Client is certified unfit for work due to both her physical and mental health conditions, and has been experiencing difficulties cleaning up her flat with her broom due to her deteriorating eyesight. She is usually dependent on her younger child to clean up the flat, but child is usually busy away from home to provide sufficient support. Thus, client is requesting for a small portable vacuum cleaner to ease her job of cleaning up her flat, especially whenever child is away from home.

Mr Abdullah, 51 years old, living in a 1 room HDB flat with his wife and 2 grandchildren. Currently he has been declared unfit for work from 3 Jan 2025 to 2 Jul 2025 for Psychosis by the Institute of Mental Health. Therefore, he presently has no income and is unable to afford a TV on his own. However, as he is unable to work for the time being, he finds it difficult to pass the time.
