My senior has COPD, lung cancer and has breathlessness issues, therefore could not stand for long. But due to this, she is unable to work and relies on others to push her in the community.She would need the electric wheelchair to move about in the community such as attending polyclinic or to the nearby AAC. Family of 8 in a 3-room purchased flat, family is struggling to make ends meet and are currently in debt. Youngest child is currently a student with special needs in a special education school. He has 5 older siblings, who range in age from 8 to 15 years old. Mum is a full time caregiver for the children, especially for the youngest child as school is only half day.
