The family recently relocated to their relatives’ home after having to sell their HDB flat to repay incurred debts. Mother is also currently pregnant and is expected to deliver in July 2026. With the anticipated arrival of a newborn, the already cramped sleeping arrangement is likely to become more challenging, and the children’s sleep may be further disrupted by the baby’s night waking and crying. Provision of an air cooler would help regulate the temperature and improve ventilation within the room, for a more conducive sleeping environment for the family.
