We are writing to appeal for support on behalf of our client, whose washing machine has broken down after many years of use. She is the sole caregiver to a 1-year-old child and a 61-year-old father recovering from heart surgery. Her husband has deserted the family, and they rely entirely on financial assistance to meet basic needs. A functioning washing machine—preferably one that can manage a 6–8kg wash load—is essential to help her maintain hygiene and manage daily caregiving tasks. Without it, her burden increases significantly. We kindly request your assistance in providing a replacement washing machine. Your help would greatly ease her situation and allow her to continue caring for her family with dignity.

Family has a polytechnic student who requires a new laptop to help with his school work. His current laptop has power issues and shuts down. As a result, his coursework is not saved. The family is facing financial issues due to a reduction in family income due to employment issues.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get milk powder for her 3 year old grandson recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client would hence require milk powder support until she completes her cataract surgery in August 2025.

Client is currently unemployed while caring for her two children (8y/o and 18 months). Client is pending renewal of ComCare assistance and currently has limited finances to purchase milk powder for her child, which will only last till next Wed (30/7). Client is navigating through other family stressors and will require temporary support to navigate the basic needs of the children.

Client is low-income earner and sole breadwinner of household of 5. His wife was recently diagnosed with muscle-related condition, which caused the weakening of muscles that led to continence issues. She is now heavily reliant on diapers. Family would require diapers' support as client is unable to sustain the high needs.

Client (F/50) resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Since the passing of her late husband, she has been unemployed due to chronic health issues and grief. Client is unable to afford milk powder for youngest son (M/8) who has special needs and only consumes milk and biscuits for his meals due to specific food preferences.

Client is a single parent to 4 school-going children. Youngest child has developmental condition. Client is currently unemployed due to high caregiving needs of children. Client's refrigerator has malfunctioned and is unable to store groceries to cook at home for the children. A refrigerator will greatly help the family to ensure their basic needs are met.

Family consist of a young couple, client (F/25), her husband (M/28) and their daughter (F/10 months). They recently moved to a 2-room rental flat and are facing difficulties with their practical needs. The couple has been sharing a mobile phone and they have difficulties with remaining contactable at times.
