Client is the sole caregiver of wife who is ADL-dependent due to a traumatic brain injury and father to 3 children in secondary and primary school. Client is unable to work as he has to care/manage his wife's and children's needs. He is the sole caregiver in the family.

Client is low-income earner and sole breadwinner of household of 5. His wife was recently diagnosed with muscle-related condition, which caused the weakening of muscles that led to continence issues. She is now heavily reliant on diapers. Family would require diapers' support as client is unable to sustain the high needs.

77-year-old patient with late stage cancer requires Ensure Plus Vanilla (237ml packets) for his nutrition. He drinks about 6 to 8 packets a day as his sole source of nutrition. Family is facing financial challenges to afford the milk feed - current financial assistance schemes are insufficient, and there is no income earner, since his wife is the sole caregiver while their son has just started his diploma studies, with no income earner in the family.
