The SSO support is reduced as there was stability in employment previously but family encountered some medical issues, in which employment became less stable. As such, the current income (both parents' income and SSO) is reduced and not sufficient. The parents would need support for milk and diapers while pending requests to other organisations for longer-term milk and diaper support. Client requested for this formula milk as recommended by the child's doctor as she is not suited to drink normal formula milk due to weight gain. Client is a young mother of a 1yo child. 1yo uses a very specific brand of infant formula and has adverse reactions to others they have tried. Client is navigating complex family relationships and multiple caregiving responsibilities. She is currently engaged in part-time work, however income is not consistent.

A 39-year-old mother recently welcomed her seventh child. The family, consisting of six other young children ranging in age from 1 to 10, lives in a two-room rental apartment. The father is employed in a delivery role with an irregular schedule and also manages the family's caregiving needs. They are seeking a stroller that includes a car seat, which would be beneficial for taking her children to medical appointments at KKH by taxi.

Child (M/5) stays in a 2-room rental flat with her grandmother (F/45) and aunt (F/21). Grandmother is currently not working due to caregiving responsibilities and was previously unfit for work. Aunt is also currently studying. Both parents are not involved in the caregiving of child; mother has started her own family elsewhere, father is currently wanted. They have difficulties financing purchase of his diapers (XXXL) and milk powder (Lactogen 3), and hopes to receive donation for them.

Client is a mother to a 1 year old daughter. Her husband struggles to find a full-time employment. Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibility. She is also expecting a newborn in a few months' time. Hence, the family faces tight finances due to lack of income to the household.
