Family of 5 living in 3-room HDB in Yishun, the house is cluttered w clothes and miscellaneous items lying around. They are requesting for two chests of drawers to keep the place tidy and less cluttered.

A young-old adult diagnosed with early-onset dementia, divorced, with no support from children. The client is dependent on public financial assistance, lives alone, has recently moved into a rental flat, and requires basic furniture for the unit.

The client resides with her husband and their two young children, aged 4 and 2. The family is currently living in a HDB Public Rental Scheme flat and are experiencing significant financial hardship. The ongoing cost of diapers has added further strain on their limited budget. The client is requesting short term diaper support while the Family Service Centre continues to explore longer term assistance options through community programmes. Their younger child requires Drypers XXL diapers. This interim support will help ensure the child’s comfort and provide the family with some financial relief during this challenging period.

Client is an elderly lady who lives alone, with little social support and estranged relationship with her family. She is on Public Assistance as she is permanently unfit for work due to multiple chronic conditions. At her age, doctor has recommended milk powder to supplement her diet to ensure she gets the nutrients is lacking. However, due to her inability to work, she is unable to continue purchasing the milk powder, and as such would benefit greatly from a donation of milk powder.

Family that stays in a rental flat has 4 school-going children (aged 12, 11, 8 and 6). The 8 year old child has been selected by Lions City Sailors to play football competitively. However, he outgrew his soccer boots, hence the family is requesting for a kind donor to fund a pair of EU size 35 soccer boots (shop vouchers accepted too) and some long football socks. The family is okay with any brand or colour soccer boots / socks, as long as the shoes are EU size 35. Father is a full time homemaker as he is unfit to work due to a severe leg injury, mum is working part-time at a bakery and is actively looking for a full-time retail job but was rejected a number of times due to her appearance which she is currently in a long waiting line for NDC's dentures.

Client is a single mother with 3 young children. She is residing in a rental flat and being supported by Comcare financial assistance. The milk powder will help to ease the financial burden of the family this month.

The family of 3 inclusive of 1 school-going child, hopes to receive a gas stove with 2 burners because their current one is spoilt. They face financial constraints and are residing in a public rental flat.

Client is a 75 year old lady diagnosed with dementia. As client is underweight, has chronic health issues, and recently suffered a stroke, doctor has recommended her to include Diben Vanilla, 15g protein in her diet.
