Client has complete hearing loss, non-verbal, illiterate, and lives alone, b/g HTN. Does not have BP monitoring in place, not keen to purchase one due to financial constraint. Client is keen to acquire one to start monitoring BP.

The client has recently secured employment and requires a laptop to carry out her work tasks and complete on-the-job training. This job is a key step towards stabilising her income after a period of financial difficulty and past employment instability. She is currently facing potential housing challenges and is working towards maintaining steady employment to secure more stable living arrangements. Without access to a laptop, she may struggle to meet work requirements and sustain this opportunity. Support for a laptop will enable her to perform effectively in her role, complete necessary training, and retain her employment.

Mother is currently unemployed and have no income, while husband have an unstable job as a grab driver. They have 3 young children (6y/o, 3 y/o, and 1 y/o) and faces financial difficulties. Mother is also diagnosed with mental health issues (anxiety & depression) which adds on to caregiver stress. The family is in urgent need of diapers (Merries Pants Diaper - L (9 - 14kg and Merries Tape Diapers - M (6 - 11kg) for her 3 y/o child and 1 y/o child.

The client is the sole caregiver for her son who has cerebral palsy and her mother who has dementia. Her son requires special diet due to medical conditions. She is seeking sponsor for adult diapers and wet wipes for her mother.
