1. Click [Wish List] at the menu bar.
2. You will reach at the VWO's Wish List page.
3. You will see a page with a table (picture below).
4. Browse through the list of items that are required by VWOs.
5. If you have a similar item to donate, under the "Donate" column, click the link: I have!!!
6. You will reach at the page (picture at next page) where you need to fill in your details.
7. Before you can submit, you need to read the statement at the end of the page.
8. Check the first box if you allow PIO to sell your items.
9. Check the second box after you have read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
10. Click [Submit].
11. You will reach at the page thanking you and informing you that your item will be verified before it is put up for donation.
12. If you wish to make another donation, click on the button [Make another donation].

1. Click [Donate] at the menu bar.
2. You will reach at the donor's page.
3. Enter your personal particulars and the item that you are donating.
4. (*) shows that it is mandatory for you to fill in the fields.
5. Click [Submit].
6. You will reach at the Wish List page where you see a list of items (picture below).
7. Click "match this!!!" if the current item that you just posted, matches with the Wish List.
8. After you have clicked, you will reach at the page thanking you for your donation and informing you that your item will be verified before it is put up for donation.
9. Click "I have!!!" if you have another item that you have not posted, and you wish to donate it. After you have clicked, it will go to the page requesting you for your contact details.
10. Click [Submit].

1. Click [Mobility Aid] at the menu bar.
2. You will reach at the Mobility Aid page.
3. Fill in your personal particulars.
4. You are required to also fill in a field under Collection Methods.
5. Select the radio button whether you need delivery assistance or you will send items directly to the workshop.
6. You will also see the details of availability of delivery assistance and the workshop address and its operating hours.
7. Check the box after you have read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
8. Click [Submit].
9. You will reach at the page thanking you for your donation and informing you that PIO will contact you to verify your item before posting it up for donation.
10. If you wish to make another donation, click [Make another mobility donation].
