Single mother with 6 children. The house has recently been infested with bed bugs and most of the furniture are thrown away. Social worker is currently coordinating for profession services to remove the bedbugs. Meanwhile, children are sleeping on the floor. Would like to request for 3 to 4 single "tilams" or mattress as temporary beds for the children while professsionals come and support the pest removal

Couple has recently moved into their new rental flat and are expecting a newborn soon. As they are experiencing financial challenges, they would like to kindly seek some support in securing a refrigerator.

Elderly (M) on kidney dialysis living in public rental flat with adult son who has intellectual disability. He would need a bedframe due to limited mobility and has difficulty getting up when sleeping on the floor. Adjustable bedframe is preferred so that it may act as his sofa when needed.
