Low income family with three school-going children, all of whom are chronically ill. The mother, who also has multiple health conditions, is struggling to manage the large volume of laundry for the family since their washing machine’s dryer function has broken down. The father, the sole breadwinner, has limited working hours as he must balance work with the heavy caregiving responsibilities for his children. A working washing machine with a dryer would provide much-needed relief and ease the mother’s burden.

This is a low-income family of 4 with 1 child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Father is the sole breadwinner of the family while mother is the main caregiver for the children. Client (F/21) has a newborn child who is of few months old and she is currently unemployed and schooling in polytechnic. Her partner is currently in national service and does not earn much. They would require newborn diapers as they are currently struggling financially.

Client is staying with her 18yo son, 20yo daughter and 6yo granddaughter. Her son (father of 6yo granddaughter) is in prison. There is no one able to work in the family and family is reliant on public support for daily expenses. Client has several items which requires freezing. Client's normal fridge has a very small freezer compartment hence she previously gotten herself a chest freezer a few years back, but it has spoilt.
