Client is a LTVP holder who is going through multiple system barriers. Being unemployed and the primary caregiver to her 2-year-old son, client faces challenges in obtaining basic necessities and struggles to navigate the system barriers. Client requires a laptop so that she could independently research on the needful to navigate the system barriers. She also requires basic necessities such as clothes for herself and her 2-year-old son as they have limited clothings. She would also like bolsters and comforter for them to sleep comfortably. Some other basic necessities that she requires due to her son’s skin condition include a specific brand of detergent and shower foam. Client also supplements Pediasure milk for her 2-year-old son who tends to be a picky eater.

Family has 4 children including a toddler who is using diapers. Parents struggle to meet ends needs and are reliant on financial assistance for their daily sustenance. Father had recently been fired from his employment while mother's first paycheck has yet to be credited.

Client has 4 daughters, age 5, 4, 2 and 1 years old. Client is also expecting at the moment. Client has been unemployed since birth of first child. Husband is on reservist, hence, is unable to receive his daily pay. Family is currently receiving financial assistance as well.
