Client is currently engaged in part-time employment while pursuing a training course to upgrade her skills. She is facing significant financial hardship. She is unable to sustain her employment due to a recent toe amputation and potentially another one on the other foot. The combined pressure of healthcare costs and lack of income has exhausted the family's resources. She is hoping for any kind individuals to donate items like a laptop as it is a requirement for her educational needs.

A household of three (turning four) is seeking for a donated washing machine. The family comprises of a young married couple (both aged 24), their 1-year-old son, and will be expecting a newborn in a month's time - Oct 2026. In hopes to provide a stable environment for their growing family, the couple have secured their first home - a 2-room public rental flat in Yishun. They have mainly been lodging with relatives prior, without a proper space of their own. As the wife is currently unable to work due to her pregnancy and the need to care for their young son, the family relies solely on the husband's limited income. They have been preparing for the move mostly by sourcing for second-hand furniture. The only remaining item that they have challenges obtaining is a washing machine, due to their limited budget. A washing machine will greatly alleviate some of their daily household chores, thereby freeing up more capacity for them to focus on settling down into their new home and the arrival of their newborn in the coming month. This will also support the young family's fresh start as a unit of four in their new home. The family is hoping to move and settle into their new home within Sep 2026, to ensure a proper space is ready by the time of their newborn's arrival. They will hence benefit from a donated, well-functioning washing machine the soonest.

Mother is a homemaker and is the sole caregiver of two school-going children, both of whom have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses. The family of three resides in a one-room rental flat. Their existing refrigerator has broken down, and mother is currently seeking assistance with a replacement refrigerator of a suitable size to store food and meet the household’s needs.

Client is undergoing a divorce and functioning as a single mother caring for 2 children, with 1 child with special needs. She is hoping to get a bicycle so she is able to do Grabfood to earn additional income for the household.

Client is a full-time caregiver for his senior mother with dementia as well as bed-bounded brother. Client desires to work part night shifts to supplement family’s income on top of his caregiving duties. Currently, he does not have a phone and has been relying on home phone but a mobile phone is needed for him to be added into a WhatsApp group for his work, as details of the schedule will be posted there and updates of new job opportunities will be posted there too. Preferably, we should get a mobile phone for him as soon as possible. Client is a young first-time single mother. She is currently working full-time while pursuing part-time evening studies to improve her qualifications and secure a better future. She requires assistance with a sofa bed to improve her sleeping arrangement at home.

Family of 6, with 2 pri sch-aged and 2 preschool-aged children. Both preschool-aged children have a suspected Autism diagnosis, with the older one currently attending EIPIC and the younger one enrolling next year. Dad is the sole breadwinner while Mum is the main caregiver at home. Both preschool-aged children are still on diapers.

Family of 5 with 3 young children (8yo, 3yo & 3mo). Dad is the sole breadwinner. Mum has depression, and has been actively seeking help from the hospital. The family was also scammed by a Reno company who disappeared before completing the renovation, thus the family has accumulated debts and is also trying to repay it. Diapers support for their 3mo would greatly alleviate the family's financial situation.
