Client is unfit for work with her chronic health issues and relies on SSO to support her 4 children. The family requested for an airfryer to enable faster, healthier and reduce cooking time for client.

Client's sofa started peeling off. Family is currently unfit to work and under financial assistance. Preferred for donor to sponsor the delivery fee as well.

Client is a PwD (Deaf) who is single with limited social support. He is facing financial difficulties after being a scam victim, resulting in significant debt. Despite being employed, his income is insufficient and he runs a monthly income deficit, affecting his ability to meet his basic needs. He reported eating only 1–2 meals daily. Client appears thin and frail. During a home visit noted the absence of cooking facilities, no cooking stove and cooking equipment. Therefore, seeking for a portable cooking pot would enable him to prepare simple meals, reduce reliance on takeaway food, and improve his nutrition while easing financial strain.

Client is a blind man staying with his 3 school-going children and wife in 2 room rental flat. Wife is chronically unfit for work due to mental health issues, while client relies on SSO and tries to earn income by working ad-hoc jobs that are available. He hopes to get a second-hand iPhone so that he can access mobile services more easily, as Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped is also offering accessibility classes with iPhone's accessible features. This will help him to be more independent while maintaining access to communications and job opportunities.

Client is diagnosed with chronic skin condition and doctor memo has supported the need for a cool environment. However, client cannot afford a portable aircon as he is a PwD and is not working.

Client is a single mother caring for her teenage daughter and they currently reside in a one-room public rental flat. Mother has a diagnosed mental health condition which significantly affects her ability to sustain long‑term employment. The family’s financial situation deteriorated further following a divorce a few months ago, resulting in ongoing financial strain. Mother also has asthma and experiences discomfort with the family’s current fabric couch, which tends to trap dust and allergens, affecting her breathing and comfort at home. As such, she is hoping to replace the existing couch with a small two‑seater leather or leather‑like couch, which would be easier to clean and more suitable for her health needs. In addition, mother is currently using a single folding mattress that is old and worn down, affecting her comfort in resting. As such, she is seeking support for a replacement single folding mattress. Assistance with delivery would be greatly appreciated.

The client has Cerebellar Degeneration, which has led to reduced short term memory and epileptic episodes. She resides with her parents and daughter. Both her parents have memory-related issues and undergoing medical f/up. The rest of her children are in institutions currently. The phone will help her be in contact with social worker.

Client recently moved in to rental unit under JSS. Currently is unemployed and is seeking assistance for cupboard to store clothes. (Sym)
