She has multiple chronic health conditions and requires long-term support from various home care and healthcare service providers. For effective coordination of care and timely communication, it is crucial for the client to have a functional mobile phone so service providers can reach her when needed.

Client is a single individual experiencing homelessness and unemployment. Client lacks both financial and social resources and is currently under FSC support to obtain stable accommodation and employment. Client's mobile phone has recently broken down and he does not have enough finances to afford repair. A working mobile phone would enable client to be promptly informed for job openings and increase his chances of regaining employment.
