Mid fifties Chinese Male with multiple chronic health issues, limiting his mobility and is on extended hospitalisation leave. Living alone, he needs a laptop and printer for at home work for income.

Client is a young teenage mother caring for a newborn baby. She is currently focused on continuing her education and is not working, resulting in limited financial resources. Her family is also experiencing financial difficulties and has limited capacity to provide additional support. Given the family's financial constraints, purchasing a baby car seat would pose a significant challenge. A donated car seat would greatly benefit the client by ensuring safe transportation for the baby, particularly for medical appointments and other essential travel needs.

Family consist of couple and four children, aged 5 and below. Client is the main caregiver for her children and is currently upgrading herself through skills future courses to improve her future employability. Family currently relies on husband's part-time employment and financial assistance to meet their basic needs. To manage their finances, the couple would purchase milk powder and diapers online as it is cheaper. However, recently the stocks have been limited and family is unable to tap on cheaper alternatives to meet the children's basic needs.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get milk powder for her 3 year old grandson recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client would hence require milk powder support until she completes her cataract surgery in August 2025.

Client is a single mother and the primary caregiver of a 12-year-old daughter and an elderly mother who requires adult diapers. Both the daughter and the elderly mother have multiple health conditions.

Client is unemployed due to caregiving commitments for toddler and 3 other school-going. Client hopes to receive temporary milk and diapers support as she seeks to secure employment. Thank you.

Client (F/56) is a single mother living with her 2 sons and 1 daughter in a 3-rrom HDB flat. Client has multiple health issues and unable to secure employment. Her youngest son (M/16) recently suffered from indisgestion, gastric issues and dyspesia and has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few months. Due to his severe weight loss and loss of apetitie, client is requesting for milk powder to ensure that his nutritional needs are met. However, the cost of the milk powder is expensive.

Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 children in tertiary education and family members with mental health needs and special needs. One of the child in polytechnic requires a new laptop after his existing one spoilt.

Client resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Client is unable to work due to chronic health conditions, and her children are unable to contribute financially as they are still in school and NS. Their washing machine has been faulty but they are unable to afford a new one.

Low-income family comprises of single mother with 2 primary school children, residing in a rental flat. They need a small table for the children to do their work on while sitting on the floor. They are unable to accommodate a study table with chairs due to space constraints.
