Client, F/26, is married with 4 young children (ages 2m - 8y). She is a homemaker and caregiver to her 4 children. The family stays in a 2-room HDB rental flat. There is high stress in this family - spousal conflicts, emotional & mental health struggles, irregular employment and income by husband, and developmental delays in oldest child. The family relies on SSO assistance for their basic needs. Currently, with their washing machine and dryer spoiled, they have to rely on laundromat services which is very costly for the family. These items will help the family in managing their finances and caregiving duties.

The family recently relocated to their relatives’ home after having to sell their HDB flat to repay incurred debts. Both parents and their three young children (aged 6, 4, and 2 years old) are currently sharing a bedroom . Due to the limited space and poor ventilation in the room, the children have been experiencing significant sleep disruptions and are waking multiple times throughout the night. Although parents have attempted to manage the heat by using four fans simultaneously, this has not been sufficient to improve the sleeping environment. Mother is also currently pregnant and is expected to deliver in July 2026. With the anticipated arrival of a newborn, the already cramped sleeping arrangement is likely to become more challenging, and the children’s sleep may be further disrupted by the baby’s night waking and crying. Provision of an air cooler would help regulate the temperature and improve ventilation within the room, for a more conducive sleeping environment for the family.

Client is a single mother caring for 4 young children below 12 years old. She is currently unemployed after losing her job and is presently reliant on formal support systems for assistance. Due to financial constraints, she is unable to afford essential household items and would greatly appreciate support through the donation of a queen-sized foldable mattress for herself and her 3 children.

Family of 5 lives in a 2 room HDB flat. The family is requesting for a television to enhance their home environment and provide educational and quality time for the household.

Client requires assistance - milk powder for her daughter. Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities and current pregnancy. She shares a strained relationship with her husband, hence there is limited financial contribution from him. Client has limited family support. Hence, she is worried about her daughter's needs.

Teen is an unwed mother caring for a 1-month-old infant and is reliant on her partner’s family for support. She does not receive support from her family and has limited financial resources. Due to space constraints in her rental flat, a baby cot is not feasible. She is seeking a baby nest to support safe sleeping arrangements for the infant.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children and one grandchildren. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of milk powder to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 50 year old grandmother and sole caregiver to her 1 year old granddaughter. Client tries her best to support her grand daughter while her daughter is serving time in prison, but requires support in buying diapers and milk powder for her granddaughter.

Client is a single mother with three young children. Due to her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to take up full‑time employment, resulting in financial constraints. She has experienced difficulties in affording milk powder for her children.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.
