132489	Halal food rations Client has just completed her chemotherapy, is still recovering from its effects. She has recently started a part time job in F&B and is the sole breadwinner of the family. Client has 3 children (F/15), (M/12), (F/9) and she has the custody and care of all 3 children. The family's biggest concern is their finances as client has many arears and debts for her housing loans and for her SP, hospital and StarHub bills.
