Sunbeam Place @ Children’s Society is in need of new/used but still in good condition 650L 2-door refrigerator (Halal) to support the L3MPH Dormitory. The current unit has become faulty and beyond repair, and is causing frequent power trips, affecting daily operations. Delivery will need to be arranged by the kind donor. Client resides in a 1-room rental flat. She is unable to work due to her illness and mental health conditions. She just relocated to Boon Lay area and her house is unfurnished. She requested for household items and rations as she is unable to afford purchasing them.

The client resides in a 1-room HDB rental flat in Sengkang with her spouse and two children (M/7, F/5), both diagnosed with autism. Due to the high caregiving demands of her children, the client is unable to work. Her spouse faces significant barriers to employment due to a past incarceration record and is currently unemployed, leaving the family in financial difficulty. F/5 has a heightened sensory sensitivity to heat, which triggers meltdowns and uncontrollable scratching. As a result, a portable air conditioner is a medical necessity for the household and runs continuously. The family's current unit is malfunctioning and requires replacement. They are unable to afford a new unit, and Climate Vouchers are not applicable for portable air conditioner purchases. The family is seeking a donation of a portable air conditioner, either new or second-hand, to support the child's sensory needs and overall wellbeing.

Given the family’s current financial constraints, they are unable to purchase the washing machine on their own. Support with sourcing a washing machine would therefore be beneficial to improve their overall living conditions.

A family of 6 is currently residing in a rental flat. One of the children recently underwent surgery on his leg following an accident. As part of his recovery, it is medically necessary for him to sleep on a raised surface rather than the floor, as bending and getting up from floor level would hinder his rehabilitation and cause discomfort post-surgery. The family is in need of a single mattress to support the child's recovery and ensure he is able to rest comfortably during this period.

Family is a household of 4, currently residing in HDB rental flat. Client is currently pregnant and unable to work. Family is reliant on her husband as the sole breadwinner. There is also two young children, ages 4 and 2 in the household. Family’s household was recently infested with bed bugs, and they were required to throw away their bed. The client and her children have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. While family receives financial assistance from SSO, it is not sufficient for them to purchase another bed. Hence, they are requesting for a kind donation of a queen/king size bed (frame and mattress).

The client is currently pregnant and has three children, of whom two are attending primary school and one is an infant. The client is temporarily unable to continue working due to discomfort experienced during her pregnancy. The client’s husband is currently working long hours in a physically demanding job and faces difficulties in securing better‑paying employment due to his incarceration history. The family will be moving into a new rental flat soon, however, their current income is insufficient for them to purchase the necessary furniture (wardrobe) to move into the new flat.
