Client is a single elderly female who has to quit her job to be full-time caregiver for her mother who has been bedridden since she suffered a stroke in 2019. Client herself was also diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and had undergone surgery. After her stroke, Client's bedridden mother faces difficulties in swallowing and has to consume milk and Biotin to supplement her nutritional needs.
