Client is a homemaker, supporting her elderly father who suffered from a stroke, and is bedridden. She is also financially supporting her maternal grandmother with the purchase of adult diapers, without any household income. She is reliant on her savings and ad-hoc earnings from her home based baking business. Client is also a caregiver to her school going daughter. Client requires support in purchasing milk powder for her elderly father in sustaining his feeding needs.

A young family of three, expecting their fourth member, would be deeply grateful for a 4-seater dining table set. Having recently moved into their rental flat with only one breadwinner, they face financial constraints while preparing for their upcoming child. The family demonstrates admirable self-reliance, managing expenses without ComCare assistance despite limited income. A dining table set would provide proper space for family meals and create a nurturing environment for their growing family. The family would greatly appreciate if the generous donor could assist with delivery costs to ensure the donation reaches them without additional financial burden.

Client is an elderly end stage cancer patient who is no longer continent due to side effects of treatment and her deteriorating condition. Family does not have active income in HH.

Client has been rough sleeping alone for about a year and does not have a working mobile phone. Without a phone, he faces difficulties securing employment and maintaining communication with agencies. He does not have the financial means to purchase one by himself.

Client and wife stay in a rental flat with 3 children. Their younger child presents with some special needs. Both parents are gainfully employed. However, due to past debts incurred, the current finances is not sufficient for their family expenses. As a result, husband hopes to be working grab delivery in addition to their full time to increase family income. As such, family would need a bicycle to do the delivery work.

Since 11 Oct 2025, NM moved to a Shelter with CYPs. They stayed there due to concerns that NF might hurt NM or CYPs. The family was known to HEART due to children's exposure to spousal violence. On 27 October 2025, NM coincidentally met NF when she went to pick CYPs from school. NF assaulted her and threw her phone until it spoilt. NM has applied for an EO against NF on 28 October 2025. As such, NM needs a new phone as she has: 1. Lost her physical IC and needs her singpass 2. Only recently applied for a bank account and the bank card is not available yet. Hence, her transactions are done through ibanking currently, which she needs her phone for. Even when the card is ready in about a week's time, she will unlikely have time to head to the bank TPY branch to collect it. 3. To remain in contact with FSC worker and CPSC worker while she takes shelter at relative's house and at the crisis shelter. To contact police if she coincidentally meets NF again and she or the children are in danger. 4. To remain at the crisis shelter, she will need to manage her own expenses, which requires a phone.
