The client is a mother of five children of different age groups, living in a two-room rental apartment. Her husband, who was the sole breadwinner, has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and recently met with an accident. As he is Malaysian, he has since returned to Malaysia, leaving the client to manage the household and childcare responsibilities alone. She is currently caring for her young 4‑year‑old son and supporting all her children with limited resources. The family would benefit greatly from assistance in the form of Sec 1 and Sec 2 basic subject assessment books. (H)

The client is an elderly grandmother who is currently supporting her daughter by caring for her first granddaughter, a cheerful 2 year old girl. The daughter has recently given birth to a newborn baby and is currently in the postpartum period. The grandmother is employed as a cleaner, however, her income is low, and her daughter is unemployed at this juncture as recently given birth. The family attempted to switch to a more affordable milk powder, but the change caused diarrhea and vomiting in the child. As such, assistance with milk powder and diapers would be extremely helpful for the grandmother during this period. We appreciate your kindness and generosity in supporting the family. (H)

Single mother with 2 children in primary school who requires a washing machine. She is currently undergoing divorce and is moving to a rental flat in late February 2026. She will require assistance for a washing machine to help in defraying the costs of purchasing new appliances.
