Grant a Wish

Client is a 42 year old father of 2 daughters aged, 16 and 10 years old, with multiple health issues. As the sole breadwinner, Client faces challenges in sustaining his job as he suffers from a long standing heart condition. Client was reported to have kidney issues recently after suffering a heart attack, and is currently going through dialysis at the hospital. Client has been given the doctor's certification to be unfit for work until October 2025. Client is requesting for an electric wheelchair so that will be mobile and able to be independent while his wife searches for gainful employment.

Clt is a single senior staying alone. Due to various losses, client has been in grief for a long time. He has an interest in music, and playing guitar will help to encourage and motivate him

Client's husband was imprisoned and she is presently raising her 5 children on her own. Her fridge is no longer in good condition, no longer cold, hence she hopes to get a replacement to be able to store food for longer periods.

Community Services & Programmes @ Children's Society requires 2 packets of Drypers Size XL (Pants) for the client's child. Client, low vision, unemployed and lives in rental flat. Client was taught by SAVH in mode of visually accessibility of iphone so she is familiar of iphone usage. Due to her financially constraint she cannot afford to buy a new or second-hand iPhone. Thus, she is requesting for an iphone of iphone 12 or later version for her daily use.

Low-income family with young children requires vitamins and supplements to build children's immunity. The family is seeking donations to purchase essential supplements to help strengthen their children’s immunity. The mother is hesitant to enroll them in preschool due to their poor immunity, particularly her daughter, who is at risk of seizures when experiencing a fever. As the primary caregiver, she also struggles to manage when both children fall sick simultaneously. By improving their immunity, it will help mother feel more assured about placing them in preschool, supporting their development while ensuring their well-being.
