Client is a blind man staying with his 3 school-going children and wife in 2 room rental flat. Wife is chronically unfit for work due to mental health issues, while client relies on SSO and tries to earn income by working ad-hoc jobs that are available. He hopes to get a second-hand iPhone so that he can access mobile services more easily, as Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped is also offering accessibility classes with iPhone's accessible features. This will help him to be more independent while maintaining access to communications and job opportunities.

A single mother is currently caring for her 12-year-old daughter on her own. Due to her health conditions, including diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as her caregiving responsibilities, the mother is currently not working. Recently, their washing machine broke down and due to my client’s health condition, she is unable to handwash the clothings, including her daughter’s uniform. As the family is financially unable to afford a replacement, they are seeking donation of a washing machine. Assistance from the donor to cover transport arrangement and delivery costs would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
