Client (F/18) is a single mother with her newborn baby (M/3m). She is taking on her role as a single mother with her partner who is in prison, and is left to be independent in the caregiving role and providing for her baby. With limited support from her family, client is currently looking at taking on 2 part-time jobs and to resume her studies towards the end of the year after her baby stablised and is able to be placed in the infantcare/playgroup. Client is unemployed due to mental health conditions. Her current secondhand phone is spoilt and she could not afford to buy a new one. She needs a phone to find jobs.

The family of 6 has moved into their own home from their previous rental flat. The single-income family struggles to make ends meet and is unable to afford to furnish the house. This includes not being able to afford installing window grills, compromising the safety of young children in the household.

Client A is an NS man, serving in the SCDF. He lives in a 2-rm rental flat with his great-grandmother and mother. A provides for himself and his mother with his NS allowance. His mother has a mental health condition and is unable to work. Despite his financial challenges and issues with caring for his family, he tries very hard to provide for them and to cope positively with his stressors. With the current hot weather, A is humbly requesting for a working fan and/or dehumidifier.

Client has a skin condition that is sensitive to heat and dampness. She is a low-income earner and lives in a rental flat. The recent weather that is warmer and more humid weather than usual has caused her skin to become very itchy, and has affected her sleep at night. A portable aircon/ air cooler will be very helpful in lowering the room's temperature and relieving her physical discomfort.

Family has additional fines to pay this month and requires some support for children's milk formula. They have three children - 1yo, 2yo, 3yo and drinks Nature One Dairy Premium Milk Drink Formula - Step 3.
