Client and her family have just relocated to their new residence and would need donated furnishings as the family is currently receiving financial assistance, which means they lack the extra money or discretionary funds required to purchase any new household items. This reliance on financial assistance directly necessitates external support to establish a functional living environment.

Client is 61 years old and works as a cleaner, while her husband, aged 66, works as a taxi driver. They live in a rental flat and both have health issues as well as financial constraints. Their previous television has broken down, and they are seeking a replacement set.

Client stays in a 1 room HDB rental flat in Sengkang with her spouse and 2 special needs children (M/6 and F/4) who are diagnosed with autism. Due to the high needs of her children, client has her hands full with caregiving and is unable to work. Her spouse, having a past incarceration record, has problems finding employment and is currently unemployed. The family's television of 7 years is faulty and they would appreciate a second hand television (in English preferably as family is Malay) or a new television for the family. The television keeps the special needs' children occupied and teaches them English by echoing words and hence will be beneficial for the family if they can get a new or donated working television.

Low-income family mother of 2 young children needs a phone for her daily usage as her current one has spoilt.

Client (M/57) is currently unemployed and has chronic medical conditions. He lives in a 2 room rental flat with a family of 5. The family is facing financial hardship and is struggling to afford functional appliances.
