I am writing to seek support for an elderly patient who has been diagnosed with dementia and currently wheelchair bound. She lives with her son, who is battling late‑stage cancer. While the family is doing their best to provide care, the heavy medical requirements have placed them under significant financial strain.
To ease the burden, we would like to request assistance with adult diapers for the elderly patient. This will greatly help the family in managing daily caregiving needs and maintaining the patient’s comfort and dignity.
