Client is a single mother of 3 school going children. Client has an extensive history of trauma, and this, alongside with the caregiving needs of the children, has rendered difficulties in seeking employment. As such, client is dependent on formal systems to support her finances. The family unit has recently relocated to a new rental house in another area and would require some support in furnishing their house with necessities such as wardrobes, washing machines and beds.

Father is working full time and mother was working part time until her infant son was born. She had to leave her job in order to look after infant son and that has led to a significant drop in household income. Father's income is barely sufficient to support the basic needs of the family on top of all the bills they have to pay. When milk powder and diapers are factored in, family financial situation is further compromised. Mother has sought the help of friends to buy milk powder and diapers from Johor Bahru but this month, their usual avenue of assistance is not available. Infant son is currently drinking Nan Stage 2. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated for this family.
