Grant a Wish

Client is a single mother and the main caregiver of a 10-year-old daughter and elderly mother.The daughter has a medical condition that causes heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Client is low-income earner and sole breadwinner of household of 5. His wife was recently diagnosed with muscle-related condition, which caused the weakening of muscles that led to continence issues. She is now heavily reliant on diapers. Family would require diapers' support as client is unable to sustain the high needs.

Client is a 75-year-old lady living with Type 2 Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and chronic kidney disease. Despite her health challenges, she is single-handedly cares for her wheelchair-bound husband, who suffered a major stroke in 2024. She has no children and no family support. The couple lives in a rental flat and relies on financial assistance schemes to get by. As part of her health goals, she is deeply committed to monitoring her blood glucose levels but does not have access to a glucometer at home. A donated glucometer would make a meaningful difference in helping her manage her condition independently — so that she can continue to be there for her husband.

Ct is wheelchair bound, multiple secrosis and fully on comcare services. She is currently on diaper due to her medical, mobility and caregiving issues. Her 2 children are schooling and are unable to assist her financially.
