A client aged 80yo diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer requires TENA Proskin DIAPER (XL Tape)for daily usage. The client has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. Her cancer had met her rib which caused her to have difficulty walking. She needs to wear diapers permanently.

Client is a single mother to a 10-month-old son and is facing financial difficulties. Having recently moved into a rental flat due to overcrowding at her family home, she requires support with essential furniture and household appliances to set up a safe and comfortable home for her son.

Client is the sole caregiver for her son, who has physical disabilities. Due to her full-time caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to engage in employment, resulting in financial constraints for the household. The padlock to her home is damaged and requires replacement. However, due to her financial situation, client is unable to afford the replacement and requires assistance.
