Client is a full-time housewife caring for two of children. The household relies solely on her husband's income, resulting in financial strain.

Looking for donations of Adult Diapers (Size XL), preferably the pull-up/pants type, for an elderly lady whom we are supporting in the community. She has mobility difficulties and relies on a walking stick to move around safely. She is also experiencing incontinence, and because she is quite frail, she is often unable to get to the toilet in time, especially when she is outside her home. Pull-up style diapers would help her feel more comfortable, maintain her dignity, and give her greater confidence to attend medical appointments and carry on with her daily activities. Mr Lim is an elderly and a father of an adult child with ID and mental health needs. Due to risk and safety concerns at home, Mr Lim needs a mobile phone for communication purpose in case of an emergency. He will also benefit from watching videos for entertainment purpose as he seldom goes out due to limited mobility. The family has financial constraints and is unable to afford purchasing a mobile phone for him.

Client is a young mother who is current going through seperation and is the main caregiver of her 3 young children aged 2,4,5. Recently, client has difficulty meeting basic needs for the children due to financial constraint. Client will benefit from milk powder and diaper donation for the 2 years old.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Tape Diapers, Size S/M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children and one grandchildren. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of soy milk powder to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Family of consist 6 living in a rental house. Requires support diaper for their youngest son. Family is facing financial difficulty due to additional expenses as elder child is temporary in wheelchair and requires full time caregiving.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client and her 12-year-old grandson live in a one-room rental flat. She is permanently unfit for work, and the grandson needs a laptop for HBL as his current one is not working.
