Client is the main caregiver of his newborn daughter. He currently works as a relief security officer and faces difficulties affording milk powder and diapers for his newborn due to limited income.

Client lives alone and is a single senior who requires a simple refrigerator for her daily needs.

A single mother with three young children is seeking a pair of walking shoes for her eldest child (M/12), who has an upcoming school trip. Due to financial difficulties, she is unable to afford a new pair and would be grateful for either a new or second-hand pair of walking shoes. She has no brand preference, and her child's shoe size is UK 7.

Family consist of 3 members, Client (F/), her husband (M/) and their son (M). Son is diagnosed with mild autism and developmental speech delay and requires training diapers during his sleep. However, due to husband's difficulties finding stable employment in the past year, the family has been experiencing significant financial strain and require diaper support for their son's needs.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.

Client (F/21) is a pregnant single mother staying with her friend (F/21) who is also a single mother of a 3-year old girl staying in a 1-room rental flat. As client is expecting, she finds it increasingly difficult to clear the house and experiences back pain when sweeping. Client hopes to get a vacuum so that it is easier to clean the flat without excessive extending of her back.

My client is looking to start a home-based business to help support her family of six. As her husband is currently the sole breadwinner, the family is facing financial difficulties and would greatly benefit from some support to help them establish this source of income. Thank you

Client, 29 years old, is a homemaker and caregiver to her 4 young children (ages 3-9). Her husband is the sole breadwinner but earns an irregular income due to the nature of his job. The family resides in a 2-room rental flat and has financial constraints. There is a history of mental health needs and conflicts within the family. To increase the safety of the family at home, client is keen to install a CCTV within her home.

Senior has had 2 strokes and Parkinsons and his sole caregiver is his wife whose health is also declining. Would require food thickeners to avoid choking on liquids.

Senior client in his 80s is estranged from his family and on his own. He is currently living in a transition home and is diagnosed with pancreatic conditions and require adult diapers to help him better manage his incontinence and to prevent him from having to get up in the middle of the night for toilet trips. Senior is employed however work and income is not guaranteed. Your generosity will help him a long way in keeping safe and saving for his daily bread.
