She is working as an administrative personnel and is the primary caregiver of both children. While the children's father is expected to contribute towards their care, his support has been inconsistent, resulting in challenges meeting the children's daily needs. Despite facing significant emotional, caregiving, and financial stressors, client has demonstrated resilience and remains committed to providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for her children. Assistance with diapers and milk powder will help meet the children's essential needs and alleviate the family's immediate financial burden greatly. (Cl)

Having a washing machine will ensure that client is able to remain safe in the community/her home. Client ambulates with her motorised scooter in the community and quad stick /walking frame at home. She also has multiple health conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, diabetes, and was previously diagnosed with cervical cancer. Client's legs are also weak, and she is unable to walk much in her home, requiring more rests. Having such household item will help her with settling into the rental flat sooner given her health and mobility issues.

The client is a single mother of three schoolgoing children. She is currently medically certified as permanently unfit for work due to medical conditions. She hopes to receive an air sterilizer to have a more calming and conducive home environment for her well-being.

Caring for a large household, particularly with several young children, places significant physical and caregiving demands on her daily. Widowed 55/F with permanent exemption from work and recipient of ComCare Long Term Assistance is seeking for a washing machine. She is unable to wring clothes due to arm pain thus she has been stepping on clothes for the past 3 years. Recently she felt weaker and feel the need to have a washing machine to help her with this daily task.

Client and her elderly father who is mostly homebound due to mobility problems, are facing concerns from bed bug infestation in the home. Client is working as a part time cleaner, balancing work, managing her mental health and caring for her elderly fathers's needs. She faces difficulties affording new mattresses for her father and herself, and cites that father is troubled by bedbug bites. Donation of a new mattress will greatly support client in addressing concerns with bed bugs at home. Low-income family comprises single mother and her daughter. Daughter is schooling at ITE and is using a secondhand phone for communication, but it has spoiled and is unable to be used. Mother was retrenched and has many health issues, and family is on financial assistance now. They are hoping for a replacement phone for daughter to use to contact her mother when she is out at school. A secondhand phone is fine, as long as it is working and in good condition.
