She requires a working wheelchair to facilitate safe mobility for medical appointments and community outings, while reducing her risk of falls and supporting her daily functioning

Client stays in a 1 room HDB rental flat in Sengkang with her spouse and 2 special needs children (M/7 and F/5) who are diagnosed with autism. Due to the high needs of her children, client has her hands full with caregiving and is unable to work. Her spouse, having a past incarceration record, has problems finding employment and is currently unemployed. Due to F/5's diagnosis of low-functioning autism, she is nonverbal and is unable to voice out when she wants to use the toilet, causing client to be unable to toilet train her properly, hence she is still wearing diapers. As F/5 is severely overweight, she is unable to fit into children sized diapers, hence client is requesting for 8 packs of Tena Adult Diapers (size S) for F/5 to last her around 1-2 months as the family is struggling financially.

The mother contributes through part-time work, but is unable to take on full-time employment due to her caregiving responsibilities at home. To support their children's learning at home, the family is seeking donation of a low child-sized table for her children to use for homework and writing while seated on the floor.
