Requested Description	Client has multiple chronic medical conditions, including asthma, gastritis, chronic low blood pressure, sinus issues, and a monitored brain tumour, alongside ongoing mental health conditions such as depression and PTSD, which have significantly affected her daily functioning and ability to sustain employment. Due to her physical and mental health conditions, client has been certified unfit for work and relies mainly on financial assistance to meet her daily expenses. After paying for her essential bills and daily necessities, she has limited financial resources remaining. As such, she is unable to afford a new blood pressure monitoring device, which is important for monitoring her chronic low blood pressure condition. Therefore, she is seeking support from a kind donor to provide a replacement blood pressure measurement device.
