Client is a single mother who works to support her family of 4. Although her adult children are working part-time, they are unable to provide financial support as they have their own commitments. There are also medical and mental health issues within the family.

Client resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Client is unable to work due to chronic health conditions, and her children are unable to contribute financially as they are still in school and NS. Their washing machine has been faulty but they are unable to afford a new one.

Client and her husband are currently residing in a 1-room rental flat. Client has mild intellectual disability, while her husband has autism. Due to their special needs, it is challenging for them to be able to seek and sustain employment. The kitchen cabinet they are currently using was also a donation previously and has begun to wear out. The cabinet hinge is loose, and there is wear and tear on the cabinet door. This results in kitchen utensils and plates not being able to be stored properly in the cabinet. They are looking for a kitchen cabinet that can also function as a table countertop. Single mother of two young child has recently moved in to her rental unit flat. She is on ComCare FA. Due to work and caregiving commitments, she wishes to ease her life by being able to store food and goods in a refrigerator to keep ingredients fresh but she has no means to purchase one.

Client is the main caregiver for her grand niece and nephew. She is currently in her late 60s. Client has been struggling with the cost of milk powder and diapers as the children's natural parents do not contribute to the caregiving of the children.

Family consist of 3 members, Client (F/), her husband (M/) and their son (M). Son is diagnosed with mild autism and developmental speech delay and requires training diapers during his sleep. However, due to husband's difficulties finding stable employment in the past year, the family has been experiencing significant financial strain and require diaper support for their son's needs.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Tape Diapers, Size S/M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Family consist of a young couple in their late 20s and their daughter (F/1). They recently moved to a 2-room rental flat and are facing difficulites with their practical needs due to unstable employment and financial situation. Family is currently awaiting for infant care enrolment for their child and require temporary milk powder support to alleviate their financial strain.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.
