69 year old elderly man living alone in a rental flat at Toa Payoh Lor 7, requires a TV so he can keep up to date with the news and also to keep him occupied as he lives alone and has lost contact with his family. He requires a TV with the appropriate wires and fittings to be able to work upon delivery as he would not be able to afford to pay for the appropriate wires as he is on government financial support.
