Client is a single parent and has 2 young children and has complex needs. She is trying to sustain with basic needs from her limited income which is not sufficient for her. Hence, the requested household items will be beneficial for client and her children to sustain for this period of time.

Ct is staying with her two children in a public rental flat. Ct has health issues which render her unable to work and they have to rely on government assistance for support. Their current secondhand sofa bed has broken down and they hope to be blessed with another one for their younger son to sleep on.

An elderly client, who is currently undergoing outpatient treatment at a hospital, needs a cordless telephone for her home. Due to her ongoing medical conditions, including lower limb issues that limit her ability to stand for extended periods, she requires a cordless phone to maintain communication with her healthcare providers and support network. While she has been receiving assistance from SSO, her current resources are insufficient to cover this essential need. A cordless telephone would significantly improve her quality of life and help her manage her health more effectively. Your kind donation of a cordless telephone would greatly support her well-being and ability to maintain important connections during this challenging time.

Single mother of 5 children requires a cupboard to keep clothes and other items. Currently uses plastic boxes as cupboard broke.

Client is a single 54 years adult who just moved in to his rental flat. Due to employment instability and financial constrains, he is unable to purchase a mattress to have a proper rest.
