158773	Personal Mobility Device (PMD) Client resides with her adult son in a HDB public rental flat and has been unemployed for over five years due to multiple medical conditions. Her husband, previously the family’s sole breadwinner, has been in a nursing home for the past three to four years following a stroke, resulting in an outstanding bill of more than $9,000 that the family is unable to manage. Her son, who is still studying in ITE, works part‑time to support basic household needs, but the family continues to face significant financial hardship. Client is heavily dependent on her PMD to visit her husband at the nursing home and run errands. However, her PMD broke down recently. 158366	Electric wheelchair Family of 3 (Single mother and 2 school-going children, aged 14 and 12). Client is currently unemployed due to health issues. She is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is currently receiving treatment and undergoing chemotherapy sessions at TTSH. Due to side effect of her chemotherapy session, client is experiencing weakness in her thighs, which has affected her ability to walk for extended periods or distances. An electric wheelchair would assist her in getting around safely, particularly for travelling to and from her medical appointments. Hence, we are seeking donor for a electric wheelchair.
