Client's niece has difficulty squatting and so is requesting for a top-loading washing machine. Client has now transited home on Long-home-leave after a 6 months residential stay at HCSA Highpoint. He will be on curfew for another 18 months.

Low income Single mother living together with her 17 y/o schooling daughter in a 2rm flat. She is currently working as a cleaner. Income is only sufficient to cover their basic needs. She has been using her currently phone for more than 8 years and is experiencing some issues (would hang, battery drain off quite fast).

They have four school‑going children — in Primary 1, Primary 4, Primary 6, and Secondary 1 — who are hoping to wear matching baju kurung so they can take part in the Hari Raya celebrations like their peers. With their limited income stretched thin by ongoing debt repayments, the family is struggling to provide even the small joys that make festive seasons meaningful for the children.
