Single mother of 3 is experiencing caregiving stress especially taking care of M/4 and F/1, providing these items will help alleviate some of mother's financial stress and children's needs

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires regular milk feed as part of her nutrition and meal (Fernleaf milk powder). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Low-income family is in need of diapers (XXL pants type, PetPet brand/any other brand) as well as milk power, for 8yo child who has congenital conditions due to premature birth.

Client's family consists of 4 members, 2 children (1 school going, 1 toddler). Client and client’s wife are unable to seek and sustain employment due to caregiving needs. Presently they need to meet the high care needs of their 2 Y.O. as he is born with a complex congenital heart disease. The family face difficulty meeting their basic needs and requested for support with diapers.

Client is a divorced single mother with 4 children. Currenrly two young children are under her care ( F, 11y/o and F, 1y/o), while her two other children are under the care of her ex-husband. Client stays with her mother as well, and is the main breadwinner of th family. However, due to the nature of Client's job, there are months where her income is little, resulting in tight living expenses, adding on to her stressors as a single mother. As such temporary support with diapers and milk powder would help to alleviate some of her financial stressors.

Family consists of client, husband, and 4 young children. Client has medical issues which limits her ability to work, and her husband is currently at risk of losing his employment. Family needs a water heater for the children when they bathe in the morning before school as they often have to boil water for all 4 children early in the morning which can be time consuming for the couple.

Client is currently the main breadwinner of the family and is facing financial strains to support her and her children's monthly needs. She would thus benefit from receiving a month supply of milk powder and diapers for her two young children. (ET)
