Client is a 75 year old lady diagnosed with dementia. Ct has multiple mental and physical health condition which she is receiving support from hospital for. Ct has been experiencing recurring hospitalisation episodes. Due to her health condition, Ct is unable to be gainfully employed and afford certain daily necessities.

Client is a middle age lady caring for her aged mother who is currently bed-bounded. Given her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to work and has limited capacity for home-based employment given her personal ailment as well. Family requires regular adult diapers (size L, tape), underpads, wet wipes and other associated assistance as client is a full time caregiver with nil income.
