A pre-loved washing machine would greatly support the family's daily needs and help ensure that the children have access to clean clothing, which is important for their health, hygiene, and school attendance.

Client is an elderly female, lives in a rental house, who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in 2024 and has since recovered. During the course of her treatment, she experienced significant weight loss and currently weighs approximately 39kg. According to the client, her doctor has advised her to engage in regular exercise and strength-building activities to improve her muscle mass, physical strength, and overall health. Client currently faces physical limitations and is unable to sustain full-time employment due to difficulty standing for prolonged periods. She is presently employed on a part-time basis, working two days per week at a fast-food outlet. Her limited work capacity has affected her income and ability to meet additional expenses. (Hin)
