Client has just completed her chemotherapy, is still recovering from its effects. She has recently started a part time job in F&B and is the sole breadwinner of the family. Client has 3 children (F/15), (M/12), (F/9) and she has the custody and care of all 3 children. The family's biggest concern is their finances as client has many arrears and debts for her housing loans and for her SP, hospital and Starhub bills. Client's FOO is also in the Philippines, and she receives little support from them. As such client is struggling to meet the daily needs of the family and is under tremendous stress from her financial difficulties and medical conditions.

Beneficiary suffered a stroke in 2022 which led to a full-body paralysis. He has been in a nursing home ever since. He has made significant recovery and is due to be discharged in Dec 2024.
