The client is the sole breadwinner, working ad-hoc jobs like sending out flyers and sometimes delivering parcels to support his son. On average, he earns roughly about $600 - $700. With his limited income, he does not have the financial means to afford an electrical home appliance. The family hopes to have a donor who could donate used electrical home appliances to meet their daily necessities

Young couple with two young children are looking for more stable jobs. Mum is recently unemployed and dad's shifts are irregular. They hope to receive some food rations (tinned food, instant noodles, rice) to tide them through this period while they wait for financial assistance approval and job offers.

Baby Gate (preferably up to 2m wide. Client is a couple raising 8 school-going children and 2 infants, ranging from 13 years old to 6 months old. Client is the main caregiver to her children while husband, who was recently released from incarceration, is working to support the family. The family is mainly dependent on formal financial assistance, and has just enough money to meet their basic needs. As the family of 12 lives in a 2-room flat, space is scarce and the young children tend to have easy access to the kitchen. Caseworker would like to appeal for the family for donations for a baby gate to limit the children's assess to the kitchen, in order to ensure safety in the family whenever client is cooking their meals.

An elderly gentleman living with his elderly parents in a 4 room HDB. He is recently unemployed due to health reasons and is applying for financial assistance for his daily needs. He has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor, but it is harder for him to get up from the floor due to his leg injury. He would benefit greatly with a bed frame and mattress , reducing his fall risks and making it easier for him to get up and out of bed too.
