Client is a diabetic patient who also experiences ongoing gastrointestinal issues. She suffers from frequent diarrhoea and urinary urgency, which has resulted in her needing to use diapers daily. The client often feels physically weak, making it difficult for her to secure stable employment. She is known to SSO and currently receives financial assistance. While she has adequate informal support, the client prefers not to trouble her support network and will only seek help when she has insufficient funds. She stays alone in a rental flat.

The elderly client needs to have adult diapers due to urine incontinence. She is low income and needs assistance. She requires Size M, pull-up pants adult diapers, while waiting for financial assistance application for diapers.

Client is unemployed and has mobility issues. Client is looking after his wife who is bedridden

Client and his wife are both managing ongoing medical conditions, with the client being the sole breadwinner supporting their household of seven children. One of their children has a special needs condition that requires regular use of adult diapers. The family is currently experiencing financial hardship and would greatly benefit from additional support in the form of diapers to help alleviate their household expenses.

Client is a 60-year-old cancer patient who is unfit for work. She has recently completed chemotherapy and will undergo daily radiotherapy. She lives alone and requires additional nutritional intake as a result of the change in her appetite and inability to process food normally.

Client is a middle age lady caring for her aged mother who is currently bed-bounded. Given her caregiving responsibilities, she is unable to work and has limited capacity for home-based employment given her personal ailment as well. Family requires regular adult diapers (size L, tape), underpads, wet wipes and other associated assistance as client is a full time caregiver with nil income.
