Family is low-income with three school-going children, one of whom has special needs. Husband has chronic health conditions and needs the device so that he can take measurements at home instead of heading out to a clinic.

Client (F/26) is currently not working. Her husband (M/30) is struggling with mental health issues and is now receiving treatment. They have two young children (M/4) and (M/8 months) and require milk and diapers. The family is facing serious financial hardship and is struggling to afford basic living expenses and to buy kids essentials.

Client, F/52, was recently released from prison and requires a lot of support in reintegrating back to society due to her mental health condition and poor family support. As a result of her mental health condition, she is currently unable to work to support herself. She is estranged from her family due to her long history of mental health concerns and resulting poor regulation and involvement in illicit activities. She currently only keeps in touch with her sister but there are limits to how much help sister can provide. Client currently needs to clean up her home to make it liveable for her. She would benefit from having the above services and items to support her daily routines and needs, as client works towards stabilising her life.

Client is the sole caregiver looking after 5 children (husband incarcerated), will be moving into a bigger rental flat soon and requires support with furniture

The household consists of two parents and six children, residing in a 2-room public rental flat. The husband is the sole breadwinner, and the family faces financial constraints in meeting their daily needs. Their washing machine has recently become non-functional, which has significantly affected their ability to manage laundry for a large household. They are seeking assistance in the form of a donated washing machine, which would greatly ease their daily burden and support the family’s overall well-being.

My 59-year-old patient with terminal stage cancer requires a mini fridge to store medication and food by her bedside for easy access. She is bedbound due to her condition and is unable to transfer out of bed on her own. There are times when family is not around to assist her, so having the fridge beside her in her bedroom will help her access her medications more easily when she needs it.
