The mother suffers from eczema, and the hot, humid conditions are significantly worsening her skin condition, causing constant discomfort and affecting her ability to care for her three young children aged 1 to 3 years old. An air-conditioner installed by a BCA-approved technician would provide essential relief for the mother's medical condition while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The family is unable to afford this necessity due to their current financial constraints while living in rental accommodation.

Client has a large household size of 10 members, with 8 children. Due to the high number of dependents and health reasons, family's income has not been sufficient and family has accumulated with some debts. However, family has been resilient in trying to gain financial independence. Recently, the family's fridge broke down and as the family relies on cooking to meet the daily needs for meals, it has been difficult for the client and family to manage without a fridge. As such, they are urgently asking for a fridge or chest freezer. They are a Muslim family and are more conservative regarding food items hence would like to either get a new fridge/chest freezer or one from a Muslim family.
