Client has 3 children and her youngest recently discharged from NICU after being born 1 month premature. Due to the financial constraints, the family requires support in terms of Milk Powder & Diapers for their children.

The client is a young married mother of four young children living in a rental flat. She is currently unemployed, and her husband has irregular employment. Hence, the family relies heavily on welfare assistance to meet their basic needs. The client is requesting 2 tins of milk powder and 3 packs of pull-up pants diapers monthly to support her child’s nutritional and hygiene needs.

Client is an elderly lady living alone with limited social support and an estranged relationship with her family. She is on Public Assistance and has been assessed to be permanently unfit for work due to multiple chronic medical conditions. Due to significant lower limb weakness, she has difficulty purchasing and preparing food regularly.
