Single mother with 2 school-going children staying in a 2-room rental flat who requires a top load washing machine as their current one broke down. Family is on active ComCare assistance as mother is unfit for work. Would greatly appreciate if donor is able to cover transport expenses. The family consists of both parents and 7 school-going children living together in a 2-room public rental flat. The mother is the main caregiver managing the household, while the father works as a GrabFood delivery rider to support the family financially. Their current washing machine broke down a few days ago after prolonged use, making it difficult to manage the large volume of laundry generated by a household of nine. Without a functioning machine, daily chores have become significantly more time-consuming and physically demanding for the family. Support is sought for a washing machine, preferably 8.5kg or larger, to better meet the household’s needs. The family is open to either a second-hand or new unit.

Client lives in a rental flat and has 3 young children who are currently using bedding that is worn and no longer in suitable condition. This may be affecting their overall health, quality of rest, and school attendance. We are therefore reaching out to seek support from anyone who may be able to provide the family with 3 single mattresses. These items would help improve the children’s sleeping conditions, contributing positively to their overall well-being and daily functioning.

Mother is currently unemployed and have no income, while husband have an unstable job as a grab driver. They have 3 young children (5y/o, 3 y/o, and 8 mths old) and faces financial difficulties. Mother is also diagnosed with mental health issues (anxiety & depression) which adds on to caregiver stress. The family is in urgent need of diapers (Any brand, size S and M) for her 8 months old and 3 years old child.

Client is a full-time caregiver to 8yo granddaughter with special needs. Family's blender recently spoiled and family does not have sufficient funds to replace it.

Client and husband are both certified unable to work. Husband had a stroke several years ago. Client suffered injury due to caregiving for husband. Both now have difficulties with mobility. Husband has expenses for medical care that is not covered by financial assistance. Client relies on a social service programme for side income, but the programme is ceasing operations soon, halting her income. Their children are in their schooling years and are thus not able to provide enough for client and husband. Hence the family relies heavily on financial assistance to get by, but financial assistance alone is insufficient for their needs, especially on big household items such as furniture and large appliances.
