Family has a young daughter and a 3 year old son and elderly mother to take care of. The sole breadwinner of the family is having difficulties working as he has a pre-existing medical conditions and met with an accident 3 years ago. Their elder mother is diagnosed with multiple medical conditions and has to be on adult diapers. The family is having difficulties coping with the monthly expenses in the family. They require assistance with the adult diapers for their elder mother.

Client, an 87 year old low-income elderly, requires an instant water heater to be installed to help him with making the daily human need of upkeeping personal hygiene a comfortable process. At his age, it is an ongoing struggle for client to take his daily showers when the weather is colder.

Family of 5 is requesting for a replacement sofa as current set (also donated) has broken. Client is unable to afford a new set as he is unemployed due to high caregiving needs for his family members with mental health and special needs.
