The parents are both not working due to medical conditions and caregiving reasons. The mobile phone is for the elderly father.

A family of 4 who are living in a 2-room rental flat is faced with financial difficulties as child's mother is recently released from prison and is providing full-time caregiving to her grandmother who has stroke. We’re supporting an elderly lady in her 80s who’s been struggling with constant knocking noises from her upstairs neighbour. The sounds have been disturbing her sleep and disrupting her quiet moments of prayer — two things she holds dearly. While we’re currently assisting her with the ongoing noise complaints, what she truly longs for is just a bit of peace — to be able to rest and pray without fear or frustration. If anyone is able to donate a pair of noise-cancelling headphones, it would mean the world to her, and bring her some much-needed comfort during this difficult time.

Client is the main caregiver of her 3 young children and undergoing separation with her husband. She is currently pregnant and staying with her sister. **Support for a 57-Year-Old Woman in Need of Adult Diapers** We are reaching out to seek support for a 57-year-old woman who is facing an incredibly difficult time in her life. Living alone in a small, rented one-room apartment, she is struggling with multiple challenges, both emotional and financial. She has been through a history of abuse by her two sons, who have since abandoned her and do not wish to have any contact with her. The trauma she endured has left her with deep emotional scars, leading to a diagnosis of depression. Currently, she is trying to survive on minimal government assistance (ComCare). She is unable to attend all her medical appointments because she fears accumulating bills that she cannot afford to pay.
