Family is a single-mother with two children in Primary 4 and Primary 2. A laptop would greatly support the children’s learning and ensure they can participate more fully in school requirements.

Client is estranged from her husband who is not providing financial support, and she is currently seeking a maintenance order through the Family Justice Courts. Although she is employed full-time she continues to experience significant financial hardship as rental takes up nearly half of her income, leaving limited funds for daily living expenses. She is also responsible for her children's student care fees, food, other essential expenses, work-related costs, and outstanding credit card debt. Due to fear of approaching her husband for assistance, she bears sole responsibility for household and childcare expenses. As a result of these ongoing financial pressures, she frequently relies on her savings to cover basic needs and manage periods of financial shortfall. The laptop will help her manage home online use for work and the children's schoolwork.

Client has just moved into a rental flat apartment and requires some storage boxes in lieu of fixed cupboards for organisation of his items

Client is a single mother caring for 2 young children below 7 years old. She is currently working 2 jobs but is unable to purchase the new furniture needed for her to move into her new rental flat.

Client is a single mother with children aged between 1, 3 and 12. She is employed as a part timer while managing her responsibilities as a single mother with limited support. She is juggling work, childcare, and financial constraints while also dealing with her own mental health issues.

Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 children in tertiary education and family members with mental health needs and special needs. One of the child in polytechnic requires a new laptop after his existing one spoilt.

Client is unable to work due to chronic health conditions, and her children are unable to contribute financially as they are still in school and NS. Their washing machine has been faulty but they are unable to afford a new one.

Patient is single and lives with 2 other younger siblings who are retirees themselves. Patient is diagnosed with lung related medical conditions and required long term oxygen usage. She requires a portable oxygen concentrator for her to attend medical appointment.
