Client is the main caregiver for her grand niece and nephew. She is currently in her late 60s. Client has been struggling with the cost of milk powder and diapers as the children's natural parents do not contribute to the caregiving of the children.

Family consist of client has two children. Client's youngest daughter has medical issues with her kidney which requires her to be continued diapers and milk powder support. Client is currently unemployed due to health issues.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires to drink milk for additional nutrition. Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.
