Due to significant lower limb weakness, she has difficulty purchasing and preparing food regularly. Ensure Life Strength Pro milk powder serves as a meal replacement to support her nutritional needs, and she requires approximately six tins per month.

PPIS FSCW RELIGHT would like to request for 10 or more halal assorted biscuits for its beneficiaries. Thank you! RELIGHT is an initiative by PPIS FSC (West) to actively support beneficiaries through disbursement of donated items from individuals and corporate donors. These include daily necessities and fresh produce, which is distributed every quarter of the year.

Client is a grandmother who provides caregiving support for her 9-month-old grandchild and two other grandchildren below primary school age. As the children’s mother is a single parent and needs to continue working, client assists with the children’s daily care. Client is currently unfit for work and financially dependent on her eldest daughter. The family is seeking assistance with a baby cot to provide a safe sleeping space for the 9-month-old baby, particularly when client is attending to household chores and cooking. The client’s preference is for a baby cot with mesh sides, which would allow her to easily see and monitor the baby while carrying out household tasks. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in providing a suitable baby cot to support the family’s caregiving needs and ensure a safer environment for the baby. Thank you.

Client is a full-time caregiver for his senior mother with dementia as well as bed-bounded brother. Client desires to work part night shifts to supplement family’s income on top of his caregiving duties. Client is a single parent caring for four children and seeking assistance for a water heater to be installed in the unit. The provision of a water heater would facilitate ease and convenience in carrying out daily showering routines, especially for the children. This would also help to improve the family's overall living conditions and meet their basic household needs.

Senior is a divorcee with estranged relationship with his ex-wife and adult children. He stays alone in a HDB 1 room rental unit and is currently on comcare financial assistance. His house was previously infested with bed bugs, which was cleared recently with help from HDB. He was recommended to replace his existing furniture to ensure complete eradication of the pests, including his wardrobe.

Family of 4 with 3 school-going children and none are able to contribute financially to the household. Mother is unable to work due to medical condition. They do not have a washing machine, and situation has worsen as mother has to manually wash the clothes, which is causing them distress.

Client needs a big button cordless phone to replace his current home cordless phone, because due to his deteriorating vision the buttons of the current home phone are too small for his vision to see to dial, as such he frequently dialed wrongly and called wrongly.
