Pt is a widowed elderly, who is staying alone and relies on Comcare assistance for daily living. He is drinking Diben (cappucino) for daily needs. Pt will benefit from donated unopened ones or brand new ones.

Client is a 79 years old senior who is living with her unemployed son in a rental flat. She has several medical conditions and the family is struggling to support her medical needs due to low income.

Ct is a one-leg amputee, she is wheelchair-bound. Ct has chronic health conditions of stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels. Client is currently in a state of high financial dependency. Clinet is depending on her grand daughter's income which is insufficient to offset her monthly expenditures, as client's daughter is also a stroke patient. Client is requesting for L size diaper Tena Tape and some wet tissues. this will help the family to off set some expense.

Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

Client is unemployed and has mobility issues. Client is looking after his wife who is bedridden.

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 60-year-old cancer patient who is unfit for work. She has recently completed chemotherapy and will undergo daily radiotherapy. She lives alone and requires additional nutritional intake as a result of the change in her appetite and inability to process food normally.

Client is a middle age lady caring for her aged mother who is currently bed-bounded. Given her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to work and has limited capacity for home-based employment given her personal ailment as well. Family requires regular adult diapers (size L, tape), underpads, wet wipes and other associated assistance as client is a full time caregiver with nil income.
