Single elderly gentleman in his 60s living in a 1 room rental in the Kembangan Chai Chee area is requesting for a water heater. The current water heater in his rental flat was left behind by the previous owner and is spoilt. He has also used his Climate vouchers on standing fans as the unit is poorly ventilated at night. He is currently unemployed as he is receiving treatment that would cause him giddiness and fainting spells. He has multiple appointments a month in SGH for treatments and review, covered with MediFund. As he is both an introvert and an orphan, he is relying solely on his own savings and government payouts; he does not have friends who can help. We are requesting for a water heater so that he may have warm water to shower, especially during the rainy season.

Client is a 75 year old lady diagnosed with dementia. The family of 6, comprising both parents and 4 young children aged between 1 and 5 years. They reside in an HDB rental flat. Father is medically unfit for employment due to spinal issues, as supported by a doctor’s memo. Mother has been the primary breadwinner, working part-time while also managing caregiving responsibilities for the children. At present, the mother is coping with grief following a recent miscarriage. Additionally, their son is scheduled for surgery in January 2026 and will require her care and support during the recovery period. As a result, the family is currently without any source of income. Assistance with the family’s essential needs would greatly help to alleviate their financial burden during this challenging period.

Clt is the sole breadwinner and primary caregiver for her 5 young children aged 1 to 9 years old. Clt's husband is currently unemployed and actively seeking employment opportunities. The family requires diaper assistance to defray their living expenses.

Client is a 4 year old diagnosed with Leukemia and is currently going through treatment for cancer. The mother is balancing work from home and caregiving duties for the client and sibling, who is also diagnosed with cancer. Due to the treatment, the client has lost her appetite, resulting in a weak body due to insufficient nutrient intake and low vitamins in her body. The client also refuses solid food. As such, she requires the consumption of a special milk (Pediasure Gold with PeptiGro Ready-to-Drink Milk - Chocolate / Vanilla / Strawberry) daily to supplement and meet her daily nutritional needs to build up her body.
