Client (M/52) recently moved into his new rental unit and requires some furniture and daily use items. Due to health and weight issues, client requires a large wheelchair and/or PMD for his daily commute.

The client resides in a household of 6 members with 2 young children and their elderly parents. Currently, the client's father requires a wheelchair for mobility support after his discharge from the hospital. This will great alleviate the financial stress on the family.

Client resides with her adult son in a HDB public rental flat and has been unemployed for over five years due to multiple medical conditions. Her husband, previously the family’s sole breadwinner, has been in a nursing home for the past three to four years following a stroke, resulting in an outstanding bill of more than $9,000 that the family is unable to manage. Her son, who is still studying in ITE, works part‑time to support basic household needs, but the family continues to face significant financial hardship. Client is heavily dependent on her PMD to visit her husband at the nursing home and run errands. However, her PMD broke down recently. Due to the constraints, Client is unable to afford a PMD and would appreciate the donation of a pre-loved PMD to ensure she can continue visiting her husband and run errands.

Hi all, We are seeking kind assistance for a wheelchair donation for Mr Sukri. Mr Sukri has multiple chronic medical conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, which has significantly affected his mobility. He is currently wheelchair-bound with episodes of uncontrolled leg movements, placing him at high risk of falls. His current wheelchair is faulty, with brakes that are not fully functional, making it unsafe for use. In view of his condition, he requires a wheelchair with leg support and safety straps to ensure proper positioning, stability, and safe mobility during transfers and movement. If anyone has a suitable wheelchair in good working condition that meets these requirements, we would greatly appreciate your kind assistance for Mr Sukri. Thank you.
