Client is a young mother who is current going through seperation and is the main caregiver of her 3 young children aged 2,4,5. Recently, client has difficulty meeting basic needs for the children due to financial constraint. Client will benefit from milk powder and diaper donation for the 2 years old.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Tape Diapers, Size S/M). Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Family of consist 6 living in a rental house. Requires support diaper for their youngest son. Family is facing financial difficulty due to additional expenses as elder child is temporary in wheelchair and requires full time caregiving.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client is a single unwed mother with a toddler who has recently moved into her own HDB rental flat. She is currently unemployed and requires support with purchasing basic household items to facilitate settling into the new home.

Client and her 12-year-old grandson live in a one-room rental flat. She is permanently unfit for work, and the grandson needs a laptop for HBL as his current one is not working.

Client, 60, recently became bedridden after multiple health complications. He requires two full-time caregivers (as per hospital's advice), his wife and stepdaughter, thus there is no breadwinner in the household at present. They are unable to afford purchasing diapers, on top of other household items that they also require. Client and his wife also have 3 other school-going children.
