Client is homeless and residing in friend's living room. She is awaiting to book HDB flat and hopes to be able to seek assistance for milk and diapers so that she can save monies for HDB OTP of $500 in the next few months. Milk- Lactogrow stage 3 (3 tins) Diapers - Huggies XL pants (2 packets)

Client and her spouse are a young couple (aged 22 and 23) and have 2 young children (4 year old girl and 1 year old boy). Client's spouse works two jobs to make ends meet but still struggles with financial difficulties due to increase costs of diapers and milk powder for the children. Client struggles with mental health issues but still tries to work when she can. Family would hope to get some support for milk powder and diapers to ensure children are supplied with necessary nutrients and items required for healthy development.

However, they have not been able to find any full time employment, likely due to their low education levels and hence require more support in this period.

Her 19yo child has just completed her ITE education however is unable to seek employment yet as she's holding onto a visitor pass currently. Despite having financial struggles and the need to look after her children, client still continue to work on part-time basis to gain some income for the family

Client's daughter is a single teenage mother. Client has difficulty supporting the young grandchild's needs due to her meagre income.
