She is currently staying at her adoptive parents both of whom are not working and are assiting client with caregiving for her daughters, in their two-room rental flat. Client's adoptive father has retired and has recently suffered a stroke. Client is working full-time in F&B. The family is thus facing a lot of financial contraints. The client is a single elderly who lives in a one-room rental flat. Due to his multiple chronic health conditions and physical disability, he has been unemployed. He needs a portable air conditioning, as the weather has been too warm for him to sleep at night. He has been having difficulty to fall asleep each night despite having a fan blowing at him.

Family is dependent on financial assistance, with wife deemed medically unfit for work and husband serving his sentence at home. Their washing machine is spoilt. She prefers a washer-combo-dryer.

Ct is a stroke survivor and had a heart attack in March 2025. She has difficulties to move around without a wheelchair and her wheelchair has spoilt after years. Due to the high cost of it, she is unable to afford it on her own. She is still in the midst of getting a disability assessment which will make her eligible for ATF but it may take some time and it is greatly affecting her.

Client and husband reside in a rental flat and require a small refrigerator for food storage. The couple is presently unemployed due to medical needs and are looking to gain employment.
