Having a CCTV at home could therefore provide more assurance and to ensure the family's safety (client, her 5yo son, and helper) when they return back home.

The primary caregiver is a mother who is employed on a relief basis with irregular working hours and continues to face financial challenges in meeting the family's daily expenses. The family has limited and inconsistent income sources, and they have experienced periods of difficulty meeting basic needs, including food, utilities, and household necessities. The household has been coping with multiple stressors, including family separation, caregiving responsibilities, and ongoing financial constraints. Despite efforts to supplement household income, the family continues to struggle with providing adequate living conditions for the children and maintaining essential household appliances. The family is seeking support for a refrigerator and washing machine, as these items would greatly improve their ability to manage daily household needs and maintain a safe and functional home environment for all family members.

Elderly lady living alone with estranged relationship with both children, in need of a clothes rack to minimise over-exerting herself. She has declined all home-based services and prefers to self-manage despite her unsteady gait. She is also recovering from a heart bypass surgery and will be going for a cataract surgery if she is deemed suitable. The clothes rack would enable her to remain independent while also reducing any possible mishaps from over-exertion. Thank you very much.

Due to her current financial constraints, she requires support in obtaining essential household items, particularly a washing machine, to help her establish a safe and comfortable living environment.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.
