Grant a Wish

The client (M/65) has been struggling with mental health challenges over the past 10 years. His mental health struggles have impacted his work functioning negatively, which led to his financial difficulties. He currently lives alone and has been separated from his son who has been resided in Boys' Town since he was 6 years old due to his poor mental health condition. The client does not have a working phone who others can reach out to him. The mode of communication is mainly through the son to convey the messages to him during the son's visit to the client. It would ease the communication with the client to better assist him if he has a working phone.

Client is the sole breadwinner of his family of 4. He has a variety of health issues which makes employment difficult. He is struggling financially and would benefit greatly from assistance with purchasing some of the essentials for his child.(Jos)

Client’s daughter has been experiencing severe eczema flare-ups, which have been exacerbated by the heat/weather. The family is requesting support for a portable air conditioner, if available, to help alleviate the child’s symptoms and improve her comfort.

Single mother of 7 with 2 young special needs children require a baby gate, preferably a taller than usual one to keep the children out of the kitchen. She is also the sole breadwinner where her income is just enough for the family to meet their basic needs.

Family is a household of 4 with two children (M/2, M/13). Mother is currently the sole provider for the children, as father has left the home and is no longer providing financially. They have difficulties financing milk powder (Lactogen 3), and hopes to receive donation.
