Grant a Wish

Client has comleted his program at HCSA Highpoint and is getting ready to be discharge. As he is still under probation, he has requested for a smart TV to enjoy watching shows at night.

Client is currently pregnant and is expected to delivery in one month's time. Client's husband faces challenges securing a full-time employment, hence the overall income to the household is low, in relative to the large household size (the couple has 3 young children). Hence, securing of baby essential items will help to alleviate the family's financial burden.

Client currently does not have a kitchen shelf/ cabinet, hence she is hoping to get one to better organise the kitchen space. This could be helpful as she will also be giving birth soon in Aug26 and hopes to reorganise the living space at home to make it more conducive when baby is born. Client's preference is similar to a kitchen storage rack/ bakers rack with cabinet in approximately 120 cm × 30 cm × 139 cm in dimension.

Client uses a sewing machine to create handicraft work, which is then sold through a company.This is her main source of earning. Currently, her sewing machine is no longer functional, and she requires a new one to continue her work.

Client is an elderly lady living alone with limited social support and an estranged relationship with her family. She is currently on Public Assistance and has been assessed to be permanently unfit for work due to multiple chronic medical conditions. She will benefit from a multi-cooker to prepare meals more comfortably, supporting her daily living and nutritional well-being.

Client lives in a rental flat with her 8 children (aged 2-12). Aside from being a single parent juggling children's basic and emotional needs, she is unable to work due to poor health from pregnancies previously. Family is fully reliant on financial assistance. The family sleeps on mattresses and the mattresses have become dirty and worn out over the years and the client is unable to afford new ones. Family would like to request for 8 mattresses, mattress sheets, pillows, blankets, towels to ensure adequate hygiene and reduce children from falling ill easily.

Unemployed elderly and is not ADL-independent, currently relying on helper. However, she has run out of funds to afford helper and is stress on of involvement with daughter.She requires a new television to replace the household items that have broken

Mr Lai is a 82 year old senior living in a 1 room rental flat. He ambulates (rolls) around the home with a office chair. his current office chair is low and requires a lot of effort for him to get up Mr Lai requires a new office chair. Feel free to contact me at 82922208 if you have any leads.

The family is requesting support for milk powder and diapers to maintain the children’s well-being and daily care. Family uses Dumex Dugro® Growing Up Milk Stage 3 and has no preference on diapers (pants only as required by school)
