151633	portable wheelchair ramp (typically used outside of HDB rental flats) Client is wheelchair bound and fully dependent on spouse for her activities of daily living (e.g. showering, dressing, etc.). Both are married with no children, and are residing in a rental flat. Client has multiple illnesses and is unable to work, as such, spouse has to work as a cleaner from Monday – Thursdays, as well as over the weekends, to sustain their livelihood. As she is in her 50s, she does not qualify for HDB Ease and spouse finds it challenging when wheeling client in to the flat as there is a curb at the entrance of the flat. Having a ramp there would be greatly helpful to assist client and spouse in manoeuvring her wheelchair.
