Client (F/62) is currently residing with her granddaughter (F/13) and is unable to work due to ongoing health conditions. As her mobility has significantly deteriorated and she is no longer able to walk independently, she is seeking assistance in obtaining an adult wheelchair to support her daily mobility and improve her quality of life.

Low Income family with elderly seniors who require diapers and other supplies. Elderly requires one carton of WeCare L Size Pants diapers to last for a few months.

Client (F/53) is a widow residing in a 2-room rental flat in Sengkang with her divorced son (M/34) and his two children (M/12, F/12). The family is in need of a brand new or second-hand fan. Their current living room fan is insufficient to adequately ventilate the flat due to the recent hot weather. As their Climate Vouchers have been utilised for the prior purchase of an energy-efficient washing machine, they are unable to afford a replacement. As the primary caregiver for her grandchildren, client is unable to maintain regular employment and takes on ad-hoc cleaning jobs when available. Her son, who works as a lorry attendant, is the sole breadwinner; however, the family faces significant financial strain due to outstanding arrears and debts, making this purchase out of reach for them.

Client is a young mother currently expecting her second child. The family has recently secured a rental flat but is unable to fully move in as they currently lack essential household necessities. Her partner is engaged in irregular employment, resulting in an unstable income that is insufficient to fully support the household at this time, particularly after recent expenses such as the rental deposit and activation of utilities (electricity and water). A bed fence would help ensure a safer sleeping arrangement for their young children by preventing falls and providing added safety at home.

Client requires a chest of drawer for herself and younger daughter. Client has financial difficulty due to family conflict, health issues and unemployment.

She is actively seeking new employment and requires a working phone to communicate with potential employers and attend to job-related matters. The client's gas stove has spoilt which led to him unable to prepare meals for himself at home and client could not afford to buy a new one due to his ongoing financial strain.

Client is the primary caregiver for her elderly mother and 16-yo daughter. She is unemployed and has been granted MC for 6 months due to her mental health conditions. Husband is the sole breadwinner, working as a delivery rider. Family is struggling financially.
