Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client is a single mother who is taking care of her 3 young children. Due to her poor health and caregiving duties, she is currently unemployed. Family is allocated a rental flat recently and require household items for their flat. Client hopes to receive wardrobe to put her and her children's clothes.
