Client (F/69) is a caregiver to her husband (M/84) with stroke. She also has mobility issues and is pending surgery for a fractured elbow. They have limited savings and are reliant on SSO for financial support. Husband needs food thickeners for the long term and would need some support to defray some of their financial burden

Client is functioning as a single mother to 2 children, 3 years old and 7 months old. She has been facing challenges finding employment due to her children's caregiving needs and is currently supported by SSO financial assistance to meet the family's basic needs. She is hoping to receive a baby walker to support her child's development.

Client is a 69-year-old male with mobility limitations who is reliant on a mobility scooter for transportation. Since his washing machine is no longer functional, he currently travels approximately 15 minutes to the nearest laundromat every 2-3 days while carrying his soiled laundry. Given his age and mobility challenges, this poses a safety risk and affects his ability to manage his laundry independently. Client would benefit from a donated washing machine so that he can continue to have safe and independent living at home.

Client is a youth who has been isolating himself at home for a few years. He is keen to start working as a Grabfood rider to provide for himself and supplement household income as his single-mother and sole breadwinner for the family was retrenched last year.

Client is an elderly individual who is currently bedbound and wheelchair-dependent due to medical conditions and chronic leg pain. He requires assistance from his caregiver for mobility and community access, including attendance at medical appointments. Kindly assess for BION wheelchair support to facilitate safer mobility and reduce caregiver strain. Due to the client's significant mobility limitations, assistance with delivery of the wheelchair to the residence is also requested.

Client (F/38) and her husband operate a household of 11 with 8 young children living within, 5 of whom are under the age of 10, one of whom has moderate to severe autism. Client is unable to work due to physical health and caregiving concerns, her husband is the sole income earner and the family faces challenges meeting monthly expenses. The family needs comfortable foldable mattresses for the family to share and sleep on. Due to space constraints in the 2-Rm rental flat, foldable mattresses will complement their other mattress.

Senior client requires assistance in the replacement of the chair he uses due to the lack of additional financial resources. He would like to humbly request for a new piece due to health reasons.

This family consists of an elderly couple (Female, 62 years old, and Male, 61 years old) who require assistance with the provision of essential household furniture, namely a queen-sized storage bed with mattress (does not need to be brand new). The couple is currently facing financial difficulties due to ongoing medical conditions, which have significantly affected their ability to sustain employment and generate a stable income. While their home environment is generally maintained and functional, they lack quality furniture to support their comfort and well-being. The couple has expressed a need for a proper bed to improve their rest and quality of life at home. The requested items would provide them with a more comfortable living environment and better support their physical health and daily functioning. Client would need help with arrangement of delivery and delivery costs.

Client and husband have 4 young children in primary and preschool. Client found out she has an unexpected pregnancy late 2025. Family stays in a 2-room HDB rental. Husband is the only breadwinner and family experiences financial stressors. To prepare for the new baby, the family would need more space to store things and is requesting for a cabinet or a cupboard.

Client is a single mother caring for her 9-year-old daughter and is currently dependent on ComCare assistance to meet the family's basic needs. Following an incident involving her ex-partner, essential kitchen fixtures, including the kitchen cabinet and gas stove, were damaged and are no longer usable. As client has limited financial means and is prioritising her daughter's daily needs and household expenses, she is unable to replace these items independently. The loss of these kitchen facilities has affected the family's ability to prepare meals safely and conveniently at home. Donations of a kitchen cabinet and gas stove, or suitable replacement items, would help restore a safe and functional living environment while alleviating the family's financial strain during this challenging period.
