A family of 3 who requires an 8kg top-loading washing machine. Their current washing machine has broken down, leaving them without this essential household appliance. The family is currently facing significant financial constraints due to substantial household arrears that they are actively working to clear. Their son, who lives with them, is presently serving National Service and is therefore unable to contribute financially towards purchasing a replacement washing machine. Given their commitment to addressing their existing debts, the family finds themselves unable to afford a new washing machine at this time. This essential appliance would greatly assist them in maintaining basic household hygiene and daily living standards whilst they work towards financial stability.

hii! This is a three-generational family living in a rental flat. The grandmother is the primary caregiver for her granddaughter, who has special needs. The mother, has been unable to return to work after sustaining a physical injury and is currently managing mental health challenges. The family is experiencing high stress due to financial difficulties.
