Client is a 72 year old Malay elderly who has recently moved into a rental flat with barely any furniture for her to live comfortably with. Having a washing machine will ensure that client is able to remain safe in the community/her home. Client ambulates with her motorised scooter in the community and quad stick /walking frame at home. She also has multiple health conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, diabetes, and was previously diagnosed with cervical cancer. Client's legs are also weak, and she is unable to walk much in her home, requiring more rests. Having such household item will help her with settling into the rental flat sooner given her health and mobility issues.

The client is a single mother of three schoolgoing children. She is currently medically certified as permanently unfit for work due to medical conditions. She hopes to receive an air sterilizer to have a more calming and conducive home environment for her well-being.

The family is seeking to obtain a seated baby walker for their youngest child. The mother is the primary caregiver to eight children while the family resides in a 2-room rental flat. Caring for a large household, particularly with several young children, places significant physical and caregiving demands on her daily. Despite these challenges and the family's financial constraints, she continues to demonstrate strong commitment to providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for her children. Given the family's limited financial resources, purchasing a seated baby walker is beyond their means. A donation of this item would provide the youngest child with a safe and stimulating space for supervised play, while allowing the mother greater flexibility to attend to the needs of her other children.

The couple is requesting a sofa bed to provide a proper sleeping arrangement for a family member who is temporarily staying with them for approximately one year while undergoing community reintegration. Due to limited living space, there is currently no suitable sleeping arrangement available, and a sofa bed would maximise the use of the living area while meeting this essential need. As the couple has only recently secured stable employment and continues to manage existing financial commitments while caring for an infant, they are currently unable to afford this household item.

Widowed 55/F with permanent exemption from work and recipient of ComCare Long Term Assistance is seeking for a refrigerator. Due to limited resources, she would sometimes split meals into two and store them in the refrigerator. After it has broken down since January, she has noticed the increased in spending in food. She was unable to store meat too increasing her trips frequency to market.

Member (F/56) is staying in a two-room rental flat with her husband and children. She is wheelchair-bound, permanently unfit for work, and has various medical conditions such as kidney issues, past history of stroke, and is ADL-dependent. Her phone is spoilt, which she uses to pass time. She hopes to receive a phone in working condition.

Low-income family comprises single mother and her daughter. Mother was retrenched and has many health issues, and family is on financial assistance now. Mother has bad asthma and breathing issues, and is often affected by incense burning smells from her neighbours. She hopes to have a portable aircon to be used at night when she sleeps, so that she can breathe better.

Family of three consist of single income parents with a 17 year old child with autism. Mother would like to get a laptop for her son as he is observed to be curious in using a laptop. It will be used for leisure and learning purposes such as using Zoom for home based learning and learning digital literacy skills such as using mouse, typing practices.

Yishun Family Service @ Singapore Children’s Society is seeking two (2) tins of Grow Toddler Stage 3 milk powder for a client’s child. The client comes from a low-income family and is currently facing difficulties in purchasing milk powder to meet the child’s daily nutritional needs.
