This is a single mother caring for three children aged 10 to 16. Due to financial difficulties in the past, she was asked to vacate her previous rental flat when she was unable to keep up with rent payments. Despite these challenges, she has continued working long hours to provide for her children’s daily needs and ensure their well-being. Through perseverance and careful saving, she has recently succeeded in securing a rental flat. However, while she has been gradually setting aside funds, the cost of essential household items such as a refrigerator and washing machine remains a significant hurdle. She is seeking donations for these two items so that she and her children can move into their new home as soon as possible. This support would mean a great deal to the family, as it would allow them to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year together in their new flat

The client is an 85-year-old widowed female senior with limited social support. She is in need of a super single / queen-size mattress with a raised bed frame to facilitate safer transfers in and out of bed. Her current mattress is significantly worn and no longer safe for use. Due to the age and condition of her existing bed, she has experienced multiple near-falls, raising concerns about her safety. A replacement bed and mattress would greatly reduce her risk of falls and improve her overall well-being.

This family comprises 2 parents and their 4 years old child who has developmental needs. The mother is the main caregiver, and the father is doing temporary work until his security course begins. Despite actively seeking full-time employment, he has not been successful, and the family continues to experience financial stress and uncertainty about their future. Client is a single mother who is living with her daughter. Their washing machine has recently spoilt and they require a new one. Client is unable to afford a new washing machine.

The family comprises two parents and two young children, and although they are non-Singaporean, they have resided in Singapore for over 20 years. The family has experienced a prolonged period of homelessness and has only recently received approval to move into an HDB rental flat, marking an important step towards housing stability. As they are starting afresh with limited resources, they are unable to afford essential household appliances at this stage. This donation would provide crucial practical support and help the family stabilise as they transition out of homelessness and work towards long-term self-reliance.

Client is a single parent of 2 children, a 13-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son who is diagnosed with autism, non-verbal and fully dependent on client for daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and other personal care. Client has been the sole breadwinner of the family and has only been able to explore ad-hoc employment in view that she is the sole caregiver to her son.
