Client from a low-income family is requesting for a vacuum cleaner with strong suction as her existing one is not working.

Client is 48 and is the main caregiver for his 69 years old mother who is dependent on client for her daily activities. Due to her mother’s condition, client is not able to work. They are living in 3 room HDB flat with minimal support and have financial constraint in managing day to day expenses. Client’s mother has a lot of medication which are required to be kept in a refrigerator. However, client’s current refrigerator’s space is unable to accommodate. Hence, client is requesting for a 500L refrigerator meet the need.

Client is elderly female, 73 years old staying alone in rental unit. Her washing machine has broken down and in need of a replacement.

Client is a 53 year old divorcee who lives in a rental flat. Due to her health conditions, Client has difficulties sustaining employment and is unable to purchase a Washing machine as her current Washing machine is spoilt. Ct is a single mother. She currently experiencing medical issues, which have affected her ability to work and left her unemployed. She reported that her washing machine has broken down and is leaking water, creating a high fall risk in the household. This hazard has already led to an incident, her 1-year-old toddler slipped and fell last week after stepping on the leaked water while Ct was in the shower

Client is a 24-year-old mother residing with her husband and 2 daughters (1 year old and 2 months old) in a 2-room rental flat. Client is main caregiver for children, while husband is working as a food deliverer. They have just moved in, and hence require lots of furniture that they cannot afford.

Client stays with her husband in a rental flat. Her husband is the sole breadwinner as client is unfit for work due to medical issues.
