Mother is currently unemployed and have no income, while husband have an unstable job as a grab driver. They have 3 young children (5y/o, 3 y/o, and 8 mths old) and faces financial difficulties. Mother is also diagnosed with mental health issues (anxiety & depression) which adds on to caregiver stress. The family is in urgent need of diapers (Any brand, size S and M) for her 8 months old and 3 years old child.

Client is a full-time caregiver to 8yo granddaughter with special needs. Client's son is the sole-breadwinner of the family and his income is only sufficient to support with family basic expenses such as groceries and essential needs. Family's blender recently spoiled and family does not have sufficient funds to replace it.

Client and husband are both certified unable to work. Husband had a stroke several years ago. Client suffered injury due to caregiving for husband. Both now have difficulties with mobility. Husband has expenses for medical care that is not covered by financial assistance. Client relies on a social service programme for side income, but the programme is ceasing operations soon, halting her income. Their children are in their schooling years and are thus not able to provide enough for client and husband. Hence the family relies heavily on financial assistance to get by, but financial assistance alone is insufficient for their needs, especially on big household items such as furniture and large appliances.

Client is a single mother of three children. She is currently assessed to be permanently unfit for work due to chronic shoulder pain and related medical conditions, which impact her ability to carry out daily tasks such as cooking and meal preparation. Client would benefit from the provision of a new oven, as her current one is no longer functional. Having access to an oven would enable her to prepare simple baked meals and items, which can be more manageable given her physical limitations.

Mother of 7 young children requires a smart TV to replace the spoilt TV at home. She is unemployed and the main caregiver of her children.

Client is a 26-year-old single mother with mild intellectual disability. She has two children (aged 5-7) with special needs. They are currently residing with a relative and would require window grilles (& installation) to ensure the children's safety at home.

Low-income single parent of 1. Father of a child with special needs. Child has strong tendencies to pull/tear/bite objects at home. Child shares room with helper and uses a double-decker bed. The existing bedframe at home have had their wooden base (and splinters) exposed by the child and poses a safety risk/choking hazard to the child. Father is managing existing debts and financial difficulties with adhoc household item replacements, making it difficult for him to afford new furniture. In the interim, we had removed the wooden shelvings but this has also resulted in a less sturdy structure for the double decker bed, as they had previously served to stabilise the structure.
