Client lives in a rental flat with her 8 children (aged 2-12). Aside from being a single parent juggling children's basic and emotional needs, she is unable to work due to poor health from pregnancies previously. Family is fully reliant on financial assistance. The family sleeps on mattresses and the mattresses have become dirty and worn out over the years and the client is unable to afford new ones. Family would like to request for 8 mattresses, mattress sheets, pillows, blankets, towels to ensure adequate hygiene and reduce children from falling ill easily.

At present, the family’s home is unfurnished, and the client has requested assistance in obtaining a small three-seater sofa to better accommodate the needs of their growing family.

Family of 2 living in crisis shelter require milk and diapers for her young daughter while their family situation stabilises. Currently, the mother is unable to work.

The senior is a 91-year-old homebound elderly living in a rental flat. He needs a television to watch the news and past time but is unable to purchase one himself due to financial constraints.
