Client is a large family of 11 and facing financial difficulties where their financial resources are barely sufficient for their basic needs. The family's TV is recently spoiled and is in need for a new one.

Client is low-income earner and sole breadwinner of household of 5. His current job as a retail salesperson requires the use of a tablet to support him in submission of reports and data. However, he is unable to purchase one of his own due to the higher expenses required. As such, client would like to seek support for a preloved tablet.

They require assistance with essential items such as infant diapers and milk powder, as the client's limited income makes it difficult to afford these necessities.

Family has five children (three biological children aged 4 months, 2 years, and 5 years, and two nieces aged 5 years and 16 years). They live in a 2-room rental flat in Punggol. Husband recently lost his job, and Client is currently not working due to caregiving for the newborn. Recently, husband's brother will be moving in to live with them. The household’s existing washing machine is in poor condition and takes approximately 10 hours to complete a single wash cycle, which is challenging given the large volume of laundry generated by the household. With the anticipated increase in household members, a replacement washing machine is urgently needed to support the family’s daily living needs. It would be greatly appreciated if the donor is able to provide delivery to the family’s home, as the Client has limited capacity to arrange transport due to caregiving responsibilities and financial constraints.
