Client is a single parent of twin boys. Twins just turn 4 months but were pre-matured. Client is unemployed and looking for a job. She is only receiving $500/mth for financial assistance for the 3 of them which is insufficient. Client requires a double stroller (suitable for infants & foldable to fit in taxi) for appointments, and going to infant care.

The household comprises of single mother, young child and grandmother. Mother was the sole breadwinner earning minimal income through shift work but was recently retrenched. Child is diagnosed with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder and on the waiting list to receive intervention services. Receiving milk powder support for child will greatly reduce the family's stress as they cope with the different transitions.

Family is a low income family with multiple young children, of which 2 of them are still on milk and diapers. As family is currently facing tight finances and child protection concerns, it has been difficult for father to work consistently. Mother is the main caregiver of the young children as they are not in childcare yet. The family would require some milk and diapers support in the mean time as FSC work with them in exploring childcare placement and managing the child protection concerns.
