Community Services & Programmes @ Children’s Society is seeking support for a client who was recently let go from her job and is in need of temporary assistance for her children’s essentials. We are looking for a rain cover (any brand) suitable for a Seebaby T22 Twins Baby Stroller – side-by-side model. Client is a family of 4 with 2 school going children. They are dependent on financial assistance for their daily necessities and currently face financial constraints.

The family lives in a 2-room rental flat and cares for two very young children aged 2 and 3 who are active and curious. Their home currently has no door separating the kitchen from the living area, and the children often wander into the kitchen. The family is requesting a child safety gate to install at the kitchen entrance so they can create a safer and more controlled environment, reduce the risk of accidents, and better protect the children at home.

Client is wheelchair bound and fully dependent on spouse for her activities of daily living (e.g. showering, dressing, etc.). Both are married with no children, and are residing in a rental flat. Client has multiple illnesses and is unable to work, as such, spouse has to work as a cleaner from Monday – Thursdays, as well as over the weekends, to sustain their livelihood. As she is in her 50s, she does not qualify for HDB Ease and spouse finds it challenging when wheeling client in to the flat as there is a curb at the entrance of the flat. Having a ramp there would be greatly helpful to assist client and spouse in manoeuvring her wheelchair. Both client and spouse have limited social and financial support, and hopes to get some assistance to make their daily routines slightly easier.

A senior who takes care of her son (with stroke condition) full time needs assistance to buy and install a water heater in the bathroom as the weather and water can be quite cold this season. Their existing one suddenly spoiled and they lack financial means to replace it.

Client is a single mother with 4 school-going children. Client has medical issues and unable to work as well. Her kitchen cabinet is falling apart and requires a new bottom cabinet of about 1.6m in length.

This is a low-income family with three toddlers that has just shifted into rental flat and requires donation for a small kitchen cabinet (preferably with tile top to withstand heat) for cooking. Community Services & Programmes @ Children's Society requires 4 tins of Sustagen all-in-one chocolate formula milk powder (1-9 years old) for the client's child. Client requested for this formula milk as recommended by the child's doctor as she is not suited to drink normal formula milk due to weight gain. Client is the only breadwinner in the family as the child's father has been declared medically unfit to work.
