Grant a Wish

Client is a divorced single mother. Currently, only 2 of her children aged 11 and 15 years old are staying with her. Due to multiple physical and mental challenges, client is on long-term mc and relies on financial assistance to meet her family's basic needs. The family does not have a functioning tv in the past few months and is unable to fix it or afford a new one due to financial constraints. Thus, the family hopes to receive support in securing a functioning television.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client (M/52) recently moved into his new rental unit and requires some furniture and daily use items. Due to health and weight issues, client requires a large wheelchair and/or PMD for his daily commute.

Client resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. Since the passing of her late husband, she has been unemployed due to chronic health issues and grief. Client's current phone is damaged but she is unable to afford a new device. She shares the phone with her son who has special needs, who uses the device daily to watch videos for learning.

Family consist of a young couple, client (F/25), her husband (M/28) and their daughter (F/10 months). They recently moved to a 2-room rental flat and are facing difficulites with their practical needs. The couple has been sharing a mobile phone and they have difficulties with remaining contactable at times.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get diapers and milk powder for her 3 year old grandson and grandaughter recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client is also looking for a double bed for children and grandchildren.

Ct is a wholehold of 9 living is public rental flat. The couple have 7 children and 4 of them have special needs. Currently 2 of the children foldable mattress have worn out and they are seeking donation for foldable mattress. And a cabinet to store their their belongings.

Ct has low education with low income and wife has medical problem. Son has allergy hence dry comfort request.

Single mother of a 3-month-old baby and a 5-year-old child is seeking urgent support of Frisolac Gold Stage 1 milk powder for her baby. She is currently unemployed as she is the sole caregiver to her two young children, doing her best to provide for them each day. Her financial assistance is used to cover basic daily needs and preparations for Hari Raya. Any support for her newborn’s milk would make a huge difference and help lighten her load, ensuring her little one is cared for.

The Client and her husband have 8 children aged 6 to 22 years old who are schooling. Due to medical reasons, client and her husband have difficulty securing employment and face financial challenges. The family requested for 2 queen-sized bed with storage for her children, and to store the children’s belonging.
