Single mum with school going teenage children is requesting for a Queen Size Mattress with no stain marks and Bed Frame urgently. It has been infested with bed bugs and they have to throw it away. They live in a rental flat and there is no additional income to replace as client is the sole breadwinner for the family. My client is a 60-year-old gentleman who lives alone in a one-room rental flat. He has no family support and and relies solely on ComCare financial assistance to meet his basic daily living needs. He has a chronic heart condition which renders him permanently unfit to work. My client’s only source of communication and entertainment is his mobile phone. Recently his phone is spoilt and is beyond repair. As he cannot afford to replace it, he has since become uncontactable, further deepening his social isolation. The phone is his only means of connection to the outside world. A functional used smartphone would make a significant difference in improving his quality of life, safety, and emotional well-being.

Client (F/37) is the primary caregiver to 5 young children (aged 5 to 14) and is currently expecting her 6th child, with an EDD in November 2025. The family is not receiving financial assistance from SSO. Due to health complications resulting in a high-risk pregnancy, client is currently unemployed and required to remain on strict rest. Her husband undertakes various ad-hoc contract jobs to support the family's basic needs, though income remains irregular and insufficient. Client would benefit greatly from donations of pre-loved or new baby bottles in good condition to help prepare for the arrival of the newborn.
