Requested Description	I am writing on behalf of a 78-year-old male client diagnosed with mild dementia who is currently living alone. During my visits with him, it was observed that he spends most of his time at home by himself, aside from occasionally going out to nearby coffee shops for his meals. As part of our efforts to encourage him to engage in more meaningful daily activities to help slow cognitive decline, we explored possible activities that he might enjoy. During our conversation, he shared that he used to play the accordion in the past and expressed how meaningful it would be if he could have one again. He mentioned that having an accordion at home would help him stay mentally engaged and alleviate the boredom he often experiences when spending long hours alone. When we asked if he would be open to us helping to source an accordion for him, he responded with great enthusiasm and happiness. Therefore, we would like to kindly request for an accordion musical instrument on his behalf, as it could greatly support his cognitive engagement, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
