Client is the main caregiver for her grand niece and nephew. She is currently in her late 60s. Client has been struggling with the cost of milk powder and diapers as the children's natural parents do not contribute to the caregiving of the children.

A Household of two is seeking for a sofa bed donation. The family comprises of 54-year-old single mother and her 18-year-old daughter. They are residing in a 2-room rental flat in Yishun. The client has been using a second-hand sofa bed passed on by a neighbour for several years. The sofa bed has since worn out significantly, with no remaining cushioning and springs beginning to protrude, rendering it unusable. She is currently sleeping on the floor, which poses a real challenge as she has a leg condition that causes her to limp and makes it difficult for her to get up from the floor. Despite her physical limitations, the client works as a cleaner at a food court to support herself and her daughter, who is currently pursuing her studies at ITE. While she is doing her best to provide for the family, replacing the sofa bed remains beyond her current means. A replacement sofa bed would greatly improve her comfort, safety, and quality of rest.
