Several of the children remain financially dependent, including school-going children and a young child with developmental needs, placing significant demands on the family's resources. With daily expenses such as food, milk, diapers, and school needs taking priority, the family is unable to afford a suitable mattress for their baby's crib. A donated baby mattress (110 × 70 cm) would provide their infant with a comfortable sleeping environment and give their parents an ease of mind.

The family has been facing significant financial hardship since Client’s husband, previously the family’s sole breadwinner, was incarcerated last year. Client wishes to seek employment to provide for her family but finds it challenging to balance work with her caregiving responsibilities. Hence, she plans to work as a Grab delivery rider for greater flexibility and thus needs a bicycle to facilitate this. She has attempted to ask her friends and family if she could borrow a bicycle but to no avail.
