Family consist of a young couple in their late 20s and their daughter (F/1). They recently moved to a 2-room rental flat and are facing difficulites with their practical needs due to unstable employment and financial situation. Family is currently waiting for infant care enrolment for their child and require temporary milk powder support to alleviate their financial strain.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.

Client would hence require milk powder support as she just completed her cataract surgery in November 2025.

Client's washing machine has spoilt and hopes to replace it with a good, working condition one that is able to cater for their family of 4. Client does not have a stable working job, and only works odd job, thus has limited ability to pay for a new washing machine.

Client (F/33) is the sole breadwinner of her household, is currently living with her five children. She is seeking assistance in the form of milk and diapers (pampers) for her children aged 1 year old and 4 years old, as she is currently unable to afford these necessities.
