Family of 2 schooling children, aged 18 and 16. Ct is a single mother with limited income. Her current wardrobe is too small for the family. She would like to request for a wardrobe with 2 sliding doors and preferably with shelves on the inside.

Family is a single mother household, struggling to work alongside the caregiving commitments of her 30 month old toddler. She has been finding it difficult to make ends meet, as her young child has poor immunity and falls sick often, and has to fend for medical costs for her child's needs. She is in need of a washing machine as her current one is faulty, and has only been able to hand wash her child's school uniforms.

Client is a young mother with an infant. SHe is unemployed. Her washing machine broke down and requires a front load washing machine.

Family has limited income as father was recently bankrupt which impacted his employability. Currently, father works ad-hoc jobs and mother is unemployed due to high caregiving needs of her 2 very young children. Father's debts and high expenses for the children (such diapers) contributes to the family's financial difficulties. As such, family requires support for diapers for their 1 year old son.

Family 6 require adult diapers for their elderly parents in their 80s, mother just discharged from hospital due to a fall and requires assistance in her ADL while father has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently on treatment. Family is facing financial constraints hence your donation of adult diapers is much appreciated.

Family is a young couple with 3 children - 2 children below 2 years old. They require a washing machine as they do not own one yet and have little time to go to a laundromat often due to caregiving.

Low income and single mother family of 2 (mother and teenage daughter) currently needs a new washing machine as its spoilt and they do not have money to get a new one or a second hand one as they are fully dependent on financial assistance as mother is unable to work due to her physical health issues and is on long term MC. She has limited mobility as well and requires a walking frame to walk. As the washing machine is spoilt, mother is unable to wash clothes properly (unable to bend her back to wash and daughter is usually only back home at night and unable to wash much). They hope to receive some support for a preloved but good working condition washing machine (with installation support) so that they can get back to their normal routines at home. Client is 75 years old, staying with her daughter. She was diagnosed with Gastro Colon Cancer in 2017. Due to the sign effect of the treatment, client has difficulties to walk. She needs to use diaper regularly.

Low income family of 6 is currently trying to cut costs by weaning their baby from formula milk to fresh milk and toilet training her. Due to their tight finances, they have difficulties buying milk and diapers this month and as such would require a one time off milk and diapers support. Family requires 3 packs of Dugro stage 4 (green packaging) 850g, 3, 3 packets of 6 of marigold chocolate flavoured milk and 3 packets of Drypers Drypantz XL. Client is a 44-year-old single father with a daughter aged 15, and two sons aged 10 and 9 years old. He is presently caring for his two sons who is living with him. While concerns remain for the children's care arrangements, client has been open to support and services from stakeholders.
