Client is currently residing with her sister as she is unable to independently manage her daily needs. He has undergone a leg amputation and recently sustained a fall. Following the fall, he experienced increased difficulty with mobility and is currently unable to stand or ambulate independently.

Single mom caring for 3 children with low income, needs additional necessity support, alleviate her caregiving and financial stressor.

Ct is a 78-year-old cancer patient who is now incontinent due to cancer treatment. Client can no longer fit for employment due to poor health condition, old age and cancer diagnosis; hence he requires pampers as he faces side effects from the treatment that affects his bowels.

Client is 62 years old, staying with her son. She was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer in 2014 & 2021. Due to the side effect of the treatment, client has difficulties walking. She needs to use diaper and under pad regularly as she has lost control of her bowel movement.

The senior has high risk of falls and does not have a proper chair to be placed at home. He is retired and has no close NOKs. To prevent fall risks, we would need a kind donor to provide a chair to be placed in his living room. Preferably to be 1) a stationary chair or fixed chair adjustable height with comfort sitting 2) To have sturdy armrests to support him when standing and/or sitting down 3) if have wheels, the chair is easily locked as he can glide over to other parts of the room without the need to stand, and to assist him to stand while the lock is on. The senior is the main caregiver for her husband, who suffered a stroke and requires assistance with most activities of daily living (ADLs). Her current mobile phone has been compromised/hacked, and she is unable to use several essential applications, including WhatsApp. Her telecomm service provider has confirmed that her SIM card is functioning normally, but advised her to replace her mobile phone. Due to her multiple medical conditions and caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to afford a replacement phone. A second-hand Android phone would help her maintain communication with family, healthcare providers and social service agencies and access essential services.

Client is an elderly lady living in the community with multiple medical conditions and significant visual and hearing impairments. She receives support from her family and various community-based services. Client has limited financial resources and is not currently receiving regular financial assistance. She relies on her siblings for support with her daily needs, while her live-in brother supports the household rental and bills. A standing fan is required to improve air circulation and ventilation in the home and provide client with a more comfortable living environment, especially during warmer weather. As client and her family may have difficulty purchasing the item due to their financial circumstances, assistance from a donor would be greatly appreciated. As such, the family may face difficulty purchasing the items independently. We would be grateful if a kind donor could assist with a single-size mattress and bed frame for client.
