The client is a diabetic patient with ongoing long-term infection on his toes and other multiple health conditions. Client just started employment after a long hiatus and looking for support-in-kind.

One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.
