Client (F/25) is a young mother, currently a full-time caregiver to 4 young children (F/6), (M/4), (F/3) and (F/3 months old). The family is relying on SSO financial assistance to meet their needs as client's spouse (M/30) is working part-time earning about $400-$500 monthly. The family is in need of infant milk powder for her 3 months old newborn.

Client is a breast cancer survivor, has recently completed her treatment and suffered from multiple side effects (heart issues and swelling of eyes and nose). While her condition has improved, she is facing difficulties securing employment that is fit for her current condition. Client is unemployed, living in a 1-room rental flat and without any family support. She hopes for a bicycle to allow her to do Grab to provide for herself.

We are seeking support for a senior who attends daycare at our nursing home and relies on a motorised wheelchair for his daily mobility. His current motorised wheelchair has recently stopped working. A replacement motorised wheelchair is urgently needed to help him move safely and comfortably at home and within the nursing home.

We are seeking the support of kind donors to help a family of three — a single mother and her two young children aged 8 and 6 — with a washing machine and fridge for their new rental flat. The mother is currently medically unfit for work due to mental health concerns and has been doing her best to care for her children despite the many challenges they face. The family had experienced homelessness for the past three years and have only recently secured stable housing through a rental flat. As they rebuild their lives and settle into their new home, a washing machine and fridge would greatly ease the family’s daily burden and support a more stable living environment for the children. Any support extended to the family would be deeply appreciated.

57-year-old woman currently facing significant life challenges. Both her parents have passed on, and she has been diagnosed with a mental health condition that makes it difficult for her to work and to manage daily life independently. She relies heavily on professional support and is currently receiving government ComCare assistance. Due to housing instability, she is now staying in a shelter after being evicted by her former roommate. Unfortunately, her phone has become faulty, making it very difficult for her to stay in contact with her social workers, healthcare providers, and essential support services. She does not have family or a support network she can rely on. A working phone would greatly help her remain connected to the help she urgently needs and support her in rebuilding stability in her life.

Teen is an unwed mother caring for a 1-month-old infant and is reliant on her partner’s family for support. She does not receive support from her family and has limited financial resources. Due to space constraints in her rental flat, a baby cot is not feasible. She is seeking a baby nest to support safe sleeping arrangements for the infant.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children and one grandchildren. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of milk powder to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 23-year-old mother of three young children, currently undergoing divorce. She resides in a rental flat and receives SSO support for basic needs. With her youngest child (5 months old) now in infant care, she is actively seeking employment. A baby walker is requested to support the child’s mobility and promote greater independence, while easing caregiving demands.

Client is a single mother who is taking care of her 3 young children. Due to her poor health and caregiving duties, she is currently unemployed. Family is allocated a rental flat recently and require household items for their flat. Client hopes to receive a kitchen cabinet that allows her to put gas tank in the cabinet and the stove on top.
