We would like to seek support for a family currently facing significant caregiving challenges. The daughter is presently unemployed as she is the sole full-time caregiver to her 90-year-old mother, who is living with dementia and multiple medical conditions. In addition, she is also caring for her brother who struggles with mental health issues. The family’s caregiving responsibilities have placed considerable emotional, physical, and financial strain on her. 3 of them are currently staying together at a 1-room apartment. Daughter does not request for too much, but just the necessary supplies for her mother. We are seeking the support of kind donors to help a family of three — a single mother and her two young children aged 8 and 6 — with a washing machine and fridge for their new rental flat. The mother is currently medically unfit for work due to mental health concerns and has been doing her best to care for her children despite the many challenges they face. The family had experienced homelessness for the past three years and have only recently secured stable housing through a rental flat. As they rebuild their lives and settle into their new home, a washing machine and fridge would greatly ease the family’s daily burden and support a more stable living environment for the children. Any support extended to the family would be deeply appreciated.
