Wife's mother had also recently been involved in an accident, and had moved in. All these had impacted the family's ability to afford basic needs, especially for the children. Support for children's milk powder and diapers will greatly alleviate their immediate financial burdens.

Client resides with her adult son in a HDB public rental flat and has been unemployed for over five years due to multiple medical conditions. Her husband, previously the family’s sole breadwinner, has been in a nursing home for the past three to four years following a stroke, resulting in an outstanding bill of more than $9,000 that the family is unable to manage.
