Client and her elderly father who is mostly homebound due to mobility problems, are facing concerns from bed bug infestation in the home. Client is working as a part time cleaner, balancing work, managing her mental health and caring for her elderly fathers's needs. She faces difficulties affording new mattresses for her father and herself, and cites that father is troubled by bedbug bites. Donation of a new mattress will greatly support client in addressing concerns with bed bugs at home. Low-income family comprises single mother and her daughter. Mother was retrenched and has many health issues, and family is on financial assistance now. Mother has bad asthma and breathing issues, and is often affected by incense burning smells from her neighbours. She hopes to have a portable aircon to be used at night when she sleeps, so that she can breathe better.

Low-income family comprises single mother and her daughter. Daughter is schooling at ITE and is using a secondhand phone for communication, but it has spoiled and is unable to be used. Mother was retrenched and has many health issues, and family is on financial assistance now. They are hoping for a replacement phone for daughter to use to contact her mother when she is out at school. A secondhand phone is fine, as long as it is working and in good condition.

Family of three consist of single income parents with a 17 year old child with autism. Mother would like to get a laptop for her son as he is observed to be curious in using a laptop. It will be used for leisure and learning purposes such as using Zoom for home based learning and learning digital literacy skills such as using mouse, typing practices.

A family of three is residing in a one room flat. The father is a senior with chronic suicidal thoughts and his son is diagnosed with autism. Due to the limitation in housekeeping and space constraint, the bunk bed with trundle will be suitable for the family instead of a higher double decker bed.

The family consists of five members, including three young children. They recently had an addition of a baby girl into the household but are experiencing financial difficulties in purchasing a breastpump. The father is the sole breadwinner and faces significant financial strain as he supports both his family of origin and his immediate family's living expenses, limiting the household's ability to meet all of their needs comfortably.

The client and her partner require a laptop to assist them in building resumes, conducting job searches, and accessing essential e-services. The client is a cancer survivor who completed her treatment a year ago. However, the post-treatment side effects that implicates her ability to be engaged in sustained physical work, such as include fainting spells and vomiting. Client is also diagnosed with diabetes which adds further complications. Despite these challenges, she remains highly motivated to re-enter the workforce and contribute meaningfully to her family. Meanwhile, her partner was recently suspended from his job and is currently the sole breadwinner through food delivery. Despite his best efforts, he struggles to make ends meets. He also has limb length discrepancy which further add limitations with walking long distances. Acquiring a laptop will enable the client to explore viable work-from-home opportunities, while empowering her partner to seek more suitable, stable job opportunities. Additionally, the client intends to utilize the laptop to access online e-services to navigate ongoing legal processes.

Single mother requires assistance with the purchase of diapers for her 6-month-old daughter. Mother is now dependent on financial assistance due to caregiving responsibilities to two young daughters.
