The client is currently undergoing divorce proceedings and is the primary caregiver to four young children aged 2, 4, 5, and 6. Due to her full-time caregiving responsibilities, she has been unable to secure employment that accommodates her children’s needs and is presently reliant on formal support for the family’s daily expenses. The family’s dryer has malfunctioned, which has made it difficult for the client to manage routine laundry, including drying her children’s school uniforms and daily clothing. A replacement dryer would help support the family’s daily routines and ease the practical challenges the client faces in caring for her young children.

Client is currently facing financial constraints and managing mental health challenges. She is unable to replace broken essentials and is seeking donated DVD player to watch movies, one of the few ways she can relax and providing comfort and a positive outlet, helping her cope with stress and reduce feelings of isolation.

Family of 3, living in a 2-room rental flat have been using their current fridge for many years. It has recently started to malfunction, and family does not have enough funds to purchase a brand new one. Family is hoping for one that they can use for their daily groceries and food storage. Their son is diagnosed with Intellectual Disability which limits his ability to work independently. As such, the family faces trouble to replace their wardrobe.

Client is a single elderly staying alone. He has hearing impairment and has hearing aids but they are not working well sometimes and he still has difficulty hearing with them. As her father's condition has worsened over the months with multiple emergency hospital visits this year, client faces immense financial constrains. Her current iphone is not working well and software upgrade by Apple will suspend 31 Dec 2025. Client wishes to save her current money for her father's medical bills instead of buying a new phone and is hoping to receive a donation instead.

The donated fridge that we got for them 2 months ago has broken down and they would require another. They are hoping to get a new / lightly used item as they have poor experiences with donated items that break down easily.
