156705 Double-decker bed
Low-income single parent of 1. Father of a child with special needs. Child has strong tendencies to pull/tear/bite objects at home. Child shares room with helper and uses a double-decker bed. The existing bedframe at home have had their wooden base (and splinters) exposed by the child and poses a safety risk/choking hazard to the child. Father is managing existing debts and financial difficulties with adhoc household item replacements, making it difficult for him to afford new furniture. In the interim, we had removed the wooden shelvings but this has also resulted in a less sturdy structure for the double decker bed, as they had previously served to stabilise the structure. Sturdy non-wooden double decker bed will allow the family safe usage for sleeping. Please contact Social Worker Bryan @ 9699 3764

156703 Nestle NAN OptiPRO 1 Premium Starter Baby Infant Formula Powder 1
J was a premature baby who was born with multiple medical conditions. He had undergone various surgeries to correct his internal organs, removal of stoma bag and opening of an anus hole, shift his urinary tract to below his belly button, and opening of a hole in the chest to aid in breathing via a tube. 8yo J is fully dependent on a mainly formula-milk diet due to his condition. This is the prescribed diet by his doctor as he has difficulties digesting anything else. Your kind donation of a 3 to 6-month supply will make a big difference during this difficult time to the financially stressed family, as the father is the only breadwinner. J’s mother is currently unable to work as she is a full-time caregiver to J, who is totally dependent on her for all his living activities and needs.
