The elderly lives in a 2-room HDB rental flat with her husband. Their 2 children have grown up and living their own lives, one of whom has relocated. As her husband is unable to continue care for her as he has been hospuitalised for the past one month. As such, her neighbour is helping to care for the elderly, includes preparing and buying meals for her. Her neighbour is taking care of her husband with stroke. However, the induction cooker is faulty and can no longer be in use. Hence, it will be helpful if the induction cooker can be replaced with a new one, as they are afraid of fire hazard if continue to use a faulty one.

The elderly client is a retired elderly who is also a stroke survivor. She lives in a 2-room HDB rental flat with her husband who has been hospitalized for over a month. Their 2 children are busy with their own lives and careers, one of whom is distant. The elderly can benefit from adult diapers (size XL) pants, to prevent falls at home when transferring to the toilet.

Family of 3 with father as a sole breadwinner previously. Father recently had to terminate his job due to unforeseen circumstances and family is facing financial challenges to provide for baby's needs.

Family of 9 members, low income and large family. They require a replacement for their refrigerator.

Because she dedicates all her time and resources to her child's well-being, her own needs often fall behind. Client (22yo) is a young parent of 2 young children aged 4yo & a newborn. She is currently unemployed as she has just recently given birth. Husband is therefore the sole breadwinner of the family. As such, the family is still working on stabilising their finances and require support with getting new items.

The elderly is divorced with no children and no income, since she suffered from a stroke and retired many years ago. Due to recent falls from her bed, she requires a bed guard rail to provide transfer support as she attempts to get out of the bed and also to assist her with repositioning herself on her bed when she needs to. However, due to her beliefs, she is only willing to accept a brand new item.
