Grandma cares for 1yo girl whose parents are not able to care for her at the moment

Family is staying in rental flat. 2 children in autism spectrum and husband is sole bread winner. Needs the essentials as money was used for outstanding medical bills.

Ct is currently unemployed as she had to take multiple leave and MCS to care for her children that has multiple medical conditions. With her husband's sole income, they are facing difficulties in buying milk and diapers for both the children. Children are allergic to dairy

Client is a LTVP holder who is going through multiple system barriers. Being unemployed and the primary caregiver to her 2-year-old son, client struggles to navigate the system barriers. She also has difficulties accessing the various systems as her handphone is no longer working. Her laptop has also malfunctioned, making it challenging for her to access resources independently and also navigating the legal system as she goes through her divorce proceedings.

Family consist of 3 members, Client (F/), her husband (M/) and their son (M). Son is diagnosed with mild autism and developmental speech delay and requires training diapers during his sleep. However, due to husband's difficulties finding stable employment in the past year, the family has been experiencing significant financial strain and require diaper support for their son's needs.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (Tena Proskin Slip Size M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Low-income family is in need of diapers (XXL pants type, PetPet brand/any other brand) as well as milk power, for 8yo child who has congenital conditions due to premature birth.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.
