She would benefit from a new washing machine as hers was spoilt and she has been going to the laundromat to do her laundry for the past month

Client wants to upgrade himself. He wants to learn to use the laptop and might want to study online. He has just completed his 6 months in-care program at Highpoint halfway house. He is still under prison probation. He is now living with his wife one wants to spend his time productively.

Client moving into rental flat requiring basic electrical items like washing machine, water heater with installation, 2 door wardrobe and other items.

Client is a family of 6 with 4 young children. Both parents are working. The SSO support is reduced as there was stability in employment previously but family encountered some medical issues, in which employment became less stable. As such, the current income (both parents' income and SSO) is reduced and not sufficient. The parents would need support for milk and diapers while pending requests to other organisations for longer-term milk and diaper support. Ct is a single mother who is currently going through divorce and has a 3 year old daughter. She requires some support for diapers and milk powder for her daughter as her husband is not supporting their daughte at the moment.

Client is on long-term MC for 6 months, husband is the only sole breadwinner. The family consist of 8 members with 6 school-going children aged between 6 to 14. The family is currently receiving insufficient finance support. Client's husband employment is unstable and he is currently employed on a contract ad-hoc basis, with subsequent reviews to ascertain whether he can continue his employment. Client is currently receiving counselling and emotional support with regard to other psychosocial, emotional issues eg parenting, caregiving and stress management to assist her to cope with the current systemic stressors from various areas. Client request for a oven to bake cookies as she has just started home baking, this is to supplement her income and financial needs and also contributes to her sense of efficacy and sense of self.

Client is a family of 4 with 2 school going children. They are dependent on financial assistance for their daily necessities and currently face financial constraints.

The family lives in a 2-room rental flat and cares for two very young children aged 2 and 3 who are active and curious. Their home currently has no door separating the kitchen from the living area, and the children often wander into the kitchen. The family is requesting a child safety gate to install at the kitchen entrance so they can create a safer and more controlled environment, reduce the risk of accidents, and better protect the children at home.

Client is wheelchair bound and fully dependent on spouse for her activities of daily living (e.g. showering, dressing, etc.). Both are married with no children, and are residing in a rental flat. Client has multiple illnesses and is unable to work, as such, spouse has to work as a cleaner from Monday – Thursdays, as well as over the weekends, to sustain their livelihood. As she is in her 50s, she does not qualify for HDB Ease and spouse finds it challenging when wheeling client in to the flat as there is a curb at the entrance of the flat. Having a ramp there would be greatly helpful to assist client and spouse in manoeuvring her wheelchair. Both client and spouse have limited social and financial support, and hopes to get some assistance to make their daily routines slightly easier.
