Family with 3 young kids need a 3 door wardrobe as current item is faulty. Both parents are working odd jobs and unable to attain enough funds for purchase.

Client is a divorced single mother with 4 children. Currenrly two young children are under her care ( F, 11y/o and F, 1y/o), while her two other children are under the care of her ex-husband. Client stays with her mother as well, and is the main breadwinner of th family. However, due to the nature of Client's job, there are months where her income is little, resulting in tight living expenses, adding on to her stressors as a single mother. As such temporary support with diapers and milk powder would help to alleviate some of her financial stressors.

Family has a young daughter and a 3 year old son and elderly mother to take care of. The sole breadwinner of the family is having difficulties working as he has a pre-existing medical conditions and met with an accident 3 years ago. Their elder mother is diagnosed with multiple medical conditions and has to be on adult diapers. The family is having difficulties coping with the monthly expenses in the family. They require assistance with the adult diapers for their elder mother.

Client is from a low income family with 3 children, one of which has special needs. Due to that, she has to be home to be the main caregiver of the family while her husband goes out to work and is the sole breadwinner. Her wardrobe has cracked and she is concerns about it falling apart. Hence is looking for a replacement however is unable to afford it.

Bunk Bed (Bottom- Queen, Top- Single) Low-income family with 5 children from age 3 to 17 are requesting for a bunk bed (bottom- Queen, Top- Single). Their current sleeping conditions are cramped as the family shares 1 queen-sized and 1 single-sized mattress in a 2-room rental flat. Father is working 2 jobs to support the family financially, while mother recently lost her retail job and is in search for another employment. The bunk bed would help the family sleep and rest in more comfortable living conditions.

Elderly man on his own without family support has just moved into a 1-room rental flat unit. He is seeking for a small fridge with freezer compartment for his room.

Client and her husband, who is the sole breadwinner, have 4 young children and are expecting another child in February 2025. The household comprises eight individuals, including a 51-year-old single mother and her eleven children, whose ages range from 12 to 32 years. At present, the family does not possess any source of income, having previously operated a home-based cookie business that had to be ceased recently due to the mother’s illness, which has rendered her unable to work for several months. As the main caregiver for her children and grandchildren, the mother relies on her mobile phone to address various educational matters, engage with relevant stakeholders, and access essential applications such as SingPass, CPF, Whatsapp, Bank applications, etc. Unfortunately, her current phone has malfunctioned, resulting in her inability to be contacted. Acquiring a new phone would greatly enhance her access to important systems and enable her to better meet the needs of her family.

The senior has memory issues and stays in a rental unit, he experienced many falls and this makes him unfit for work. The senior does not have friends and his family all reside in Bandung Indonesia, he uses his CPF payouts to support his family in Indonesia and does not have money for refurbishments. The senior wishes to save money to renew his passport and buy a plane ticket to visit his family whom he has not visit for 4 years.
