Client is a stage 3 cervix cancer patient who had double kidney operations. She requires multiple changes of diapers due to her medical condition. She is unfit for work and her husband is employed as a cleaner. He is receiving treatment for macular degeneration in his right eye.

Client has gone through a toe amputation and would require a wheelchair.

Client is a 42 year old father of 2 daughters aged, 16 and 10 years old, with multiple health issues. As the sole breadwinner, Client faces challenges in sustaining his job as he suffers from a long standing heart condition. Client was reported to have kidney issues recently after suffering a heart attack, and is currently going through dialysis at the hospital. Client has been given the doctor's certification to be unfit for work until October 2025. Client is requesting for an electric wheelchair so that will be mobile and able to be independent while his wife searches for gainful employment.

Client has a spinal condition which necessitates use of rollator frame (walking frame with front wheels), able to withstand weight up to 100kg, for walking. He has been certified unfit for work for at least 1 year from Apr 2025, and has minimal savings. He previously worked for Grabfood delivery. He is undergoing a divorce and his wife, the main breadwinner who initiated the divorce, has refused to chip in financially to his care.

Client is a 77 year old male who is a stroke survivor with left-side paralysis, requiring ongoing rehabilitation and medical care. His wife (75) has her own health concerns and supports the family mainly with her savings. Their younger son (38/M) is the primary caregiver but struggles with schizophrenia, which affects his ability to provide stable support. The older son offers financial help but is minimally involved in daily care. Although Client is highly independent, he recently fell in the toilet while trying to shower. Client is a 23-year-old cancer patient who has recently undergone surgery to remove cancerous tumour in her femur area. Due to this, she urgently needs a wheelchair for mobility. Client is the sole caregiver of wife who is ADL-dependent due to a traumatic brain injury and father to 3 children in secondary and primary school. Client is unable to work as he has to care/manage his wife's and children's needs.
