Client (F/58) is presently homebound and is anticipated to start dialysis soon – she resides in a 3-room HDB flat (which is owned by her brother who is residing in a Nursing Home – client does not have a house under her name) with her daughter (F/33) and grandson (M/3). However, daughter herself has her own medical and mobility issues and is also homebound. Both client and daughter are not working as their medical issues hinders them from doing so and do not have much savings – mostly reliant on government payouts for their day to day expenses and living a frugal lifestyle. Nonetheless, client is trying to make changes to her lifestyle to improve her health outlook, and thus is motivated to monitor her BP more often & keep track of her health. However, she does not have the funds to buy one as her expenses are set aside for daily necessities (food, bills, etc.). Client has expressed her gratitude if she could be blessed with a functioning BP set to help her on this journey.

Family of 8 (parents with 6 children) requires a television to replace the current faulty one. Family has tight financial situation and unable to afford to get a replacement.

Ct is an elderly man working part-time as a steward with a low income. He lives with his wife and elder daughter. They have just moved into a new rental flat after previously sharing a unit with his third daughter, who is a widow with four children. Ct requires item to settle into the new flat.

Low income family of four is looking for a portable air conditioner. Mum suffers from severe eczema that is susceptible to flare ups in the hot weather. Direct delivery to Commonwealth is appreciated.

Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.

Client is an 18yo single mother who is struggling financially with a 3-mth old infant. She is working full-time but also contributing to her family of 8 including her grandparents.
