Client is undergoing a divorce and functioning as a single mother caring for 2 children, with 1 child with special needs. Client would require a vacuum cleaner to ensure cleanliness of the household as they currently do not have one, making it challenging to upkeep the household.

Family consists of youth with special needs, grandmother in her sixties and mother who is unemployed and job searching. They are residing in a rental flat and are reliant on financial assistance, youth's limited allowance from sheltered workshop and grandmother's limited employment income for their expenses. Their water heater is currently faulty.

Yishun Family Service @ Children’s Society is seeking support for a 3-seater sofa (new or gently used) for a service user. The family of five currently resides in a rental flat, with the father as the sole breadwinner. The stroller will greatly support the mother in managing daily routines, especially in sending her children to school. This is a family with four children -- two of them have eye cancer and can only drink Nutren Junior. Mother cannot work as she has to care for the sick children so father is the sole breadwinner. His income is insufficient to support the family. The two children drink a lot of formula and can drink a few tins a week. Nutren Junior formula donations can greatly help relieve some of their financial burden.

This family of nine, with seven children aged between 7 months and 19 years old, lives in a small 2-room rental flat in Yishun. Several of the children are still financially dependent, including school-going children and a young child with developmental needs, placing significant caregiving and financial demands on the parents. Despite both parents working hard to support the family, they continue to face financial difficulties managing daily necessities, food expenses, milk, diapers, and the children’s ongoing needs. With limited resources, the family is unable to afford a suitable rice cooker that can meet their needs. A donated 3L rice cooker would help the family prepare sufficient meals more efficiently and ensure that the family has access to warm, home-cooked food.

This mother of three is working hard to support her 3 sons, aged 6 to 16, while rebuilding a safe and stable home following a difficult period of family violence. As the family's sole provider, she faces ongoing financial challenges and receives limited support from her husband in meeting her children's daily needs. The family's existing household appliances are faulty and in need of replacement. A donated electric pot would allow her to prepare simple, nutritious meals more conveniently for her children.

Client just gave birth recently and needs a baby pram for infant. She has two older children with special needs so is unable to work. Client's husband works as a cleaner with low income sustaining the family.

An unemployed client with a chronic medical condition is experiencing two maintenance issues at her residence: the basin wastewater is not draining properly due to a suspected pipe blockage, and the rubbish chute is unable to close securely. As she is unable to afford the cost of engaging service provider(s), the client is seeking sponsorship or assistance from a pro bono service provider(s).
