Client is a full-time caregiver for his senior mother with dementia as well as bed-bounded brother. Client desires to work part night shifts to supplement family’s income on top of his caregiving duties. Currently, he does not have a phone and has been relying on home phone but a mobile phone is needed for him to be added into a WhatsApp group for his work, as details of the schedule will be posted there and updates of new job opportunities will be posted there too. Preferably, we should get a mobile phone for him as soon as possible. The client is also caring for her elderly mother, who recently fell ill, alongside the caregiving needs of her young children. Due to the family’s limited financial resources and multiple caregiving responsibilities, they are unable to afford a replacement washer dryer. A washer dryer donation would provide essential support in meeting the family’s daily needs and ease their financial strain.
