The client is a married elderly who is also a stroke survivor. She lives in a 2-room HDB rental flat with her husband who is hospitalized for over a month. Due to mobility issues, she has difficulty going to the toilet from her bed and often wet her mattress, despite using underpads. As such, it will be beneficial to the elderly to have 5 sets of bedsheets so that she can have sufficient sets to change and also to have a mattress protector to prevent dirtying the mattress.

Client is an elderly lady living alone with limited social support and an estranged relationship with her family. She is on Public Assistance and has been assessed to be permanently unfit for work due to multiple chronic medical conditions. Due to her medical condition, she requires a wrist guard for support and protection. Her current wrist guard is worn out and requires replacement to support her daily activities.

Client is a 60-year-old older adult who experienced significant financial challenges and was declared bankrupt in April 2026. Following considerable effort, she has recently managed to stabilize her situation and successfully opened a bank account, enabling her to actively seek employment. However, her current handphone is faulty and no longer functioning reliably. A working handphone is essential for her to communicate with potential employers, coordinate medical appointments, attend social work appointments, and manage her daily needs independently. Given her limited financial resources, she is unable to purchase a replacement device and would greatly appreciate support through a second-hand handphone.
