Client, 32yo is someone with a disability living in a rental flat with his mother. He is unemployed but is linked up for employment support. However, he requires a smartphone to support in his job search and for communications with potential employers. The family does not have the means to afford a phone for client.

Single mother with 3 children ranging from 6 months to 15 y/o requires assistance to purchase diapers as she is tight on finances. She is also undergoing divorce and is not receiving money from her spouse. The assistance with purchasing diapers for her will be beneficial to tide through the financial constraints.

Client is a 57-year-old male living alone with a previous history of bed bug infestation. He recently underwent a deep cleaning of his home, during which all furniture items were disposed of. At present, the client does not have adequate storage space for his clothing. The client has multiple neurological conditions which significantly impact his functioning and render him unable to work. The client is seeking assistance from donors for a cupboard / wardrobe to safely store his clothing.

Client is a family of 6 with 4 young children. Both parents are working. The SSO support is reduced as there was stability in employment previously but family encountered some medical issues, in which employment became less stable. As such, the current income (both parents' income and SSO) is reduced and not sufficient. The parents would need support for diapers while pending requests to other organisations for longer-term milk and diaper support. The aforementioned brands are preferred as the children have ezcema.
