Young low-income family with three young children is seeking support with Dumex Dulac infant formula for their 2-month-old baby. The baby was previously taking another formula but recently started vomiting after feeds. Mother has since tried Dumex Dulac and reported that the baby appears to be accepting it well. The family currently has only one tin and is facing financial difficulties purchasing further supply while managing milk, diapers and other essential expenses for three young children. Any unopened, unexpired tins of Dumex Dulac suitable from birth would be greatly appreciated.

Client is elderly living alone in a one-room rental flat that is sparsely furnished. He currently sleeps on a thin blanket and cannot afford a mattress due to financial issues. Client is a Rectal Cancer patient, undergoing treatment, but is also the sole breadwinner for the 4-pax household (2 children under the age of 5). Client has been advised to consume Ensure Milk to supplement his recovery but has skipped it due to its cost.

Client just gave birth in March 2026 and has medical issues. She was due for a major surgery in October. Client has not been able to work with her health issues. Client has two older children with special needs. Client's husband work as a daily-rated worker.
