Young parents (mother, 20, and father, 21) recently gave birth to their baby boy. However, the mother is having difficulty producing enough milk and they need to supplement with formula to ensure the baby is properly nourished. The father already works long hours, about 12 hours a day, but with the added responsibility financially of supporting their parents, siblings, and caring for their 2-year-old, they’re struggling to afford formula.

Client is unemployed due to caregiving commitments for toddler and 3 other school-going. Client hopes to receive temporary milk and diapers support as she seeks to secure employment. Thank you.

Client (F/56) is a single mother living with her 2 sons and 1 daughter in a 3-rrom HDB flat. Client has multiple health issues and unable to secure employment. Her youngest son (M/16) recently suffered from indisgestion, gastric issues and dyspesia and has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few months. Due to his severe weight loss and loss of apetitie, client is requesting for milk powder to ensure that his nutritional needs are met. However, the cost of the milk powder is expensive.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get diapers and milk powder for her 3 year old grandson and grandaughter recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client would hence require milk powder support as she just completed her cataract surgery in November 2025.

Client is a single mother and the main caregiver of a 10-year-old daughter and elderly mother. The daughter has a medical condition that causes heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Client is main caregiver for a youth with special needs who requires use of adult diapers (Tena Proskin Slip Size M). Client is unemployed due to caregiving responsibilities for 2 other school-going children and family members with mental health needs.

Family consist of a young couple in their late 20s and their daughter (F/1). They recently moved to a 2-room rental flat and are facing difficulites with their practical needs due to unstable employment and financial situation. Family is currently awaiting for infant care enrolment for their child and require temporary milk powder support to alleviate their financial strain.

Client (F/25) is a single mother. She is currently living at parent's 3-room flat with her youngest son (M/8months) and is undergoing divorce and PPO proceedings against soon-to-be ex-husband. Older son (M/3) has returned to live with the family since March 2025. She recently started employment but is having difficulties managing financially due to the high expenses from her children's needs.
