Family's fan currently has a faulty cover. While it is taped on, we are concerned of the risk of it coming apart especially with many young children. Due to financial constraints, we hope for a donation of it.

Senior has dementia and has incontinence issues, coupled with recent bleeding of her uterus. She requires long-term adult diapers assistance. The family/caregivers are overwhelmed with her care conditions and the family is bearing debts as well. The assistance can greatly help unload the cost of the family. Due to better absorption, the family is more used to Tena L size for her, and would use up to 8 to 10 pieces a day.

The client has multiple medical conditions, including a fractured right hand, which have created barriers in securing employment in his previous field. Despite these challenges, he remains motivated to find work and has enrolled in a course to upgrade himself to improve his employment prospects. However, as part of the course requirement, he requires a laptop, but he has challenges in affording one. The client’s wardrobe is currently broken and she is unable to afford a replacement. At present, her clothes are being hung on a bamboo pole, which is difficult for her to access and manage safely. A proper wardrobe would greatly improve her ability to store and retrieve her belongings with ease. The family is also facing financial challenges, as the client’s son does not have stable employment and relies on occasional odd jobs, resulting in an inconsistent household income. As such, the family is unable to set aside funds to replace the damaged wardrobe. We would greatly appreciate any support in the form of a donated wardrobe to help improve the client’s living conditions.

My client (F/59) is staying alone, as her only son is currently incarcerated in Prison. Requesting a brand-new Queen-Size mattress and bedframe as my client claims her current mattress has bed bugs, making her skin itchy.

The phone is helpful for children to contact family members and school mates as they are in tertiary level and needs to cooridnate for group work etc.

Family is a household of 3. Client is unable to work due to multiple health conditions, and her husband is the sole breadwinner. Due to client’s health conditions, she is frequently admitted into the hospital and struggles to provide caregiving for their son – 7 years old.
