Elderly (M) on kidney dialysis living in public rental flat with adult son who has intellectual disability. He would need a bedframe due to limited mobility and has difficulty getting up when sleeping on the floor. Adjustable bedframe is preferred so that it may act as his sofa when needed.

Client is an 19yo single mother who is struggling financially with a 5-mth old infant. She is working full-time but also contributing to her family of 8 including her grandparents.She have just got her own rental flat and needs the above.

Client is on long-term MC for 6 months, husband is the only sole breadwinner. The family consist of 8 members with 6 school-going children aged between 6 to 14. The family is currently receiving insufficient finance support. Client's husband employment is unstable and he is currently employed on a contract ad-hoc basis, with subsequent reviews to ascertain whether he can continue his employment. Client is currently receiving counselling and emotional support with regard to other psychosocial, emotional issues eg parenting, caregiving and stress management to assist her to cope with the current systemic stressors from various areas. Client request for a oven to bake cookies as she has just started home baking, this is to supplement her income and financial needs and also contributes to her sense of efficacy and sense of self.

The family has three young dependents. The father is working as a Foodpanda delivery rider, but his phone has spoilt and he is unable to afford a replacement. The mother is currently not working as she needs to care for the children. The family’s income has been affected during this period. Any donation of a spare phone for the father’s use would be greatly appreciated.

Client is 63 years old, staying with her son. She was diagnosed with Cancer in 2014 & 2021. Due to the sign effect of the treatment, client has difficulties to walk. She needs to use diaper and under pad regularly.

She is currently medically unfit for work due to physical and mental health concerns and is in the midst of divorce proceedings. At present, she has no source of income. Despite her financial challenges, the client continues to meet household expenses and provide for her children through external family support and donations. The client is seeking assistance for a tablet to support her children’s educational needs. The device is necessary for school assignments, accessing online learning platforms, and completing home-based learning tasks. Due to her lack of income and ongoing financial strain, she is unable to afford a laptop on her own.
