Low income family of five lost some of their furniture to a fire and require a new wardrobe.

A family of five lives in a 2-room rental flat, with children aged 5, 10, and 17. The father, a GrabFood delivery rider, is the sole breadwinner with a variable income. The mother stays home to care full-time for their youngest child, who has autism and ADHD. The family is financially strained, juggling multiple loan repayments. Recently, their washing machine broke down, and they are unable to afford a replacement, adding to their daily struggles.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.
