We have 120 residents in the Home, where most of them are intellectually-disabled elderly destitutes with multiple disabilities (special needs). We are seeking support for a senior who attends daycare at our nursing home and relies on a motorised wheelchair for his daily mobility. His current motorised wheelchair has recently stopped working. A replacement motorised wheelchair is urgently needed to help him move safely and comfortably at home and within the nursing home.

A 58-year-old widowed mother is currently living with her adult daughter, who is unable to work and has difficulty looking for jobs due to suspected intellectual disability. With ongoing financial difficulties and debts, the family has been struggling to maintain their home environment and replace essential household items. Their current bedsheets have become heavily soiled and require replacement, but they are unable to afford new ones. The family is seeking support for clean bedsheets with pillowcases to provide them with a more comfortable and dignified living environment.

Single pregnant woman in her 30s requires a halal fridge in her 1-room rental flat. Previous fridge has spoiled and she is currently waiting for financial assistance application.

The client is a single mother who is currently unemployed due to chronic asthma and has no source of income. She resides in a rental flat with her 25-year-old daughter and is the primary caregiver, as her daughter is unable to work due to an injury. Given the family’s financial constraints, they are in need of basic household furniture to furnish their currently bare home and to ease their financial burden.

We are seeking the support of kind donors to help a family of three — a single mother and her two young children aged 8 and 6 — with a washing machine and fridge for their new rental flat. The mother is currently medically unfit for work due to mental health concerns and has been doing her best to care for her children despite the many challenges they face. The family had experienced homelessness for the past three years and have only recently secured stable housing through a rental flat. As they rebuild their lives and settle into their new home, a washing machine and fridge would greatly ease the family’s daily burden and support a more stable living environment for the children. Any support extended to the family would be deeply appreciated.

A young mother, currently in the last trimester of pregnancy with her second child is in need of assistance as the family works hard to regain financial stability. Her husband has been working long hours doing Grab food delivery to support the household while actively seeking full-time employment. They currently have a 1-year-old child and would greatly appreciate tangible support in the form of milk powder (Dumex Dugro Stage 3) X4/ month and diapers (Huggies Dry Comfort Pants XL) X5/ month. We hope to support them for the next 6 months to help ease their financial burden during this transition period. If you are able to help the family, donations can be delivered directly to the family service centre.

Client, F/26, is married with 4 young children (ages 2m - 8y). She is a homemaker and caregiver to her 4 children. The family stays in a 2-room HDB rental flat. There is high stress in this family - spousal conflicts, emotional & mental health struggles, irregular employment and income by husband, and developmental delays in oldest child. The family relies on SSO assistance for their basic needs. Currently, with their washing machine and dryer spoiled, they have to rely on laundromat services which is very costly for the family. These items will help the family in managing their finances and caregiving duties.

The family recently relocated to their relatives’ home after having to sell their HDB flat to repay incurred debts. Both parents and their three young children (aged 6, 4, and 2 years old) are currently sharing a bedroom . Due to the limited space and poor ventilation in the room, the children have been experiencing significant sleep disruptions and are waking multiple times throughout the night. Although parents have attempted to manage the heat by using four fans simultaneously, this has not been sufficient to improve the sleeping environment. Mother is also currently pregnant and is expected to deliver in July 2026. With the anticipated arrival of a newborn, the already cramped sleeping arrangement is likely to become more challenging, and the children’s sleep may be further disrupted by the baby’s night waking and crying. Provision of an air cooler would help regulate the temperature and improve ventilation within the room, for a more conducive sleeping environment for the family.

Client is a single mother caring for 4 young children below 12 years old. She is currently unemployed after losing her job and is presently reliant on formal support systems for assistance. Due to financial constraints, she is unable to afford essential household items and would greatly appreciate support through the donation of a queen-sized foldable mattress for herself and her 3 children.
