Client is a woman on LTVP living with her Singaporean husband in a 1 room rental flat. She has multiple health issues and is also in the process of losing weight for health purposes. Couple is in significant debt due to husband's friend previously emplacing him as guarantor and absconding. Due to her recent falls, she requires knee guards to minimize risk of harm towards her joints.

A single mother living in a rental flat in Yishun, together with her 2-year-old child, is seeking a new or used TV with stand. The family’s 43-inch TV was recently damaged, and they currently do not have a suitable screen for the child’s learning needs. The TV plays an important role in the child’s early development, as it is used to show educational videos that can support his learning and cognitive growth. Compared to watching content on a phone, a TV allows the child to sit further away from the screen which would encourage better posture and reduce eye strain. The mother has shared that a contribution of a TV would greatly help maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment for the child.

The client (M/67) is widowed and living alone in a 1rm rental flat, with poor gait, leg cramps and fall risks. He is not particularly homebound, however relies heavily on home-based services for meals and environment management. He experiences cramps at night, and it is not managed. Client also declined further acupuncture treatments as he feels that it worsens his mobility. He ambulates with wall and furniture cruising when cramp worsens, otherwise he walks without aids at home, and uses motorized scooter in the community. He has agreed to do more home-based exercises to strengthen his lower limbs and is agreeable to use the peddler as a start to improve on his lower limb weakness and blood circulation.

Seeking support for a single widowed mother who suffer from mental health issues and completed uterus surgery in early 2025. Since the sudden lost of husband who passed away in 2024, she became the sole breadwinner to 3 school-going children, living in a 2-room rental flat. A couple is pregnant and moving to their new home. Nonetheless, they face difficulties in obtaining a bedframe for their mattress and is financially tight now.

We are appealing for donations of adult diapers (Size M, any brand) for a 29-year-old with special needs. The family of five is currently staying in a 2-room rental flat and facing financial constraints. Any contribution of diapers will help to ease their daily challenges and reduce their financial burden.

Client has been the main caregiver for her 12-year-old nephew since his birth, and they live with client's mother in a rental unit. Man who has heart issues and a recent leg injury that caused him to be temporarily unable to work, is currently residing in a shelter as he does not have stable accommodation. His current smart phone is also a donated second hand and on the verge of being damaged. It is currently laggy and not able to function like a normal phone, client is in need of a preferably brand new phone for job search and communicating with prospective employers.

Community Services & Programmes @ Children's Society requires 4 tins of Sustagen all-in-one chocolate formula milk powder (1-9 years old) for the client's child. Client requested for this formula milk as recommended by the child's doctor as she is not suited to drink normal formula milk due to weight gain. Client is the only breadwinner in the family as the child's father has been declared medically unfit to work.
