Low-income family with a school-going child requires a bicycle for daily transport to and from school. Currently relying on public transport, which incurs ongoing costs that are difficult to sustain. A bicycle will help reduce transport expenses and support the family’s financial stability. Parent is working delivery jobs with irregular income, while the other caregiver is actively seeking full-time employment. Bicycle will be used regularly for school commute and essential errands.

This bed frame is like a hospital bed. It is 5 years old and the motor is in good working condition. The remote control offers many functions like raising the head ond leg-ends. Please see attached image of the Remote control for other features. One good feature is it's very easy to change the bedsheets ie no heavy lifting required. Simply use the remote to raise the head and leg-ends. Height of the bed frame is also adjustable.

The Client and her husband have 8 children aged 6 to 22 years old who are schooling. Due to medical reasons, client and her husband have difficulty securing employment and face financial challenges. The family requested for 2 queen-sized bed with storage for her children, and to store the children’s belonging.

Client has Parkinson's and his caregiver is burnt out and are financially stretched. Would need food thickener as advised by his speech therapist due to him starting to choke on liquid recently.

Family has 8 members who are in need of a television set as their current TV has broken down and they are awaiting donation assistance. Both parents are employed but still struggle financially to make ends meet despite their combined income. The family finds it challenging to afford a replacement television on their current budget. The television serves as an important source of entertainment for the children in the household. Without a functioning TV, the children have limited access to programmes and shows that provide them with recreational activities and entertainment during their free time at home. The lack of television also affects the children's ability to unwind and enjoy leisure time, which is important for their overall well-being. The family would greatly benefit from receiving a donated television to restore this essential household item. This assistance would help alleviate some financial pressure on the parents while ensuring the children can continue to access entertainment that provides them with appropriate recreational activities at home.

Family has 1 child with ASD. Mum is the sole breadwinner as Dad is medically certified unfit for work. The family is hoping to toilet train the child as these are also goals being worked on in the preschool and EIPIC.

On days when she feels especially weak and is unable to safely walk to the toilet, she relies on diapers to manage her personal needs with dignity and comfort. Currently unemployed and experiencing financial hardship, she struggles to afford essential care items, adding to the challenges of maintaining her health and independence.

Family consists of a single mom with 5 kids, their current mattress has visible wear and tear and is uncomfortable to sleep in. They would like a replacement so that the kids can have a more comfortable sleep.
