Despite her physical limitations, the client works as a cleaner at a food court to support herself and her daughter, who is currently pursuing her studies at ITE. While she is doing her best to provide for the family, replacing the sofa bed remains beyond her current means. A replacement sofa bed would greatly improve her comfort, safety, and quality of rest.

Due to her ongoing health issues, including difficulties with her eyes as well as spine and hip concerns, she will be working from home to manage her health while continuing to support her family financially.
