Client is a young adult who requires a working laptop to help with search for jobs online. Client used to be a full-time caregiver for father with chronic medical conditions, and for younger step brother who is still schooling. Father is now awaiting nursing home placement, while younger step brother has moved to stay with his mother. Client's mother has left the family when client was at a young age.

The senior has multiple health conditions and requires the wheelchair to attend medical appointments and other commitments. She stays in a rental flat with multiple family members.
