Grant a Wish

Client who is transiting to Long-home-leave after a 1 year residential stay at HCSA Highpoint. He needs a small dining table as he is staying in an L-shape rental flat. Table will be placed against the wall.

Family of 6 living in a public rental apartment, client had just been retrenched after suffering from a workplace injury. There is a newborn baby resulting in additional expenditure at home. Family requires help with getting a queen size bed as the bed at home is old and no longer in good condition.

This family has a child with special needs and lives in a two-room rental flat. They are facing financial hardship. The kitchen is currently disorganised due to the lack of storage space, as there are lack of appropriate furniture. They require half‑height kitchen cabinets to support safe cooking and proper placement of kitchen appliances

Single mother with 6 children. The house has recently been infested with bed bugs and most of the furniture are thrown away. Profession services to remove the bedbugs have been conducted. Currently, children are sleeping on the floor. Would like to request for a double decker bed for 2 of the children.

Client is a single mother who is taking care of her 3 young children. Due to her poor health and caregiving duties, she is currently unemployed. Family is allocated a rental flat recently and require household items for their flat. Client hopes to receive wardrobe to put her and her children's clothes.

Client, who is in his early 20s, has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. His wife is his full-time caregiver therefore, they are both unable to work full-time for now. Due to some issues with their families, they have to move out of their homes. They are about to get the keys to their 1-room rental flat but do not have any furniture or appliances. They require assistance in getting a wardrobe to store their clothes as their current wardrobe does not belong to them and are unable to bring it with them to their new home.

Mdm Julianah (F/50) resides in a 2-room rental flat in Ang Mo Kio with 4 of her children. The family of 5 shares one queen sized mattress in the bedroom. Due to financial constraints, they are unable to afford a new mattress. Mdm Julianah sleeps on the floor but faces difficulty getting up due to health issues and swelling in her leg.

Family consists of two children, aged 11 months and 3 years old respectively. Client is the main financial provider and caregiver for these two grandchildren of hers. However, client has been struggling to get diapers and milk powder for her 3 year old grandson and grandaughter recently as she has faced with loss of income due to her health concerns (cataract). Client is also looking for a double bed for children and grandchildren.

This bed frame is like a hospital bed. It is 5 years old and the motor is in good working condition. The remote control offers many functions like raising the head ond leg-ends. Please see attached image of the Remote control for other features. One good feature is it's very easy to change the bedsheets ie no heavy lifting required. Simply use the remote to raise the head and leg-ends. Height of the bed frame is also adjustable.

Client is a single mother to 4 teenagers. She is the sole breadwinner and relies on her part-time employment and ComCare assistance to meet the family's basic needs. One of her children suffers from mental health issues.
