160819	Electric wheelchair Senior has an unstable walking gait and has high fall risk. She also has a history of heart issues and recently underwent leg surgery. She currently relies on her spouse to push her in a manual wheelchair, which is physically demanding and leaves him breathless. As a cancer survivor with high cholesterol, this adds to his physical strain. 160815	Tilt in space Wheelchair Client has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia (Alzheimer’s disease) and has experienced a significant decline in both his cognitive and physical functioning over the past year. He is currently non-verbal and fully dependent on a full-time caregiver. His wife is unable to maintain employment as she needs to be his primary caregiver.
