Client is a recovering stroke patient and has suffered multiple strokes. He cannot swallow liquid or solid foods and have to rely on adult milk being entered through his nose. Client also suffers from incontinence and has to rely on diapers. The family would appreciate your kind offers of donations.

Looking for donations of Adult Diapers (Size XL), preferably the pull-up/pants type, for an elderly lady whom we are supporting in the community. She has mobility difficulties and relies on a walking stick to move around safely. She is also experiencing incontinence, and because she is quite frail, she is often unable to get to the toilet in time, especially when she is outside her home. Pull-up style diapers would help her feel more comfortable, maintain her dignity, and give her greater confidence to attend medical appointments and carry on with her daily activities. If you have any Adult Diapers (Size XL, pull-up/pants type) to spare, your donation would make a meaningful difference in supporting her daily needs. Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Tape Diapers, Size S/M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client is a middle aged lady caring for her aged mother who is currently bed-bounded. Given her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to work and has limited capacity for home-based employment given her personal ailments as well. Family requires underpads, wetwipes and other associated assistance as client is a full time caregiver with no income. Single mother staying in Woodlands rental flat with multiple health conditions (kidney disease stage 5, diabetes, high BP, high cholesterol) is in need of Tena adult diapers (pants, size L). She is on diaper pants full-time and kidney dialysis 3x/week. The family has a tight budget for their daily needs and require additional support.
