Grant a Wish

Client is 21yo and just recently got granted her own HDB rental flat in July 2026 after rough sleeping for a period as she was being kicked out of her husband's & FOO's place. Client is also diagnosed with mental health condition and hopes to rebuild her life after moving in to her own rental flat. As she is currently unfit for work due to her mental health condition, she does not have the finances to afford the furnishings needed for her new home.

Client is a single mother, unemployed due to health issues, residing with 2 school-going children. Tabletop gas cooker has rusted and broken, client is seeking donations for gas cooker/stove.

Socially isolated elderly client requires second-hand phone due to limited finances to afford a new one. This ensures his continued communication with stakeholders to ensure his safety and wellbeing.

Mom of 6 children from low-income background require assistance in acquiring second-hand phone due to water damage and limited finances to afford a new one. This supports her in communicating with stakeholders and for work matters.

Client is a senior lady with diagnosed dementia. She is supported by her husband on dialysis and is experiencing caregiving stress for client. Client herself enjoys writing and would like to seek support to have writing materials (pens, pencils, paper) as well as chinese books of poems for her to copy text. She will greatly benefit from writing as it helps with her motor skills and dementia, and potentially provide some respite to her caregiver.

Client is a 41-year-old single mother of five. She is currently serving her sentence under community supervision following a period of incarceration. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, is receiving treatment at public hospitals, and is unable to work. She lives with three of her children, two of whom are still in school, her granddaughter, and her father. Due to health and educational commitments, no family member is currently in stable employment. Client would require donor's help to arrange and cover delivery costs.

Family is facing financial difficulties as Husband is unable to sustain regular employment due to colorectal surgery and gout. Wife is currently on LTVP+ and faces challenges securing employment while reapplying for PR. Their son is serving National Service and daughter with mild ID is attending vocational training. Both are unable to contribute financially to the household. Family's washing machine has broken down recently and have limited finances for a washing machine.

RELIGHT is an initiative by PPIS FSC (West) to actively support beneficiaries through disbursement of donated items from individuals and corporate donors. These include daily necessities and fresh produce, which is distributed every quarter of the year.

Client has been the main caregiver for her 12-year-old nephew since his birth, and they live with client's mother in a rental unit. Client's mother was the sole breadwinner but she had to stop working due to poor health. Client has been trying to take on ad-hoc jobs, which is barely enough to cover their basic needs. Client's mother intends to continue working once her health improves, and she has been medically compliant in the hopes that she will achieve that goal. Client is also hoping to find full-time employment once mother's health stabilises. Due to their current financial constraints, the family is seeking assistance to obtain a table console as their current one is no longer in a good condition.
