Her husband works long hours as a delivery driver and is the sole breadwinner, but the family is struggling financially. To make outings safer and more manageable, she hopes to get a double stroller for her 1-year-old and newborn. The SSO support is reduced as there was stability in employment previously but family encountered some medical issues, in which employment became less stable. As such, the current income (both parents' income and SSO) is reduced and not sufficient.
