Client is a single mother struggling to raise 5 young children, with 1 child having special needs. She is unable to work as she is the main caregiver for the child with special needs. Client’s family requires a new smart television as the family’s current one is spoilt.

Client is struggling to find a job to accommodate her caregiving duties so she is currently unemployed and reliant on formal systems of support. The stove and hood was spoilt for many years and left unattended by client who is a tongue cancer patient. Greatly appreciate if there is a second hand built-in stove and hood for the family include instalation so that client who is a grandma can cook for her grandchildren. (YY)

My client is 78 years old and has significant visual impairment. He is single and lives alone in a 1-room rental flat. He requires a sturdy 2-door wardrobe with an attached chest of drawers to replace his current wardrobe, which is in poor and unsafe condition. The existing wardrobe is unstable, and its drawers are jammed and difficult to open. Given my client's limited vision and the fact that he lives alone, this poses a serious safety risk. He currently struggles to store and access his daily clothing and essential items safely. My client is on public assistance for his basic needs and is unable to afford a new wardrobe. Having a stable and functional wardrobe would greatly improve his safety and quality of life.

Client (F/20) recently gave birth and requires interim assistance for baby diapers. She has secured a job but will only begin work at the end of January 2026. Her husband is currently awaiting army enlistment. As a young couple with limited income at this time, they would benefit greatly from temporary support to meet their newborn’s basic needs. A family of 3 who requires an 8kg top-loading washing machine. Their current washing machine has broken down, leaving them without this essential household appliance. The family is currently facing significant financial constraints due to substantial household arrears that they are actively working to clear. Their son, who lives with them, is presently serving National Service and is therefore unable to contribute financially towards purchasing a replacement washing machine. Given their commitment to addressing their existing debts, the family finds themselves unable to afford a new washing machine at this time. This essential appliance would greatly assist them in maintaining basic household hygiene and daily living standards whilst they work towards financial stability.

Client is a 77 year-old stay-alone elderly, living in a 1-room rental flat. He has multiple existing medical conditions and are on regular follow-up with the hospital. We would like to request for a two-seater sofa and a small coffee table to improve his living environment and daily comfort at home.

Client is the only income earner in her family and does not receive any financial support from extended family. Despite her financial challenges, she covers all household expenses and provides for her family’s needs. She currently requires a gas stove, which she is unable to afford due to limited resources.
