Family has 3 preschool-going children and a <1 year old child whose mother is unable to work due to caregiving responsibilities. Father is unsupportive and does not provide financial support. Milk powder will greatly benefit the children's growth and development during their formative years.

Client is the main caregiver and legal guardian of a 1year old child whose parents are currently in prison. The child has regular constipation and requires a specific formula milk, Nestlé NAN OPTI Pro (Immunity & Growth) 3, which is suitable for her condition.
