Client’s husband is the main caregiver for client but he himself also has quite a few medical conditions. They are only dependent on ComCare assistance to help them with their monthly expenses. The children are still schooling so there’s no other sources of income for the family. The family is requesting for 6-8 packets of adult diapers, size XL pull-up pants, as they are awaiting for the ComCare outcome, which can take a while.
