sufficient for their basic needs.

Client is a single mother with three young children. Due to her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to take up full‑time employment, resulting in financial constraints. She has experienced difficulties in affording milk powder for her children. One of the child is severely underweight.

Family consist of a young couple in their late 20s and their daughter (F/1). Client's husband has recently been discharged from the hospital due to stroke and is on hospitalisation leave. He experience dizziness and thus cannot walk far and require wheelchair for therapy sessions and medical appointments.

Client is a single mother caring for her teenage child and elderly mother with multiple health conditions. Due to her mother's high risk of falls and limited mobility, the family is seeking a wheelchair donation to ensure her safety and mobility.
