Elderly client is requesting for Adult Diapers. Due to his medical condition, he requires assistance with his daily care needs and the use of adult diapers to maintain his personal hygiene. As he is unable to work and support himself financially due to his health condition, he requires support for his essential daily necessities.

39-year-old father to 3 children living in a 1-room rental flat was recently released from prison. The family needs a refrigerator. With no fridge currently, he is unable to store fresh produce for his family. Although he is returning to employment, it is in its early stages. Thus, he is unable to finance a new/second hand purchase for a refrigerator.

Client is in his late 50s and is an amputee with multiple medical conditions. He undergoes weekly dialysis and attends regular hospital appointments to manage his health. He remains determined to support his two elderly parents financially and is determined to be as independent as possible, though his doctors have certified him as medically unfit for employment. SGEnable is currently assisting him in obtaining a busking permit but at present, the client does not have the financial means to purchase the basic equipment required for busking. Support through the donation of these items would enable him to pursue this opportunity.

Client is a divorced 66-year-old elderly female client who is in need of a new manual wheelchair. She suffers from some chronic medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidaemia. She previously suffered a fall this year and was hospitalised, and ever since, has been having mobility issues and is unable to walk. She is frail and is unable to ambulate within her own home and outside of the community without a wheelchair. The client's wheelchair has faulty brakes and she does not have the financial independence to have it replaced. Her son also suffers from his own mental health difficulties and is unable to care for her. The client is a 50-year-old female with chronic mobility challenges and relies heavily on a personal mobility device for daily functioning. Recently, her medical condition has worsened, resulting in a need for adult diaper support.

Client and her husband are currently residing in a 1-room rental flat. Client has mild intellectual disability, while her husband has autism. Due to their special needs, it is challenging for client and her husband to be able to seek and sustain employment. The kitchen cabinet that client and her husband are currently using was also a donation previously and has begun to wear out. The cabinet hinge is loose, and there is wear and tear on the cabinet door. This results in kitchen utensils and plates not being able to be stored properly in the cabinet. 

Client is a divorced man who is currently living alone in a 3 room flat purchased under his father's name. Due to years of chronic unemployment and physical/mental health issues, he is unable to afford a new standing fan as he is entirely relying on ComCare assistance for his basic necessities.

Client is a blind man staying with his 3 school-going children and wife in 2 room rental flat. Wife is chronically unfit for work due to mental health issues, while client relies on SSO and tries to earn income by working ad-hoc jobs that are available. He hopes to get a second-hand iPhone so that he can access mobile services more easily, as Singapore Association for the Visually Handicapped is also offering accessibility classes with iPhone's accessible features. This will help him to be more independent while maintaining access to communications and job opportunities. Client recently received an iPhone from a donor here last month but due to motherboard issues on the phone, it was unusable after a few weeks.

Client is a father of 6 children, 4 with special needs, aged 3 to 11. Client requests for baby gate for kitchen door to ensure safety of his children at home.
