Walker with wheels Client, 70 is staying with his wife in a shophouse. Client has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair in the community. As the place that he is currently staying in, is very narrow, the wheelchair cannot be used. It would be beneficial if he has a walker with wheels that can be used within his home. At present, he does not have any aid within the home and this increases his risk of falling. Client and wife are unable to afford the cost of the walker as wife is the sole breadwinner of the family.

Hoist Patient has high care needs, bedridden. Her family has spent a lot of money on her care - getting a helper, purchasing consumables such as diapers and other equipments such as hospital bed, air mattress , wheelchair and commode. They need a hoist to transfer patient as well but as they have already exhausted a lot of their financial resources on the other needs , getting a hoist is too costly for them. They would appreciate if there is a donated hoist for patient to use. Thank you.

Motorized wheelchair Family comprises of an elderly couple. Client's husband is the sole breadwinner working as a cleaner but is occasionally absent from work due to a heart condition. Client is medically unfit for work as she has depression and diabetes. Client's condition makes her body frail.
