Client is a single mother and the main caregiver of a 10-year-old daughter and elderly mother.The daughter has a medical condition that causes heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Client is unemployed due to caregiving commitments for toddler and 3 other school-going. Client hopes to receive temporary milk and diapers support as she seeks to secure employment. Thank you.

Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a single mother who works to support her family of 4. Although her adult children are working part-time, they are unable to provide financial support as they have their own commitments. There are also medical and mental health issues within the family.

Client resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Client is unable to work due to chronic health conditions, and her children are unable to contribute financially as they are still in school and NS. Their washing machine has been faulty but they are unable to afford a new one.

Client and her husband are currently residing in a 1-room rental flat. Client has mild intellectual disability, while her husband has autism. Due to their special needs, it is challenging for them to be able to seek and sustain employment. The kitchen cabinet they are currently using was also a donation previously and has begun to wear out. The cabinet hinge is loose, and there is wear and tear on the cabinet door. This results in kitchen utensils and plates not being able to be stored properly in the cabinet. They are looking for a kitchen cabinet that can also function as a table countertop.
