It will be used only for halal cooking, so it should be easy to clean and safe for family use, with features such as a child lock and a cool-touch door. Family consists of parents and 4 young children aged 1 to 5, currently facing significant financial hardship. They reside in an HDB rental flat. Father is unable to work due to spinal issues, supported by a doctor’s memo. Mother has been the main breadwinner, working part-time while caring for the children. Father’s current mattress is worn out and no longer provides proper support, causing him pain and difficulty sleeping. While doctor has recommended an orthopedic mattress and pillow with a firmness of 7.5/10 however it is difficult to get such mattresses. Therefore, a regular mattress with firm support would already be very helpful in improving his comfort and supporting his spine better than the current worn-out one. Any support during this challenging period will make a meaningful difference to the family’s well-being. It will help the father manage his spinal condition, improve his rest, and support the family’s overall stability.

Client is an elderly man living in one-room rental flat at Sin Ming. He is not working due to his medical condition (throat cancer). He requires a toaster to aid him in preparing meals at home. He is not able to consume outside food due to dietary requirements in relation to his medical condition.
