A transnational single mother recently moved into her first home in Singapore with her 2 young children (aged 2 and 5 years old), a rental flat in Serangoon, after living in a shelter for three years. She is currently unemployed and reliant on SSO assistance to meet her children's basic needs while waiting for her PLOC to be approved, which makes it difficult for her to afford a heater on her own. She hopes to provide warm water for her two children to ensure greater comfort and wellbeing for them during bath time.

Client is a single-mother living with her 3 children age 11, 2 and 1 years old in a HDB 1 room rental flat. Client is struggling to find a job to accommodate her caregiving duties so she is currently unemployed and reliant on formal systems of support. The stove and hood was spoilt for many years and left unattended by client who is a tongue cancer patient. Greatly appreciate if there is a second hand built-in stove and hood for the family include installation so that client who is a grandma can cook for her grandchildren. (YY)

A family of 3 who requires an 8kg top-loading washing machine. Their current washing machine has broken down, leaving them without this essential household appliance. The family is currently facing significant financial constraints due to substantial household arrears that they are actively working to clear. Their son, who lives with them, is presently serving National Service and is therefore unable to contribute financially towards purchasing a replacement washing machine. Given their commitment to addressing their existing debts, the family finds themselves unable to afford a new washing machine at this time. This essential appliance would greatly assist them in maintaining basic household hygiene and daily living standards whilst they work towards financial stability.

The family consists of the client, her husband, and their three young children (ages 1.5, 3, and 5). Due to caregiving responsibilities and health-related challenges, there is currently no income earner in the household. As a result, the family struggles to meet even their basic needs and relies heavily on both formal and informal support systems. Given their financial constraints, they are unable to afford repairs or replacements for these essential household appliances which they have requested support for. The mother, has been unable to return to work after sustaining a physical injury and is currently managing mental health challenges. The family is experiencing high stress due to financial difficulties. Client hopes to have a shelf (I have a picture for reference) A designated and organized play area would be able to support granddaughter's development and teach her organization skills.
