She lives with very limited income and faces a monthly deficit after covering basic expenses such as groceries, transport, and hygiene needs. Given her current health condition and financial strain, client would benefit greatly from receiving adult L-size diapers to reduce the financial pressure and ensure she can manage her hygiene and medical needs. Preference is for the brand “Top,” though any L-size adult diapers will be helpful.

Client is a young mother taking care of 3 children. Client is currently a housewife taking care of the children and her mother in law. Client is a homebound due to chronic health issues. She lives with her adult daughter and son-in-law who are also homebound due to chronic diseases. The sole breadwinner is her sister who is near retirement age and needs to provide for her own special needs son. Client is seeking for a blood glucose monitor and test strips for checking her blood glucose levels as part of her plan to manage her diabetes. Client currently is only able to check her blood glucose levels when she goes for her hospital appointments or during visits by her community nurse. Client is a 50-year-old female divorcee with three children. Her eldest daughter is married and has her own financial challenges. Her second daughter, 26 years old, is struggling with mental health conditions and client is her main caregiver. Her youngest son is still schooling in university.
