Client has multiple chronic medical conditions, including asthma, gastritis, chronic low blood pressure, sinus issues, and a monitored brain tumour, alongside ongoing mental health conditions such as depression and PTSD, which have significantly affected her daily functioning and ability to sustain employment. Due to her physical and mental health conditions, client has been certified unfit for work and relies mainly on financial assistance to meet her daily expenses. After paying for her essential bills and daily necessities, she has limited financial resources remaining. As such, she is unable to afford a new blood pressure monitoring device, which is important for monitoring her chronic low blood pressure condition. Therefore, she is seeking support from a kind donor to provide a replacement blood pressure measurement device.

Client (48) is a cancer patient diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer. She is a single mother to school-going children. She is undergoing chemotherapy and is due for radiotherapy and surgery. She is experiencing high stress due to the high expenses associated with buying stoma bags and other medical expenses.

The client is a stroke survivor, living in a 2-room HDB rental flat. Her husband is the sole breadwinner of the family, and their 3 adult children have moved out, with their individual commitments and families. The client is not drinking sufficient water as she avoids going to the toilet, due to mobility issues. The adult diapers will be helpful to allow her to ensure adequate hydration. She needs size XL, pants, adult diapers.

A staff relative (kid) who is 10 years old sustained an injury and requires a pair of crutches. The family is currently facing financial constraints.

Client (F/50) is the primary caregiver for her elderly mother (F/74), who has a history of stroke and dementia. She is also managing multiple health conditions, including cardiac and renal issues. Client’s husband (M/54) is the sole breadwinner, and the family is experiencing financial strain due to ongoing medical expenses. Given these challenges, client is seeking support for the provision of adult diapers (AIRE Adult Pull-Up Pants, Size S/M) to meet her mother’s daily care needs. We would greatly appreciate your compassionate assistance in supporting this family.

Client is a 79 years old senior who is living with her unemployed son in a rental flat. She has several medical conditions and the family is struggling to support her medical needs due to low income.

Client is wheelchair bound and fully dependent on helper for his instrumental activities of daily living (e.g. housekeeping, food preparation, etc.) and partially assisted bADLs. Client has existing health concerns and is often in/out of hospital in view of his chronic illnesses. He has poor effort tolerance & often gets breathless, but as he is living with helper, helper may not be aware of red flags and when to call ambulance. Client has spoken of keenness to get an Oximeter to monitor his SpO2 in the event such cases happen so that he may inform helper.

Client (50F), is a single mum to teenage children. She is on wheelchair and diapers. She requires diapers as she has become incontinent due to her cancer. Due to her medical condition and physical health, she is unemployed. The diapers will help her tremendously.

The elderly client needs to have adult diapers due to urine incontinence. She is low income and needs assistance. She requires Size M, pull-up pants adult diapers, while waiting for financial assistance application for diapers.

Couple of 2 living in rental flat requires a blood sugar measuring meter for husband's monitoring needs. He has multiple health conditions and has been unable to work and needs full time caregiving by his wife. Couple has tight finances as medical bills are high and therefore need help to provide this medical equipment which will assist husband in monitoring his health.
