Wife is chronically unfit for work due to mental health issues, while client relies on SSO and tries to earn income by working ad-hoc jobs that are available. He hopes to get a second-hand iPhone so that he can access mobile services more easily, as Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped is also offering accessibility classes with iPhone's accessible features. This will help him to be more independent while maintaining access to communications and job opportunities. Client recently received an iPhone from a donor here last month but due to motherboard issues on the phone, it was unusable after a few weeks.

For single mother moving out of halfway house

Client is 55 years old and currently unfit for work due to multiple medical conditions, as supported by a medical memo. She is residing with her daughter, who was previously working as a Lalamove delivery driver but had to stop working to accompany client for hospital assessments and medical appointments. The family currently has limited financial resources and is unable to purchase the basic household items needed for client’s move into her new rental flat.

Ct is an elderly cancer patient who is now incontinent due to cancer treatment. Ct can no longer fit for employment due to age and diagnosis; hence he requires Ensure Milk supplement to regain strength after his chemotherapy treatment.

Diapers (Size 5XL - Baby Pants): A household of 3 residing in a rental 2-room flat in Yishun requires assistance with diapers. The household consists of a 33-year-old mother, 34-year-old father and 8-year-old daughter. The family is unable to afford the diapers due to financial constraints. The daughter has been diagnosed with Trisomy 9 and is fully dependent on others for her activities of daily living (ADL), with significant difficulties in communication (non-verbal) and psychomotor skills. Due to her condition, she requires diapers on an ongoing basis. Ensuring a consistent supply of diapers is essential for her hygiene, comfort and dignity, as well as to support her caregivers in managing her daily care needs.The family would be truly grateful for any kind donation of diapers, and your generosity would make a meaningful difference in supporting their daughter's daily care and wellbeing.

Client is a single parent with 5 children, aged 9 to 18 years old. Client needs a chest of drawers or wardrobe to fit all her children's clothes. Client is working but her income in insufficient to purchase a new drawer or cupboard for the children.

Family has a child in secondary school who requires a laptop for school work especially for home-based learning. His currently laptop is not working and the school is not able to issue another laptop. His mother works ad hoc jobs as a cleaner as she is the caregiver for her son with depression, and father is recently released from prison and started working as a care assistant for Carewell Ambulance.
