Client is on long-term MC for 6 months, husband is the only sole breadwinner. The family consist of 8 members with 6 school-going children aged between 6 to 14. The family is currently receiving insufficient finance support. Client's husband employment is unstable and he is currently employed on a contract ad-hoc basis, with subsequent reviews to ascertain whether he can continue his employment. Client is currently receiving counselling and emotional support with regard to other psychosocial, emotional issues eg parenting, caregiving and stress management to assist her to cope with the current systemic stressors from various areas. Client request for a oven to bake cookies as she has just started home baking, this is to supplement her income and financial needs and also contributes to her sense of efficacy and sense of self.

PPIS FSCW RELIGHT would like to request for 10 or more halal sugar for its beneficiaries. Thank you! RELIGHT is an initiative by PPIS FSC (West) to actively support beneficiaries through disbursement of donated items from individuals and corporate donors. These include daily necessities and fresh produce, which is distributed every quarter of the year.

Client's husband was imprisoned and she is presently raising her 5 children on her own. The milk is for her two youngest children. One of the children is suspected to have developmental delays and is currently undergoing further assessments.
