Senior has multiple health conditions and is facing financial difficulties. She is in urgent need of a motorised wheelchair/scooter as her existing motorised wheelchair is faulty and no longer safe for usage.

Elderly female with weak legs due to several health issues relies heavily on a wheelchair for mobility — especially for medical appointments and haircuts. Her current wheelchair is faulty and needs replacing. She is cared for by her two older sisters, who are also ageing and struggling to support her. A wheelchair with high armrests and enclosed sides — similar to those typically used in Singapore hospitals — would be ideal, as it offers better support, comfort, and security for both client and caregiver when pushing.

Due to ongoing financial difficulties and medical concerns, Client has been unemployed for years and unable to support herself financially. Her husband is residing in a nursing home due to caregiving needs, which contributed to Client's emotional distress. Her children are also facing financial difficulties with their own family, limiting their support for Client. Hence, Client tries to cook at home most of the time to meet her basic needs and ensure her physical well-being. Client hopes to receive a blender (i.e. to blend garlic, onion, etc.) to supplement her cooking at home, allowing more convenience and exploring other recipes for her cooking. Client wants to upgrade himself. He wants to learn to use the laptop and might want to study online. He has just completed his 6 months in-care program at Highpoint halfway house. He is still under prison probation. He is now living with his wife one wants to spend his time productively.
