Her family is facing considerable caregiving and financial strain, as her retired husband is the main caregiver while their adult daughter is also severely ill with end-stage lupus nephritis and requires regular dialysis. Due to ongoing medical expenses, the family is unable to afford a wheelchair independently. A folderable light-weight wheelchair is appreciated in view of client's limited living space and strength.
