Adults with special needs with low-incomes require a front-load 8 - 9kg washing machine. Their current washing machine is faulty. They live independently in the community. They would appreciate if donor can arrange and pay for delivery.

Client’s current outdated phone often fails to receive calls and messages, making it difficult to stay connected with support systems and family. She is hoping for a reliable phone to support her in managing caregiving responsibilities, medical appointments and communication. Client is a mother undergoing a separation from her husband, who has been in and out of incarceration which strained their relationship and left her with debts. Due to her mental health condition, she is unfit to work and receives SSO support. She also faces recent physical health issues requiring medical care. Living in a one‑room rental flat, Client is the primary caregiver for her teenage daughter and also cares for her 6‑year‑old child with autism, who resides separately.

The family has a grandfather who is severely demented and has a poor medical condition after suffering from a few falls. The family hopes to secure a hospital/medical bed so that grandfather can be comfortable at home, instead of staying in the hospital or go into palliative care setting.

She is experiencing both caregiving and financial stress, as her husband's income is unstable due to a workplace injury impacting their household finances. As such, they are requesting support for some necessities for their youngest child, in particular a laptop to assist with their children's educational needs and household management.

She is requesting milk support for the 4 month old as the current milk she has was affected by the SFA milk powder recalls recently. She only has enough milk to last till this Saturday and is hoping to get any type of milk powder that is suitable for her 4 month old.
