The family is seeking assistance to obtain a second-hand bicycle for their 13-year-old son, who requires a reliable way to travel to school. He is approximately 1.6–1.7m tall, and a suitably sized bicycle is important for his safety and comfort. With a household income of $1.9k, the family prioritises essential expenses and is unable to afford a bicycle. A second-hand bicycle would provide him with a practical and independent means of commuting and support his school attendance.

I am writing on behalf of a 78-year-old male client diagnosed with mild dementia who is currently living alone. During my visits with him, it was observed that he spends most of his time at home by himself, aside from occasionally going out to nearby coffee shops for his meals. As part of our efforts to encourage him to engage in more meaningful daily activities to help slow cognitive decline, we explored possible activities that he might enjoy. During our conversation, he shared that he used to play the accordion in the past and expressed how meaningful it would be if he could have one again. He mentioned that having an accordion at home would help him stay mentally engaged and alleviate the boredom he often experiences when spending long hours alone. When we asked if he would be open to us helping to source an accordion for him, he responded with great enthusiasm and happiness. Therefore, we would like to kindly request for an accordion musical instrument on his behalf, as it could greatly support his cognitive engagement, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Single mother of a 7 years old girl living in a rental flat, mother works long hours to provide for the girl and currently their washer is spoilt, looking for new washing machine or if can sponsor a washer repair service for them, mother has lost the invoice and thus unable to call for the repair.

Client (28 y/o) is separated with 2 children, aged 7 and 1, who are under her care. The older child is attending primary school, while the younger is being cared for by her on her own. As the client is currently unemployed due to health issues, the family's finances have been tight, and they have been receiving SSO assistance over the past few months. They are currently in need of a new sofa and are seeking a donation, as they are unable to purchase one due to their tight financial situation. Looking for a two-seater sofa that is around these dimensions due to space constraints: Length - 185cm, Width - 70cm.

Client lives with his wife and five children in a two room HDB rental flat. Client's right arm is paralyzed since an accident in 1993 and constantly experiences dizziness and pain in his eyes, chest and arm. He is medically assessed to be permanently unfit for work, even though his wife has a blue collar job that the family of 7 relies on for daily need. Of the 5 children, 2 older children are currently working part time so that they can reduce their financial dependence on the family. The 3 younger children are still schooling. Despite the older children working part-time, the combined income is insufficient to replace the household fridge, kettle and microwave oven. We are thus seeking a kind donation of a fridge (please reach out to us, or refer to our other posts if you are able to assist with the requests for the kettle or microwave oven).
