Client currently does not have the means to replace her BP monitor that has spoilt but wants to continue to monitor her BP as she has HTN alongside DM and HLD. Client is keen to acquire one to start monitoring her BP again.

As his savings have been depleted due to the sudden loss of income, he requires assistance with a washing machine.

Client is a youth from a low-income family living in rental flat. Youth had dropped out of secondary school previously due to learning and socialising difficulties. Now, he is motivated to explore private studies (WSQ or N levels) so that he can one day get a job and support his family. As the family's finances are tight, we are requesting for a decent working laptop that he could use to do online courses and applications for school.

Client is an elderly in her 70s staying alone and is diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, affecting her mobility and daily living. Seeking the donation of a standard wheelchair for an elderly client with a history of multiple strokes and progressive mobility decline. The client is no longer able to use his motorised mobility scooter following his recent hospitalisation and now requires a wheelchair for safer mobility when attending medical appointments and accessing the community.

Single mother of 6 school-going children under 15 are looking for a replacement refrigerator. The family is facing financial constraints as the mother is the sole breadwinner of the household.

The senior is wheelchair bound and blind, staying in a rental flat with her husband and 4 stepchildren. Husband experiences high caregiver stress. The client's wheelchair has faulty tyres and causes trips occasionally. The senior mainly sits on a wheelchair and is slightly overweight, therefore prefers cushion based for comfort and bigger wheels to self-propel at home.
