He is currently unemployed, has no regular income and experiences multiple medical conditions, diabetes, hypertension and depression. He spends most of his time at home due to his declining health and sleeps on an old, thin, worn and torn mattress that is infested with bed bugs. Client is troubled by bedbug bites and is unable to sleep as a result. Donation of a new mattress will greatly support client in addressing concerns with bed bugs at home. She also has multiple health conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, diabetes, and was previously diagnosed with cervical cancer. Client's legs are also weak, and she is unable to walk much in her home, requiring more rests. Having such household item will help her with settling into the rental flat sooner given her health and mobility issues.
