Mr Goh is a senior, living with an unrelated flatemate. He has retired. His mobile phone had overheated and is unable to make phone calls out. He would need a mobile phone (second hand is also fine) to receive relevant community support.

Single mother with 3 children ranging from 8 months to 15 y/o requires assistance to purchase diapers as she is tight on finances. She is also undergoing divorce and is not receiving money from her spouse. The assistance with purchasing diapers for her will be beneficial to tide through the financial constraints.

Client who is now on Long-home-leave requested for a 55 inch smart television. He is under curfew and wish to spend his time watching movies with his family. He will be another 14 months curfew.

Low-income family (living in 1-rm rental) with only one sole breadwinner, while the other parent is a full-time caregiver due to child's high care needs. Child has special needs, and can only rely on diapers for toileting needs. Having this need met would help greatly reduce the financial load and stress on family. Mother had to sell off her handphone as the family had insufficent finances the past few months. Donation of a secondhand handphone, preferably Android, would be greatly beneficial to help her stay in contact with professionals and her children's schools! The client suffers from glaucoma, with complete loss of vision in his left eye and progressive vision loss in his right eye. He has a significant medical history including three strokes and two heart attacks, which has affected his mobility. He requires the use of a walking stick/motorised wheelchair for mobility. He also experiences breathing difficulties and relies on a CPAP machine to assist with sleep. The client attends multiple medical appointments on an ongoing basis. As a result of the wife’s sudden health complications, the family has incurred increased expenses and requires changes to furniture to accommodate to health complications

Client (F/14) is currently a secondary two studet living in a 2-room rental flat with her sister and father. Her father is the sole breadwinner of the family and he is experiencing chronic pain in his leg that is impacting his long-term employment. Due to their financial challenges, the client is seeking assistance for a laptop to support her schooling needs as her current laptop is spoilt. She requires the laptop to complete her school assignments at home as cannot access her PLD after school. Client has indicated a preference for a gaming laptop as she would also like to be able to play games (e.g., Valorant) on it. Thank you for your support

A staff at a halfway house underwent heart surgery two years ago. He now requires a CoaguChek INRange System and Roche CoaguChek lancets to monitor his blood clotting levels regularly. However, he cannot afford to purchase the device, as it is not subsidized. He is willing to use a second-hand machine so that he can check his condition himself.

Family has 4 school-going children who requires a working fridge to prepare home cooked meals. Their current fridge is faulty and unable to store premade food well. Both parents are working odd job and looking after a elderly father who is on dialysis

Siblings are facing difficulties purchasing their elderly mother's adult diapers this month as they are all facing health issues and had to stop work. They will greatly benefit from donation of Size M adult diaper pants while their assistance referrals are being processed.
