PPIS FSC (West) RELIGHT is launching an initiative to provide healthy snack packs for school-going children during the upcoming school holidays. Requesting for diapers and milk powder for my client. She has given birth about a month ago. Her husband is the sole breadwinner and they have difficulties managing the additional expenses related to the newborn’s essentials. Requesting for Size S diapers (tape) and Enfamil Pro A+ Stage 1 milk powder.

We have 120 residents in the Home, where most of them are intellectually-disabled destitutes with multiple disabilities. We would like to prepare cup noodles and packet drinks for the residents during their activity time and are looking for sponsors/donations. Client has multiple chronic health conditions, including arthritis, chronic back pain, cardiac issues, and a recent breast cancer diagnosis. She does not receive any financial support from her oldest son, and her husband’s income is irregular, resulting in only infrequent financial contributions. Client is the primary caregiver for her son with intellectual disability (ID) and her daughter who experiences mental health challenges, further increasing caregiving and financial strain. Client requested for a 2‑burner stove compatible with government‑supplied gas to enable her to prepare meals and continue providing care for her family.

Family is low-income with three school-going children, one of whom has special needs. Husband has chronic health conditions and needs the device so that he can take measurements at home instead of heading out to a clinic.

Client (F/26) is currently not working. Her husband (M/30) is struggling with mental health issues and is now receiving treatment. They have two young children (M/4) and (M/8 months) and require milk and diapers. The family is facing serious financial hardship and is struggling to afford basic living expenses and to buy kids essentials.

Client, F/52, was recently released from prison and requires a lot of support in reintegrating back to society due to her mental health condition and poor family support. As a result of her mental health condition, she is currently unable to work to support herself. She is estranged from her family due to her long history of mental health concerns and resulting poor regulation and involvement in illicit activities. She currently only keeps in touch with her sister but there are limits to how much help sister can provide. Client currently needs to clean up her home to make it liveable for her. She would benefit from having the above services and items to support her daily routines and needs, as client works towards stabilising her life.
