The client and his wife are both earning low wages and have to support 3 young dependents and his elder parents with their basic and household needs. Meanwhile, client is paying high amount of debts that are incurred by his parents and his previous failed business. The support of diapers and milk powder will be important to ensure the needs of the toddler is not compromised.

Client is a single mother who is faced with many chronic illnessess (i.e. cervical cancer, high blood pressure). She faces with fiancially difficulties as well due to low income and multiple arrears with unlicensed money lenders. She recently had a fall at work and is current on hospitalization leave. Due to Client's various chronic illnesses, she experiences urinary incontinence which requires her to use adult diapers.

the client is an isolated elderly with health issues which has rendered her unfit for work. There is no family member who is available to care for her and she is dependent on the formal support of the social services. Recently, her washing machine of many years has broken down and she is in need of a new washing machine at the moment.

Family with 2 school-going children requires a microwave. Father has just started working in a food stall, while mother who is on Long-Term Visit Pass is working as a cleaner. Son is on work permit and just started working.

Client is the sole breadwinner of a family of 5, with 3 children. One of his children is with special needs and his wife has to stay home to take care of him full time.
