155734	wheelchair Mr Kwek is a single elderly, aged 73 years old living in a 1 room rental flat. at home, he uses the rollator frame to ambulate. in the community for short distances, he has loaned a wheelchair from a nearby senior centre to travel about. While he has a PMD, the PMD's battery isnt reliable and mr kwek would prefer having a wheelchair to move about in his community.
