Grant a Wish

Client is a young mother who is current going through separation and is the main caregiver of her 3 young children aged 2,4,5. Recently, client has difficulty meeting basic needs for the children due to financial constraint. Client will benefit from milk powder and diaper donation for the 2 years old.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children and one grandchildren. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of milk powder to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Client is a single mother with three young children. Due to her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to take up full‑time employment, resulting in financial constraints. She has experienced difficulties in affording milk powder for her children.

While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Young, single mother (aged 21) and her son (aged 2) just moved into their new rental flat and are looking for a washing machine preferably in good condition. Mother is unemployed due to caregiving for 2-year-old child and has plans to enrol him into childcare so she can find employment. The family of 2 is dependent on community support and government assistance and would not have the additional finances to support the transportation & delivery costs for item. It would be helpful if these costs are supported. Thank you!

Client is a 23-year-old mother of three young children, currently undergoing divorce. She resides in a rental flat and receives SSO support for basic needs. With her youngest child (5 months old) now in infant care, she is actively seeking employment. A baby walker is requested to support the child’s mobility and promote greater independence, while easing caregiving demands.

Client and her 12-year-old grandson live in a one-room rental flat. She is permanently unfit for work, and the grandson needs a laptop for HBL as his current one is not working.

Client and Husband are blue-collar workers who have just enough to make ends meet. They have a teenage son (19yo) who is currently studying in ITE. Son spent most of his childhood with his granduncle when parents were working. Granduncle was said to be physically abusive, which has led to Son having poor emotional regulation. Son moved out of Granduncle's home and only started living with Client and Husband when he was about 15yo. Client noticed that Son has been learning to regulate his emotions better by spending time exercising. Son also shared that he enjoyed cycling. Client hopes to get Son a bicycle, but is unable to afford one. Client also tried looking for 2nd hand bicycles to no avail. FSC hopes to tap on this portal to find a donor to provide this for the family.

Single mother with two young children is relocating to a 2R flat. She is under ComCare Assistance and does not have extra resources for furniture. Her essential wish list is to receive a Queen Size Bed with Storage so she can sleep with her two children and store items underneath.
