Grant a Wish

The family consists of 4 members. Both parents are unemployed due to health issues, and their two children are in school. The family relies mainly on FA for daily expenses and requires help obtaining a microwave for cooking.  

My client is a low-income young mother who's living in HDB rental housing with a 4-month-old baby under her care. Her husband is the sole breadwinner of the family presently. She is looking to edit and send resumes for employment and would require a laptop to apply for work, in hopes to send her infant to preschool. Any working laptop with a power adapter would be good to improve social mobility for mother.

Muslim family comprising of single mother and her 5 young children finally got their own BTO flat recently but is currently struggling to furnish their new flat with the necessary home appliances as her monthly income is just sufficient for their daily expenses. Client needs a working fridge and wardrobe at the moment.

Client is a young first-time single mother. She is currently working full-time while pursuing part-time evening studies to improve her qualifications and secure a better future. She requires assistance with essential infant supplies, specifically milk and diapers, to support her daughter’s needs.

We would like to seek donations for children’s milk. The family of 5 consists of client, her spouse, and their 3 children aged 3-month-old, 2-year-old and 5-year-old. Due to financial constraints, client chose to return back to work early, and did not take the full 16-week maternity leave. Even though both client and her spouse are currently employed, their combined income remains inadequate to meet the needs of their 3 young children. Hence, we are reaching out to seek donations for milk for their 3-month old infant and 2 year old child. Her children are currently drinking Lactogen 1 and Lactogen 3. Thank you.

The client is the primary caregiver for her husband, a stroke patient with significantly reduced mobility who is largely dependent on assistance for daily activities. His care needs include transfers and diaper changing, which are physically demanding and often requires the assistance of 2 persons. The current wheelchair does not provide adequate support and is uncomfortable, affecting his mobility and overall well-being. Due to the intensive nature of caregiving, this has also contributed to increased caregiver strain on the client. A heavy-duty wheelchair that can support approximately 120kg would improve his daily quality of life while reducing the caregiving burden and risk of injury during transfers.

The client is a stay-at-home mother caring for her baby while working to build a small online business to support her household income. Managing caregiving responsibilities full-time limits her ability to take on outside employment, making this home-based effort an important source of financial stability. A printer would enable her to manage daily operations more efficiently and sustain her income from home.

The client is a single elderly lady in her 60s who has been unemployed for the past five years. She resides in an HDB flat that has deteriorated over time, and she is currently unable to afford the necessary repairs for her window grilles, which pose potential safety concerns. We are reaching out to explore if any potential donors may be able to support the repair costs. Any form of assistance would be greatly appreciated in helping to improve her living conditions and safety. Client is a single father of 7 children. They stay in a 2-room rental flat. 2nd youngest child, 12yo sleeps on the sofa but the sofa is spoiling. As such they have requested for a new sofa.
