A family of 7 with 5 school-going children. Due to father's advancing age, his poor health condition makes it difficult for him to go to work. Mother is a non-citizen and the pass she holds is also making it difficult for her to go to work. The family requires a working condition side-by-side refrigerator.

Family consists of a young couple with 2 young children, and an upcoming baby in Aug. Family only has a sole breadwinner due to spouse being pregnant and requires a chest of drawers to store baby items when the baby arrives. Elderly couple with 2 teens requesting for a washing machine as the couple is also sickly and has difficulty washing manually.

Client is an elderly with chronic health conditions and partial visual impairment. She is seeking assistance for a smart phone so that she could attend classes with the active ageing centre to learn how to use a smart phone, to be meaningfully engaged. Their current bed has spoilt which bed bugs causing skin rash on their toddler baby (one year old). Client could not afford to buy a metal bed frame and queen size bed. He injured his right arm during his last job and family struggles with basic needs and have accumulated arrears with HDB, town council and SP bills. They are currently residing in a 2-Room HDB rental flat and due to insufficient space they have to sleep on the floor.
