Father is unable to work due to spinal issues, as documented by a doctor’s memo, and the mother, the primary caregiver, has not been able to return to work due to the children taking turns to fall sick. As a result, the family currently has no income, making it difficult to meet essential needs. Support for the children and husband needs will helps to minimize the family's expenses. Mother shared that it takes 2 to 3 days for their clothes to dry using the hangers in the unit. As a result, they often have a backlog of laundry and end up spending a significant portion of their money using dryers at the laundromat.

Family of 8, comprising 2 elderly adults who are dependent on Tena XL Adult Diapers, is seeking assistance. To conserve adult diapers, their elderly parents currently make frequent trips to the toilet. The designated caregiver is the sole provider of care for her children as well. Family hopes to receive 4 or more packets of TENA XL Underpants Adult Diapers (each packet containing 12 diapers).

A male client taying 3 room flat requires Diaper Pants size M for daily use. He was diagnosed with Colon Cancer, stage 3 on July 2016 and relapse in 2019. After his major operation to remove his colon recently, his weight reduces from 50kg to 39kg. He is having complication on his anal fistula. Doctor have tried all treatment (drain the abscess, flush the pus, stronger antibiotics treatment) but it does not suit for him. Therefore, he went for major surgery to remove his all-rectum area and need to wear stoma and diaper permanently. His wife is not working. Clients have 3 children and all still schooling.

2 year old toddler with several health needs being cared for by a paternal aunt (married but unemployed) temporarily as natural parents are unable to cope due to parenting difficulties and stress. Paternal aunt residing in a 2-room rental flat and baby gate will greatly support the child as he learns to walk.
