Family consist of a single mother with 3 children whom one of the children is 9 years old who has Dandy-Walker Syndrome - a congenital brain malformation affecting the cerebellum, which impairs her mobility, balance, motor control, and cognitive functioning. Client herself has a number of chronic and debilitating health conditions including complications from a stroke and resulting paralysis which have rendered her fully bedridden since approximately 2021.

Mother is a single parent and sole breadwinner for baby who recently got retrenched, and requires urgent assistance for their daily expenses. Mother is still in the midst of trying to search for new jobs, and would appreciate any help to obtain baby items for the care of her child.

Client lives in a rental flat with her 8 children (aged 2-12). Aside from being a single parent juggling children's basic and emotional needs, she is unable to work due to poor health from pregnancies previously. Family is fully reliant on financial assistance. The family sleeps on mattresses and the mattresses have become dirty and worn out over the years and the client is unable to afford new ones. Family would like to request for 8 mattresses, mattress sheets, pillows, blankets, towels to ensure adequate hygiene and reduce children from falling ill easily.
