Client is a single mother to a 15 year old daughter. Client do not have a fridge to store the food she cooks for her daughter. She hopes to get a fridge which will be helpful for the family. Client has financial challenges and is a recipient of SSO Comcare assistance.

Mother of three school-going children who is currently experiencing financial difficulties following her husband’s incarceration. A bunk bed with a pull-out trundle would provide adequate sleeping arrangements for all three children while maximising the available space within the home.

Family is low income with 2 children under 12 yo, with one main breadwinner. The older child lives with William's Syndrome and cardiac issues. A vacuum cleaner would greatly help mother maintain cleanliness at home without overexertion, and ensure that family can get by financially.

Client is currently engaged in part-time employment while pursuing a training course to upgrade her skills. She is facing significant financial hardship. She is unable to sustain her employment due to a recent toe amputation and potentially another one on the other foot. The combined pressure of healthcare costs and lack of income has exhausted the family's resources. She is hoping for any kind individuals to donate items like a laptop as it is a requirement for her educational needs.

A household of three (turning four) is seeking for a donated washing machine. The family comprises of a young married couple (both aged 24), their 1-year-old son, and will be expecting a newborn in a month's time - Oct 2026. In hopes to provide a stable environment for their growing family, the couple have secured their first home - a 2-room public rental flat in Yishun. They have mainly been lodging with relatives prior, without a proper space of their own. As the wife is currently unable to work due to her pregnancy and the need to care for their young son, the family relies solely on the husband's limited income. They have been preparing for the move mostly by sourcing for second-hand furniture. The only remaining item that they have challenges obtaining is a washing machine, due to their limited budget. A washing machine will greatly alleviate some of their daily household chores, thereby freeing up more capacity for them to focus on settling down into their new home and the arrival of their newborn in the coming month. This will also support the young family's fresh start as a unit of four in their new home. The family is hoping to move and settle into their new home within Sep 2026, to ensure a proper space is ready by the time of their newborn's arrival. They will hence benefit from a donated, well-functioning washing machine the soonest.

Youth is currently pursuing her education and requires a laptop to support her schoolwork and assignments. Despite facing ongoing familial challenges, lack of social support and financial difficulties, she remains committed to her education. A laptop would greatly support her learning and help ensure she can fully participate in her studies.

Client is a single mother with 3 young children (7, 4, 2 years old). They currently do not have a water heater and the children express discomfort showering with cold water every morning before school.

Seeking a donation of a laundry rack for an elderly client from a low-income household. Due to limited financial resources, the client has difficulty purchasing household items beyond essential daily expenses. A laundry rack would support client in managing laundry and day-to-day household needs more independently and safely.
