Client is sole breadwinner for his 5 young children (aged below 8), wife and elderly mother who had been diagnosed with dementia. Family resides in a 1 room rental flat. (R)

Client (M/38) is unemployed as he is the main caregiver of his daughter (5), who had been diagnosed with Autism, son (3) and his wife (38) who has been diagnosed with depression and is currently unfit for work and pregnant. The family will benefit from donation for diapers as they are struggling to meet their basic needs with limited finances

Parents with 4 school going children require a dryer as theirs has broken down and are unable to afford. Due to the large amount of school clothes that needs to be washed and dried on a daily basis, the family is looking for a 10 – 12L dryer. Family will benefit hugely from this contribution as this will take a big burden off the father who is struggling to pay for all the daily necessities while taking care of the family at the same time with the wife being a full time housewife.

Pt has limited family support. As pt is morbidly obese (200kg), he requires adjustable bed base plus queen-sized bed to support his activities of daily living (ADLs). Pt is unable to work and financially needy (on Comcare assistance).

Client and her husband are currently living in a rented flat with their 6 children, including a 1 year old son.The family is facing financial difficulties as client's husband is the sole bread winner of the family and does not earn much. Therefore, the client is requesting assistance with obtaining S-26 GOLD Stage 3 milk and Huggies diapers (L) to get through this tough period.
