Client is a single mother supporting a 2-month old baby. She is currently still unable to work as she is the main person taking care of her child. She is receiving some monetary support from her ex-husband to purchase her daily necessities but still hopes to receives some milk and diapers to ease her financial burden. Ct is also moving into a rental flat in time and is also facing tight finances. As such, she hopes to receive some support for baby's milk and diapers such that she is able to allocate her resources to prepare for her move to her rental flat.

A young family with limited support and no involvement from extended family members. The mother recently began working earlier this year but had to leave her job due to caregiving responsibilities. The father works as a food delivery rider. The family is experiencing financial hardship, and their home is minimally furnished. Without a proper kitchen, they have been preparing meals on top of their washing machine using a portable stove. Due to the lack of cabinets or tables, electrical appliances are placed directly on the floor. Additionally, there is no adequate storage for kitchen tools such as scissors and knives. The absence of safe storage and a designated cooking area presents a safety risk for their child.

Prior to this, she had been staying with her sister, so she does not yet have furniture or appliances to make the new space feel like home. Client is struggling to find a job to accommodate her caregiving duties so she is currently unemployed and reliant on formal systems of support. As her second child’s school uniform has developed mould, she would like to receive a new set of uniform for her daughter.

Community Services & Programmes @ Children's Society requires a double stroller where one that is able to recline fully (for her infant to lie flat and sleep). No preference in brand. Client (58/F) is a single mother of 5 children. She is the sole breadwinner of the family and three children were diagnosed with mental health issues, including the youngest with autism and ADHD. During a meltdown, youngest son damaged the door and it is no longer usable. Without this door working as a barrier, client loses privacy and unable to keep unsafe items away from son (i.e. knives, scissors). Client wishes for any functioning and unwanted doors to be donated to her so she could regain her privacy and safety for son.
