Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (Tena Proskin Slip Size M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Client's husband suffered from a stroke and relapse of cancer in August 2025, resulting in a loss of mental capacity. Client is the sole breadwinner and caregiver in the family, and the family experiences financial strain due to limited income. Client requires diapers for husband who is unable to go to the bathroom on his own.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get diapers and milk powder for her 3 year old grandson and grandaughter recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client would hence require milk powder support as she just completed her cataract surgery in November 2025.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client is a single mother who is taking care of her 3 young children. Due to her poor health and caregiving duties, she is currently unemployed. Family is allocated a rental flat recently and require household items for their flat. Client hopes to receive wardrobe to put her and her children's clothes.

Client (M/39) is rough-sleeping and does not have stable accommodation. His secondhand phone recently became faulty and contacting others via his mobile phone has been challenging. He requires a replacement for his faulty phone to remain contactable and to manage his current housing needs.

Client, who is in his early 20s, has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. His wife is his full-time caregiver therefore, they are both unable to work full-time for now. Due to some issues with their families, they have to move out of their homes. They are about to get the keys to their 1-room rental flat but do not have any furniture or appliances. They require assistance in getting a wardrobe to store their clothes as their current wardrobe does not belong to them and are unable to bring it with them to their new home.

Client is the sole breadwinner who has only recently started a new job after a period of unemployment as he was caring for his pregnant wife. His wife has just given birth, and the family is now struggling financially to meet the basic needs of their newborn. They require assistance with essential items such as infant diapers and milk powder, as the client's limited income makes it difficult to afford these necessities.
