Grant a Wish

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children and one grandchildren. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of soy milk powder to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Julie is a homemaker, supporting her elderly father who suffered from a stroke, and is bedridden. She is also financially supporting her maternal grandmother with the purchase of adult diapers, without any household income. She is reliant on her savings and ad-hoc earnings from her home based baking business. Client is also a caregiver to her school going daughter. Client requires support in purchasing milk powder for her elderly father in sustaining his feeding needs.

Client (F/53) has multiple health conditions including a rare autoimmune disease: IgA vasculitis that causes joint pain and mobility issues. Client and husband are both unemployed and caring for their son as client's elderly parents. Client requires a wheelchair to aid in her mobility and acessibility around the neighbourhood.

The family of three is facing financial challenges. Client has been trying to gain employment but has not been successful.They also unable to afford to replace their spoilt washing machine, as their assistance only covers their basic necessities.

Client is a single mother who works to support her family of 4. Although her adult children are working part-time, they are unable to provide financial support as they have their own commitments. There are also medical and mental health issues within the family.

Client resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Client is unable to work due to chronic health conditions, and her children are unable to contribute financially as they are still in school and NS. Their washing machine has been faulty but they are unable to afford a new one.

Client and her husband are currently residing in a 1-room rental flat. Client has mild intellectual disability, while her husband has autism. Due to their special needs, it is challenging for them to be able to seek and sustain employment. The kitchen cabinet they are currently using was also a donation previously and has begun to wear out. The cabinet hinge is loose, and there is wear and tear on the cabinet door. This results in kitchen utensils and plates not being able to be stored properly in the cabinet. They are looking for a kitchen cabinet that can also function as a table countertop. A homecare client staying alone in a rental flat has mobility difficulties (persistent knee pain) and high fall risk outdoors. She is unfit for work and financially needy. She needs a fridge to store food items to do home cooking. Her old fridge is spoiled and unusable.

Family consist of Client has two children. Client's youngest daughter has medical issues with her kidney which requires her to be continued diapers and milk powder support. Client is currently unemployed due to health issues.
