Grant a Wish

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires regular milk feed as part of her nutrition and meal (Fernleaf milk powder). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Low-income family is in need of diapers (XXL pants type, PetPet brand/any other brand) as well as milk power, for 8yo child who has congenital conditions due to premature birth.

Family consists of client, husband and 2 young children. Husband is declared bankruptcy and client is currently sued for bankruptcy. Family requires support for diapers.

Client is a divorced single mother with 4 children. Currenrly two young children are under her care ( F, 11y/o and F, 1y/o), while her two other children are under the care of her ex-husband. Client stays with her mother as well, and is the main breadwinner of th family. However, due to the nature of Client's job, there are months where her income is little, resulting in tight living expenses, adding on to her stressors as a single mother. As such temporary support with diapers and milk powder would help to alleviate some of her financial stressors.

Family is depending on sole breadwinner's part-time employment after job suspension due to upcoming incarceration. The family is facing financial hardship in affording basic necessities for the family.

Client's husband was imprisoned and she is presently raising her 5 children on her own. The milk is for her two youngest children. Father is the sole breadwinner of the household as wife is the full-time carer for the child with special needs. Father's income is irregular as he often needs to miss work to support wife in caring for both children when they are sick. The child requires specifically the Nestle Nutren Junior Vanilla, as prescribed by the dietician. A tin of 2 would usually only last him for 1-2 weeks due to the increased intake prescribed by the dietician to help him meet his minimum dietary requirement.

Family has 3 children (1,2,3yo) with a newborn coming in Aug / Sept. Client is requesting for diapers support for her 2 and 3 yo, and does not have preference on brands, but would need diaper pants. Husband is the sole breadwinner of family that earns only around $2k per month to support family of 6. Client uses 1 pack of 56pcs per week.
