Client is in her mid-fifties, staying alone and have limited support from anyone. She has a low paying job and has to pay off the debts that her late husband left after he passed away. Her phone is old and on the verge of spoiling. She does not have the finances to afford a new phone, but also needs a decent android phone for her work. She is concerned that she would not have a means to call for help if something were to happen to her at home.

This is a low-income family of five with a son diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Mother is a single parent and the primary caregiver to all the children. The family currently relies on limited savings to meet their daily living expenses. Child has been experiencing severe eczema, with multiple open wounds. Due to persistent itchiness from eczema and sensory regulation needs, he frequently scratches his skin intensely, which has led to further wounds and recurring bacterial infections. Financial assistance for the purchase of eczema gloves and clothing would alleviate caregiving stress on mother and support the child's well-being.
