I am writing to seek support for an elderly patient who has been diagnosed with dementia and currently wheelchair bound. She lives with her son, who is battling late‑stage cancer. While the family is doing their best to provide care, the heavy medical requirements have placed them under significant financial strain. To ease the burden, we would like to request assistance with adult diapers for the elderly patient. This will greatly help the family in managing daily caregiving needs and maintaining the patient’s comfort and dignity. Resident of HCSA Highpoint who has completed his 6 months program. He is now in his 3rd month on Long-home-leave. He is doing well and wants to enjoy watching television at home with his family.

A financially stressed family struggling to make ends meet needs a kind donor to provide diapers for J, who is still dependent on his mother for caregiving, compromising her employment. J was a premature baby who was born with multiple medical conditions. He has undergone various surgeries to correct his internal organs, removal of stoma bag and opening of an anus hole, shift his urinary tract to below his belly button, and opening of a hole in the chest to aid in breathing via a tube. 7yo J is fully dependent on diapers due to the operation. Your kind donation of a 3 to 6-month supply will make a big difference during this difficult time.

Client is a 85 year old lady who just underwent a hip surgery due to a fall. She is currently being supported by an ICS staff who will care for her temporarily. Client requires a Super Single Mattress Length is 180cm Width is 100cm. As she is mainly on the bed resting most of the time now after her operation. She ambulates weakly only if needed to and fro the toilet. Her current mattress has lost its elasticity and it's metal parts have surfaced making lying down very uncomfortable and painful (as client is rather small frame and weak). A super single mattress will help her to be more comfortable while lying down.

Client lives alone in a rental flat, is unfit to work due to mental health issues, and requires support to obtain a super single bed frame and mattress.
