Seeking a milk bottle steriliser for a young couple; mum-to-be (F/20, due Nov 2025) and dad-to-be (M/19, currently serving NS) who are facing financial difficulties. Sole breadwinner went to prison leaving wife and 2 young kids with no income. Kids are still on waitlist for preschool and wife uses television programmes to help with the kids' phonics. However, television recently malfunctioned and they are unable to afford a new one.

Community Services & Programmes @ Children's Society requires 4 tins of Sustagen all-in-one chocolate formula milk powder (1-9 years old) for the client's child. Client requested for this formula milk as recommended by the child's doctor as she is not suited to drink normal formula milk due to weight gain. Client is the only breadwinner in the family as the child's father has been declared medically unfit to work. Client is on long-term MC for 6 months, husband is the only sole breadwinner. The family consist of 8 members with 6 school-going children aged between 6 to 14. The family is currently receiving insufficient finance support as client's husband employment is unstable and he is currently employed on a contract ad-hoc basis, with subsequent reviews to ascertain whether he can continue his employment.
