Client has a medical condition on both of her legs that has caused her to be permanently unfit for work. As client is currently not a senior citizen, it is often difficult for client to obtain assistance for her mobility issues. Due to client’s mobility issue, she has been relying solely on the wheelchair for her daily activities. Client shared that her wheelchair has broken down 2 weeks ago and a wheelchair is a necessity for client’s movement.
