Client (F/26) is a young mother, currently a full-time caregiver to 4 young children (F/7), (M/5), (F/3) and (F/7 months old). The family is relying on SSO financial assistance to meet their needs as client's spouse (M/30) is working part-time earning about $400-$500 monthly. The family is in need of infant milk powder for her 7 months old newborn.

Client is married and has recently given birth to her 2nd child. Her husband is currently the sole-breadwinner of the family. The family's washing machine has recently spoilt and she does not have sufficient finances to purchase a new one.

Family had been affected by bedbug infestation which led to the disposal of old furniture including mattress. Mother is a LTVP holder working part-time whereas father is at retirement age but still working full-time to support their 2 school-going children.
