Family of 3 stays in a rental flat. Their oven has recently short-circuited and is looking to get a new one to help in preparing food. Middle-aged daughter and elderly mother are working as delivery persons while father has health conditions that lead to difficulties in being employed.

Family of 5 with 3 school-going children: F/9, M/7, F/5. Wife is sole breadwinner working part-time, and husband certified unable to work. Washing machine recently went faulty, and as such family had to go to the laundromat to wash their clothes ever since. A washing machine will greatly benefit the family especially since Raya festivities is around the corner.

Family consists of single mother with 2 boys aged 9 and 8. They are staying in a public rental flat in Woodlands. Mother is working as a part-time nurse and is unable to buy soccer boots and shin guard for her son (M/9) for his soccer CCA in school. They would be appreciative to receive any secondhand ones.

Family has 3 young children aged 3, 1 and newborn. They are struggling financially relying on the husband's income, and their milk powder for the kids is running low. They have secured a rental flat in Woodlands but have yet to move in due to financial struggles and are currently still staying with extended family in Woodlands.

Client has just completed her chemotherapy, is still recovering from its effects. She has recently started a part time job in F&B and is the sole breadwinner of the family. Client has 3 children (F/15), (M/12), (F/9) and she has the custody and care of all 3 children. The family's biggest concern is their finances as client has many arears and debts for her housing loans and for her SP, hospital and StarHub bills. As such, client is struggling to meet the daily needs of the family and is under tremendous stress from her financial difficulties and medical conditions.
