Client is a low-income senior with health and mobility issues. He is a big and tall person that requires a heavy duty wheelchair that can hold a person weighing between 100 - 200kg, with a seat width of 22 inch or bigger and seat depth/length of 18 inch or bigger. He is unable to work due to his health issues, thus is unable to purchase one himself. Having a wheelchair will allow him to go out of the house often, attend medical appointments easily and reduce feelings of boredom, isolation, and loneliness. Thank you! Client is a young mother (Aged 22) has 3 young children (4, 2 and 1 year old) and pending delivery of her fourth child in Jun 205. Client's husband, who is the sole breadwinner, is not able to earn much due to high levels of caregiving needs for the young children and mental health concerns for client and himself. Family is also pending financial assistance renewal from SSO. Hence, they are requesting for a child safety gate to ensure children are able to move around safely at home (without entering areas that they are not supposed to).
