Client is the primary caregiver for his elderly mother and his wife, who has mobility challenges. Due to his age, he is semi-retired and faces financial difficulties in supporting both of their daily care and living needs. Assistance through this wish list would help ease the family's financial burden and provide much-needed support for their household.

Elderly client is requesting for Adult Diapers (Pull-up Pants, M Size, Dr. P Brand). Due to his medical condition, he requires assistance with his daily care needs and the use of adult diapers to maintain his personal hygiene. As he is unable to work and support himself financially due to his health condition, he requires support for his essential daily necessities.

Client is a single mother and the main caregiver of a 10-year-old daughter and elderly mother.The daughter has a medical condition that causes heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Tape Diapers, Size S/M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Client lives with husband, b/g DM. Does not have CBG monitoring in place, not keen to purchase one due to financial constraint. Client is keen to acquire one to start monitoring blood glucose.

Client (F/56) lives alone in a 2 room HDB rental flat in Sengkang. She is diagnosed with bilateral knee arthritis and has difficulties walking due to extreme pain in her knees. She mostly uses a wheelchair but sometimes uses a walking stick outside. She is currently waiting to be assessed for surgery and is requesting for knee guards as she feels it will provide her knees with more support in the meantime.

Looking for donations of Adult Diapers (Size XL), preferably the pull-up/pants type, for an elderly lady whom we are supporting in the community. She has mobility difficulties and relies on a walking stick to move around safely. She is also experiencing incontinence, and because she is quite frail, she is often unable to get to the toilet in time, especially when she is outside her home. Pull-up style diapers would help her feel more comfortable, maintain her dignity, and give her greater confidence to attend medical appointments and carry on with her daily activities. Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.
