Elderly man, whose living alone in rental flat, not working. Due to financial constrain, client has difficulties to get basic items. He is seeking help to get some basic appliance for his home for survival.

The senior is the main caregiver for her husband, who suffered a stroke and requires assistance with most activities of daily living (ADLs). Her current mobile phone has been compromised/hacked, and she is unable to use several essential applications, including WhatsApp. Her telecomm service provider has confirmed that her SIM card is functioning normally, but advised her to replace her mobile phone. Due to her multiple medical conditions and caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to afford a replacement phone. A second-hand Android phone would help her maintain communication with family, healthcare providers and social service agencies and access essential services.

Family requires a working washing machine as theirs is currently faulty. They are currently using a laundromat to manage their laundry needs. A washing machine will be helpful to manage the family's laundry needs. Family is subsisting on financial assistance and cannot afford to purchase a new one.

Client (66yo) faces health conditions such a high blood pressure, cholesterol and knee joint issues. Client's husband, passed on last year due to deteriorating health conditions. Client's son (37 yo) is a young adult with Autistic spectrum disorder and moderate intellectual disability. Client is working as a grab driver, and reports that her income is only sufficient to pay off her monthly bills, leaving very limited funds for adhoc expenses. Client's expenses also include expenses for her son. Client would like to request a portable air cooler for her son, to improve ventilation and help prevent deterioration of his mild eczema. This support would help ease her financial burden.

Family of 3, with a 4yo child diagnosed with multiple disabilities. Child recently suffered from a collapsed lung and was hospitalised for a long period. She has currently discharged and back at home. Due to the recent hospitalisation, Mum had to stop work to be the full time caregiver. She was previously working part-time and brought Child to her workplace. Dad is currently the sole breadwinner.

Our low-income beneficiaries require assistance with their necessities for their children while they work towards financial stability. These include milk powder and diapers. Club Rainbow only accepts unopened items.

Client is a 70-year-old senior with multiple chronic medical conditions and leg weakness who has recently lost his job. His physical limitations make it increasingly difficult for him to handwash his clothes. We seek support for a washing machine, inclusive of installation and setup costs, as the client is unable to afford these expenses. This will ensure that the appliance can be safely installed and put into use to support his daily living needs and maintain his independence.

Client has 5 children, age 6, 5, 3, 2 and 9 months old. Client has been unemployed ever since the birth of first child and is sourcing our for full-time employment whilst husband is the sole breadwinner. Family is currently receiving financial assistance as well however family hopes for additional support of a few tins of Similac Stage 2 for their youngest child.
