Single pregnant woman in her 30s requires a washing machine in her 1-room rental flat. Previous washing machine has spoiled and she is currently waiting for financial assistance application.

Patient is a 1YO child with a life limiting medical condition and complex medical care needs. Patient is bed and wheelchair bound and can only drink milk via a special tube inserted through his stomach. Patient is also dependent on respiratory support on round the clock basis. Father had lost his job recently and is in the midst of sourcing for another job. Mother is a full time caregiver of patient and another young sibling. Parents shared that their current savings were depleting and they expressed needing help with patient's diapers and milk. Patient uses about 6 packs of huggies taped on L size diapers each month. Hence, they would appreciate any help that they could get, to help tide over this difficult period as family actively works towards stabilising themselves. They would need diapers assistance for about 2-3 months. Thank you.

Having a proper sleeping arrangement would greatly improve the children’s comfort, rest, and overall well-being, while helping the family settle into their new home with greater dignity and stability. Any assistance towards this request would be sincerely appreciated.

The mother is currently medically unfit for work due to mental health concerns and has been doing her best to care for her children despite the many challenges they face. The family had experienced homelessness for the past three years and have only recently secured stable housing through a rental flat. As they rebuild their lives and settle into their new home, a washing machine and fridge would greatly ease the family’s daily burden and support a more stable living environment for the children. Any support extended to the family would be deeply appreciated.

57-year-old woman currently facing significant life challenges. Both her parents have passed on, and she has been diagnosed with a mental health condition that makes it difficult for her to work and to manage daily life independently. She relies heavily on professional support and is currently receiving government ComCare assistance. Due to housing instability, she is now staying in a shelter after being evicted by her former roommate. Unfortunately, her phone has become faulty, making it very difficult for her to stay in contact with her social workers, healthcare providers, and essential support services. She does not have family or a support network she can rely on. A working phone would greatly help her remain connected to the help she urgently needs and support her in rebuilding stability in her life.

Client, F/26, is married with 4 young children (ages 2m - 8y). She is a homemaker and caregiver to her 4 children. The family stays in a 2-room HDB rental flat. There is high stress in this family - spousal conflicts, emotional & mental health struggles, irregular employment and income by husband, and developmental delays in oldest child. The family relies on SSO assistance for their basic needs. Currently, with their washing machine and dryer spoiled, they have to rely on laundromat services which is very costly for the family. These items will help the family in managing their finances and caregiving duties.

The family recently relocated to their relatives’ home after having to sell their HDB flat to repay incurred debts. Both parents and their three young children (aged 6, 4, and 2 years old) are currently sharing a bedroom . Due to the limited space and poor ventilation in the room, the children have been experiencing significant sleep disruptions and are waking multiple times throughout the night. Although parents have attempted to manage the heat by using four fans simultaneously, this has not been sufficient to improve the sleeping environment. Mother is also currently pregnant and is expected to deliver in July 2026. With the anticipated arrival of a newborn, the already cramped sleeping arrangement is likely to become more challenging, and the children’s sleep may be further disrupted by the baby’s night waking and crying. Provision of an air cooler would help regulate the temperature and improve ventilation within the room, for a more conducive sleeping environment for the family.

Client is a single mother caring for 4 young children below 12 years old. She is currently unemployed after losing her job and is presently reliant on formal support systems for assistance. Due to financial constraints, she is unable to afford essential household items and would greatly appreciate support through the donation of a queen-sized foldable mattress for herself and her 3 children.

Client requires assistance - milk powder for her daughter. Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities and current pregnancy. She shares a strained relationship with her husband, hence there is limited financial contribution from him. Client has limited family support. Hence, she is worried about her daughter's needs.
