Client is an elderly female, lives in a rental house, who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in 2024 and has since recovered. During the course of her treatment, she experienced significant weight loss and currently weighs approximately 39kg. According to the client, her doctor has advised her to engage in regular exercise and strength-building activities to improve her muscle mass, physical strength, and overall health. Client currently faces physical limitations and is unable to sustain full-time employment due to difficulty standing for prolonged periods. She is presently employed on a part-time basis, working two days per week at a fast-food outlet. Her limited work capacity has affected her income and ability to meet additional expenses. (Hin)

At present, the child is being cared for by his step-sister, who is doing her best to juggle caregiving alongside her own responsibilities. Senior has Parkinson’s disease and is at high risk of falls due to his reduced mobility and balance. He has limited savings and hopes to remain independent and continue living safely in his own home. A shower chair with handles would provide him with greater stability and support during bathing, reducing his risk of falls and enabling him to carry out his personal care more safely and independently.

I am writing to humbly seek assistance through the donation of Diben Drink Vanilla Flavour (300 kcal, 15g protein) for a senior undergoing chronic disease treatment. The senior is currently facing multiple health challenges, including chronic medical conditions and ongoing treatment that have significantly affected appetite and food intake. Upon the doctor's recommendation, Diben nutritional supplements are required to help sustain adequate nutritional levels and support overall health during this difficult period.
