Client is currently unemployed while caring for her two children (8y/o and 18 months). Client is pending renewal of ComCare assistance and currently has limited finances to purchase diapers for her child, which will only last till Fri (25/7). Client is navigating through other family stressors and will require temporary support to navigate the basic needs of the children.

Client is currently 4 months pregnant and has pre-hybrid cancer. She and her husband are caring for their 8-month-old son and 9 year old daughter. Husband is the sole breadwinner. The family are experiencing financial constraints and difficulties with paying for their rental fees of $500/month for their PPHS rental flat as husband is currently paying for maintenance of his 2 daughter from his previous wife and debts accumulated due to husband's past incarceration. Family is currently in urgent need of diapers as they are running on low supply and husband's salary is only coming in on 22nd.

Client is a homemaker, supporting her elderly father who suffered from a stroke, and is bedridden. She is also financially supporting her maternal grandmother with the purchase of adult diapers, without any household income. She is reliant on her savings and ad-hoc earnings from her home based baking business. Client is also a caregiver to her school going daughter. Client requires support in purchasing milk powder for her elderly father in sustaining his feeding needs.

Client (F/56) is a single mother living with her 2 sons and 1 daughter in a 3-rrom HDB flat. Client has multiple health issues and unable to secure employment. Her youngest son (M/16) recently suffered from indigestion, gastric issues and dyspepsia and has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few months. Due to his severe weight loss and loss of appetite, client is requesting for milk powder to ensure that his nutritional needs are met. However, the cost of the milk powder is expensive.

Family's washing machine has been faulty the past few months and have been relying on the laundromat to do their laundry. However, due to the their lack of employment, there is significant strain on the family's finances as they continue to use the laundromat long-term. Thus, family requires a new washing machine with installation support. There is a school-going child in the family.

As the client prepares for their spouse’s discharge from the nursing facility at the end of November, they are seeking storage boxes to help organize the room and ensure a welcoming environment. Given the family’s current circumstances and limited available support, the client would benefit from extra help to make the transition home as smooth as possible.

This is a family of five, consisting of parents and 3 young children aged one (twins) and three years old. One of the twins has complex medical needs and requires Similac Neosure as her primary source of nutrition due to her health condition. Most of the family’s income is directed towards her medical care and related expenses.
