Client is 60 years old wheelchair bound. He uses wheelchair to move around his house and when he go out. He would like a water cushion for his wheelchair as he is on the wheelchair for a long period of time and with the water cushion, it will ease his soreness.

Client is in her 50s and is currently seeking full-time employment. She resides with and is the primary caregiver for her 72-year-old elderly mother, together with her husband, who is currently unfit for work due to severe back issues. The client and family requires a new washing machine as their current one is spoilt.

Client is staying in a 1-room rental flat with her husband and two sons (M/2 & M/1). As her husband has recently been incarcerated, the family is looking for assistance with the children's basic needs (i.e., milk and diapers) due to the financial constrains faced without the family's breadwinner. This blended family has 10 children, aged 15 years to 9 months, currently living across four public rental households. Having overcome a history of substance abuse, the family has made significant progress towards financial stability and collected the keys to their 4-room BTO flat in September 2026. They are now working towards reunifying the family under one roof and are seeking support with essential furnishings, household items and the children’s needs as they continue to stabilise financially. Client is unable to work due to caregiving responsibilities. Family requires urgent assistance for milk and diapers for their 2-year-old. The elderly client is a retired elderly who is also a stroke survivor. She lives in a 2-room HDB rental flat with her husband who has been hospitalized for over a month. Their 2 children are busy with their own lives and careers, one of whom is distant. The elderly can benefit from adult diapers (size XL) pants, to prevent falls at home when transferring to the toilet.

Family of 9 members, low income and large family. They require a replacement for their refrigerator.

Client is a single mother to a 15 year old daughter. Client do not have a fridge to store the food she cooks for her daughter. She hopes to get a fridge which will be helpful for the family. Client has financial challenges and is a recipient of SSO Comcare assistance.

Client is an elderly lady living alone with limited social support and an estranged relationship with her family. She is on Public Assistance and has been assessed to be permanently unfit for work due to multiple chronic medical conditions. Due to her medical condition, she requires a wrist guard for support and protection. Her current wrist guard is worn out and requires replacement to support her daily activities.

Client is a 60-year-old older adult who experienced significant financial challenges and was declared bankrupt in April 2026. Following considerable effort, she has recently managed to stabilize her situation and successfully opened a bank account, enabling her to actively seek employment. However, her current handphone is faulty and no longer functioning reliably. A working handphone is essential for her to communicate with potential employers, coordinate medical appointments, attend social work appointments, and manage her daily needs independently. Given her limited financial resources, she is unable to purchase a replacement device and would greatly appreciate support through a second-hand handphone.
