"Client is married with 7 young children. Family has multiple needs which is further compounded by intergenerational poverty and drugs. Client is requesting for the following household items as it has spoilt or require additional items due to household size. (HW)

Client is a 74 year old elderly staying alone in a studio apartment and is diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, affecting her mobility and daily living due to stiff and pained fingers. She is also diagnosed with anxiety and worries over her frail body, dwindling finances and implications on her health following her diagnosis. Client will benefit from an air purifier as she currently wakes up with dust on her face each day. While there has been home cleaning services coming in once a week to clean up her house for 1.5 hrs, there is still a lot of dust accumulated, affecting her respiration system. Client will be moving in with his daughter's family. He wants the living room to be comfortable as he will be sleeping there.
