Client is a single mother of 2 children aged 9 & 18. She is sustaining the family financially with a part-time job. Current washing machine has spoilt and she has been doing laundry at the laundry shop which increased the expenses of the family, resulting in increased financial strain and stress.

Client, F/26, is married with 4 young children (ages 2m - 8y). She is a homemaker and caregiver to her 4 children. The family stays in a 2-room HDB rental flat. There is high stress in this family - spousal conflicts, emotional & mental health struggles, irregular employment and income by husband, and developmental delays in oldest child. The family relies on SSO assistance for their basic needs. Currently, with their washing machine and dryer spoiled, they have to rely on laundromat services which is very costly for the family. These items will help the family in managing their finances and caregiving duties.

My senior has COPD, lung cancer and has breathlessness issues, therefore could not stand for long. But due to this, she is unable to work and relies on others to push her in the community.She would need the electric wheelchair to move about in the community such as attending polyclinic or to the nearby AAC. Family of 8 in a 3-room purchased flat, family is struggling to make ends meet and are currently in debt. Youngest child is currently a student with special needs in a special education school. He has 5 older siblings, who range in age from 8 to 15 years old. Mum is a full time caregiver for the children, especially for the youngest child as school is only half day. Father is the sole-breadwinner but has other medical conditions such as slip disc and stroke. The family has limited informal social support. Student is currently not toileting-independent and relies heavily on diapers, the family struggles with meeting these purchases and support for this will be greatly appreciated. Client request for a HiFi set to relieve boredom and loneliness by listening to her favourite songs and prayers in CD format and able to keep updated on current events by listening to the radio.
